My final word on this topic of tantrums

I've been saying for a long time that I refuse to give my energy and attention to soap operas, but I woke up this morning and felt that this needed to be addressed- if only for the final closure.  As soon as I got onto skype I was met with yet another tantrum and I knew that yes, once and for all, I would address all of this drama.  

As Lisa said last night on the OPPT-IN radio show, we all speak only for ourselves.  This is MY opinion and thoughts- MINE.

.... I'll try to keep the sarcasm to a minimum.

I'll preface this with saying that I couldn't be bothered listening to the video- just as I couldn't  be bothered watching any of the other videos that Neil is suddenly pumping out (after months of silence)- I just barely have time to watch important videos (like Sirius,.... but I WILL watch it today even if I have to hide in a closet to get a moment of quiet!)- but I read the one paragraph blurb underneath the video and that is what I am going to respond to.

An extended interview with Neil Keenan in Jakarta, Indonesia, in which he reveals just what a dangerous game the One People’s Public Trust (OPPT) was attempting to play with people’s lives and freedom – not only in Indonesia, but around the world.

If you don't think they were done properly, then REBUT them.  If you don't think they Do what they DID, then REBUT THEM. Fully, Transparently, with Absolute Data.  REBUT THEM.  I don't wanna hear your opinion, I don't wanna hear tantrums or listen to people claim they are bullshit and are wrong and that they have no meaning.  REBUT THEM.

It is, however, a game that has been shut down, (As I said, OPPT has been shut down.... along with all other trusts) as Keenan tells how OPPT went from one Global Accounts scammer to another (Adnan Sahkli, White Spiritual Wonder Boy, and now UN Swissindo) 

For the record, neither the OPPT Trustees nor anyone else involved with OPPT in any way shape or form, contacted or went after or begged or pleaded or bribed or blackmailed ANY of these people or entities.  

-Adnan Sahkli went after Lisa Harrison after listening to her talking about the OPPT on her radio show The Collective Imagination, and started ranting and raving at her about how he owned the BIS and everything in the world..... he then used an intermediary  to contact Heather, and tried to get her to agree to his terms (which, needless to say, she didn't, lol). I haven't really been following his conversations recently, so I have no idea if he's still trying to push his agenda.

-"White Spiritual Wonder Boy".... last time I looked this was the name (sorta) of a bank account, not a person.  I haven't had any giant sized chequebooks show upon my door step and demand that I negotiate with it- nor has anyone else involved in the I UV Exchange- so I'm not following  his logic on this one.

-"UN SwissIndo" - again, this group contacted Paula, Deryl and Brian- three people publicly known to be associated with the OPPT while it was still in operation- and stated that they, SwissIndo, were going to act upon the UCC filings done by OPPT and move forward in their own direction, empowered by the Filings to Finally be able to do what they need to do.  Neither SwissIndo nor Mr. Sino have spoken to any of the OPPT trustees, nor did those Trustees reach out to them in any way, shape, or form.  Every notice, order or directive that SwissIndo has issued has been done under their own initiative and of their own accord. The former Trustees of the now defunct OPPT have not signed any forms, papers, orders, or directives that involve them in anyway with the SwissIndo, Mr Sino, or anyone associated with either of the above.

I will say that I find it amusing that in the list of supposed people/organizations that the OPPT is supposedly been trying to rip off or been involved in, Neil doesn't mention Malik and The Qing Empress/Dynasty- who ALSO came forward and made themselves known to Heather, to test the waters of getting involved in the OPPT.  The reason I find this sooooo interesting is that suddenly now, after being told that No, the one people would not accept a paltry sum of $80,000 per person (globally) on the condition that the OPPT recognize the Qing Empress/Dynasty and allow her/them to keep their hierarchy, Malik is now consorting with Keenan and jumping into HIS boat!!  Yes yes, I find that omission very curious indeed!

hoping to find someone to fund their totalitarian revolution- Ummmmmm.... Neil has obviously NOT been reading the documents or articles that all of us have been putting out, nor listening to the shows as it's been stated over and over and over that the OPPT trustees have TURNED DOWN every offer of Financial Assistance, turned down the offers of paying out sums of money to the public- based on the current financial system of exchange and thereby empowering the current foreclosed upon system to resume it's slavery systems.... hell the trustees even refuse to accept donations to help cover the cost of the filings and transportation between various places and living expenses!!  

– a phony movement that gives every appearance of being the bankster cabal’s attempt to co-opt the real and profound global awakening that spells the end of their control. Ummmmmmm, yea I'm not even sure how to respond to that, given that the OPPT foreclosed on all the governments/corporations, the central banks and all slavery systems that have been controlling the public. 

“We had to be devious in the beginning” said one OPPT principal in a taped call that was sent anonymously to Keenan.  Hahahahahah!  the "taped call" was a radio show- there were over 150,000 people listening so not exactly a secret and was publicly available to anyone who wanted to listen.  And the sentence “We had to be devious in the beginning” is being completely taken out of context.  I can take a sentence out of context too: Neil Keenan: "I love War"

  so  Now Keenan simply warns them that their arrests are likely imminent… Arrests by whom?  Is he sending the Indonesian police after us?  On what charges? Because HE says so?!  Let's put this into perspective:  If the Cabal and their minions haven't arrested us yet, then I strongly suspect that they aren't going to do it now, just because Neil told them too.  Just sayin.....

and warns people longing for freedom not to buy into the OPPT “rose garden” false promises of instant wealth. Again, who is the one that is all about the money money money?  Who is the one trying to put himself in a position where HE is the one to decide who gets help, who gets money, and who is worthy?  OPPT has from the very beginning, continuously talked about the fact that all humanity is equal and all are "worth" the exact same amount. I UV exchange recognizes that ONLY the people are the value, and that the people are FREE. I am EQUAL to Neil, in all aspects.

Help is on the way…from global humanitarian programs funded (with the blessing of the nations) from the Global Collateral Accounts. No, it's not. Any "help" coming from any agency/trust/person that works for, or is involved with any Government Corporation is a continuation of the slavery system that has been foreclosed on. All these so called  "global humanitarian programs" are control mechanisms of the current Slave system- made payable through the same central banks, the same controllers that have been stealing our value. No thank you.

Here is my final point to all of this, and then I will not spend even a nanosecond worth of energy on this topic any more:

#1- If you don't like the filings or disagree with them- Rebut them. If you can't rebut them- legally and in full transparency- then all you are spouting is personal opinion. Freedom of Speech is something that I fully support- have at er! .... but don't try to claim it's anything other than your personal opinion.

#2- If you really disagree with the UCC Filings, and if you think that the OPPT is a load of bunk, and if you think that all these supposed people/groups like the Swissindo group and/or Mr Sino have no power, no authority, no standing, no money......  then WHY are you wasting your energy and time and giving so much attention to them? Why are you ranting and raving about something that you seem to fully believe has no power to do ANYTHING?!  IF the now defunct OPPT is powerless, and all it's filings are meaningless and all the people associated with it useless..... then why are you so worried about denouncing them over and over again?  Time will tell, won't it?

For me, I will continue BEing and DOing, just as I have been. Neil, Michael and Jean's opinions about these topics don't phase me even slightly.  As I said- they are completely entitled to their opinions. The Truth of all of this will all become very clear.  Until then....... I'll talk to you later.  I'm busying BEing me and DOing what I DO.....  and that's all that matters to me. 

As I promised a commenter on the previous article, I am posting Keenan's response in an article all on it's very own..... sorry, I couldn't manage to get the neon lights set up to go with it.

Who’s on First! – from Neil Keenan

I would rather not post a reply, but this is just a great opportunity to nail the disinfo people such as JJ (Smith) Outlaw. The document you are looking at is one big joke. I am 
going to take it with me when I visit with Edy Seno. Everyone who knows Edy realizes this is a big gaff, and of course we know who photoshopped this from a similar document put out in August that was discredited. No, it is not Scott this time, and it is time to stop kicking him. He looks like hell and needs a break, and if anything I was too tough on him, but he is the expert in such situations, and I am sure he will have lots to say as well on his own behalf.

Whoever put this together is a Clown, a Prankster, a Silly Fool, and I will try to share only a little of what is wrong here. First of all, Ray Dam is not affiliated with Edy Seno in any way.  Beyu Soekarno is not involved with Edy in any way. It is the OITC not IOTC. Flashing back in time to the ‘Scott War’, it was clear to me that they (Scott and Wagoner) after getting caught by me had to scurry to cover their tracks, so that no one would know what they were up to. They then ran to Beyu Soekarno telling him that I screwed up their Trade. In fact, however, it was those actually working with Beyu, wishing to use him, as well as my connections—without my knowledge and behind my back—who, when they weren’t allowed to do so, got him to sign a Cease and Desist Order, blaming me for everything. Then the Wagoner bunch ran to Edy Seno, who was in the hospital and lied and used Nelu’s name to get in to talk to him. They then proceeded to tell him that the case would not be refiled, so he should issue a Cease and Desist Order, which they just happened to have in their pockets at the time.

Seno did sign it.

Of course, you would think that left me standing without my pants, but to the contrary! I was in the position of strength: You see, Seno’s mandate expired in 1998! What this means is that none of the 2.5% Family Heritance Guarantee was issued to the Soekarno Trust at all. During the years the Mandate was valid the West never gave them a dime, yet the Indonesian Elders did continue to protect all the assets as though they were their own. Indonesia, gatekeepers and holders were wonderful to the actual owners over the years, even though they were beaten as well. In case you haven’t realized it, the system had been hijacked. No—in case you haven’t realize it—the system was set up initially so it could be hijacked. Thank God the Elders, who live on a different spiritual plane, not one of greed but one of integrity, stood strong and defended the assets and humankind from a potential disaster.

So how was the Soekarno Trust to get paid after the expiration of the Mandate?

By attaching it to my lawsuit. By making it valid. By making it part of the settlement!!!!

Let me say here, also, that Beyu is still out in the cold, and my connections might help him verify his assets. As a matter of fact, Bonsu Soekarno, Beyu’s borther, is possibly the most learned person in the history of the Collateral Accounts, and he would be most welcome to participate in the legal actions of the suit itself. He is remarkably brilliant in his understandings of the Collateral Books.

The publicity alone was driving the Cabal mad—even though it was only on the internet. If they separated themselves from me they had nothing. What could Wagoner do? He wanted Alex Lee Ling Soon, a highly respected Singaporean businessman, to pay his expenses so he could go on a fact-finding mission. Alex said, “NO!” He knows when he smells a Rat. He understood that Wagoner, a man who falsely identifies himself as the son of David Rockefeller’s sister, could do nothing. On the other hand, Wagoner told Seno and Alex that he would deal with the BIS and the World Bank—and every other damned place, too, including the Monaco Group, which he had no chance of ever getting close to.

What I am trying to say is that the scam or plan to remove me was on, but they had no weapons to fight with. You cannot go to a war with a Pop Gun, and this is what they had. Our friend Drake received phone calls from them crying hysterically in the middle of the night that I was ruining their reputations, but what sort of reputations do they think they had? Then Drake told them he was going to do his own due diligence, and when he did, what he learned and came back with stunned them so much they never bothered calling again. Sorry buddy, no one home!!!

This kept on for a while, and now we have this photoshopped document we saw months ago, which at that time was vetted as a fraud. It re-surfaces now and gives me a chance to actually respond to it. So I will make it short and sweet. This piece of crap has nothing to do with Edy Seno. Edy Seno is more than a business associate; he is my friend! The document is phony from top to bottom. There are so many holes in it you can drive a truck through it.

For instance, you do realize that the Soekarno Trust has nothing to do with the UBS, don’t you? And you understand that Edy Seno never signs anything without putting his thumbprint on it, right? If so, then you know something the composer of this piece of garbage did not know, and if you did not know, you know now.

I could easily go tit for tat with JJ Smith, who posted this on his site, but let’s let him live for another day. He is a disinfo agent—and most probably gets paid for doing it. At one time I spoke with him, but was told to stay far away from him, so I did.  There is so much more to tell you, but let’s cut it short because I’m very busy. Not my style, I know, but I am in Indonesia composing this response and meeting with the infamous Dr. Seno in a couple of days. As I have said, he is a friend, and we probably will have many laughs over this. As for JJ, he can role this phony Cease and Desist document into tubular form, and I’m sure he will then know what to do with it.

You know, though, it really is not funny that people who hope that someone, somewhere is being straight with them actually find out they are being nothing of the kind. For this reason I’ve taken the time to state the above—and remember if I do not win there will be no funds for anyone, because the mandate in this document has expired, and they have nothing to hang their hats on. There is no way for them to recover their losses, there is no way for them to recover a dime. Let me repeat in closing that the plan is to include Edy Seno, who is the real representative of the now-expired Soekarno Trust Mandate, in the final Settlement.

Do not worry, I am doing my best for all, and please do not believe such nonsense coming from those that really just wish to use us people without putting in the time, effort, and hard work.

I wish you all the best and pray that someday we all just might share a celebratory drink together once we raise our arms in victory.

I knew that posting the Cease & Desist orders from Dr. Soekanto to Neil Keenan was most likely going to cause a lot of contention, and I spent several hours discussing the situation with several people- friends and sources- while deciding whether to post the information or not.

And of course, during the night while I wasn't around, a shitstorm blew up which I would like to address.

First off, feel free to read the comments on the article for yourself: please use discernment and remember that everyone is free to post their opinions and what resonates with them personally, but please keep it respectful.

Please, this is pure disinfo. This site is a total waste of your time!

I was speaking with Mr. Keenan last night as he tried to post two rebuttals, and neither of them were accepted and published at this site. This information is a bunch of lies and this site in my opinion has been totally discredited.

I got up in the night to see if his replies had been published, but they still had not. When I tried to publish info here, the incoming energies (or something) threw me off line until I got up this morning.

Put very succinctly, Mr. Keenan said that this man would never sign such a document without his thumb print!! Mr. Keenan, who doesn’t back away from incredible lies like this had a lot more to say about this, and he is welcome to publish it here. Those people who were commenting, particularly someone named Ariel doesn’t have a clue – not a clue!

There is no sense trying to state this on the actual site, because I doubt they would publish my words either. so please viralize my statement. I wouldn’t visit this site again, just as I wouldn’t visit Cobra, or Caspar, or Tom Heneghan. As I have long said, these sites are all total disinfo sites, believe me!!!! Now I include this site, as well.

I will see if I can get in touch with Mr. Keenan to see if he wants to publish a comment here.

The very first thing I want to say is that ANYONE who posts comment here on RTS knows that I have removed all moderation on the comments and ALL comments are posted as soon as the person hits "Publish".  If Keenan had an issue with publishing a comment in response to the article, then it is a technical problem on his end, because the 111 other people who had commented between last night and this morning seemed to have no issues what so ever.

Secondly, as I said to the commenter above, if Neil wanted to address the article I posted in any way, shape, or form, he know's exactly where to find me.  I haven't received a single skype message from Neil in weeks and weeks.  I haven't blocked him (I re-verified that last night and this morning) and I haven't received an email from him to either of my accounts (and he has both addresses), I've checked my spam folders both here and on my email accounts,  nor has he made any other attempt to communicate with me.

BUT.... Neil did make a big deal of going after a friend of mine who simply posted the article in a skype room that he runs.  My friend has given me permission to post that message here:

Now read this rant closely.  Does THIS sound like the type of man that someone would put in charge of  and sign over  massive amounts of gold and money in the Global Accounts?

My friend posted the article in a PRIVATE intel room that HE runs on Skype.  That's it.  Neil chose to rant at him and throw school yard insults.

So, instead of contacting me and asking questions about where I received the documents from, or how I got them, or even asking me if we could discuss the documents, Keenan chose to bash a friend of mine, who is not even remotely involved, and run to someone who runs another site and tell her lies about how I'm blocking him from responding on my site.

Jean, in response: I'm sorry that you felt that I wouldn't share your comments or concerns here on RTS.  I have assured people over and over on this site that I will always respect someone's Right to their personal opinion and their Right to freedom of Speech. I harbour no grudges.

Many people have been caught up in the web that Keenan has spun.  I would take note of how many of them are still associating with, or even talking about him now.

Soekanto to Keenan: Cease and Desist

I was sent copies of this document by someone who wishes to remain anonymous.  I immediately ran them up the tree for verification and have been told by high up sources that the seal/stamps and notary are legitimate. 

Several months ago I was informed that Neil Keenan is not in any way associated with the Global Accounts and Dr. Seno Edy Soekanto as he has led people to believe.  This information came from very high up sources.  Since then I have been given verification of this from several other sources.  I left the information alone and did not bring it forward until today.  After reading this document I have realized that it's important for people to know this information so that they understand that not all is what it's portrayed to be and that there is a lot going on that very shady to say the least.

As I have said many times before:  Many whom you think are good, are not good.

Swimming through the quicksand: Casper, Keenan, Whistleblower, Drake

The smoke and lies are ridiculously thick right now.  In the past month the Cabal has heightened their fear porn to unbelievable levels, and the disinfo agents are working overtime to muddy the waters till it's like swimming through quicksand.

I happen to like this article from Rumour Mill News because Xavier makes some very good points in here- points that echo a theory that has been bubbling in my own brain.  Some of these people are not who they portrait themselves to be.

Over the past two weeks I have had some serious insight into the background of some of the actors in this play, and some of them - ones whom many here have supported and applauded and defended from all comers- are not as pristine nor "white knightly" as they would have us believe.  And some are downright wrong, in every way.  At this moment I'm not at liberty to talk about this in any detail, but suffice to say: Keep your bullshitometers finely tuned and read everything with discernment.

Are you confused by the dialogue going on between these men? You should be – for that is a big part of their purpose. Let me explain: You have heard about the ‘Good Cop, Bad Cop’ routine, yes? The whole point of it is that both cops are on the same team – but organized to totally confuse and intimidate their victim into trusting the ‘good cop’. Which the victim usually does… Well here, we – the more discerning element of the public who read sites like RMN – yes, we are the intended victims. And we are supposed to concede a specific point of view being promoted through (and despite) the complexity of what is going on here. My working assumption is that a manufactured disarray around the OITC, through this ‘good cop, bad cop’ scenario is exactly what is being created. They – good shill, bad shill - are all on the same team, an alphabet agency controlled by a government which is, in turn, under complete control of the international banksters. Let’s call the agency ABC (ok, two out of three…) Much of the agency works directly for the banksters (but paid for from your taxes and the proceeds of drugs/guns/trafficking). The agency is co-ordinating a sophisticated ‘good cop, bad cop’ scenario spreading obfuscation around the OITC. Why? Because OITC is a big nightmare to the banksters, the ABC agency’s ultimate masters (just like several others). What OITC is doing by bringing massive collateral back into play to support and stabilize our money holds the potential to bring the banksters down, certainly to destroy their money-manipulation and theft games, something these fear-merchants themselves fear. Of course, OITC could also rescue the banksters – but the latter dare not trust anyone (judging others as you judge yourself!), so they will never allow themselves to cut such a deal, indicating that a rescue (allowing the illuminasti out with some dignity) probably will nevert happen. So – through the ABC agency, the banksters have their shills deployed. Actually, it is high level shilliness, ultimately not serving the banksters I would guess (oh yes, and I claim a new word…Definition: Shilliness – the foolish deployment of shills to one’s eventual detriment). A few notes, then, about the players (and excuse me if I have some fun with them in the process...) Remember – they are all working for the same boss. It is a well-planned and executed spin-fest, designed to confuse US while marginalizing the very important OITC. In this spin-scene we have: Keith Scut (a dictionary definition of Scut: a deeply foolish person) playing the ‘bad shill’ role. Has a reputation for running several personas on the web at once. He was inserted into the OITC for some years, he became trusted internally – and from that position of trust crafted a number of bad scenarios with outside parties, designed to eventually make OITC look bad through negative publicity after the event. David Cayford aka Whistleblower, who I shall re-name Craw Fish (as in ‘something very fishy sticks in my craw here…). The Classic ‘good shill’ role, appearing to protect and support the OITC, and publicly assuming an ‘insider’ position in the process – but interesting how every now and then he puts the knife in. His latest is the claim that Dr Ray Dam, chairman of OITC, died in 2010. Well, I have spoken at length with Dr Dam, quite recently, so as far as I am concerned that statement is completely false. Why this sudden viciousness from an apparent supporter? Well, I am told by someone I can rely on that Craw Fish (Whistleblower) is probably one of Keith Scuts many internet characters. I suspect that Scut, reported as currently being under great personal pressure, ‘lost it’ for a moment, confusing his various faces, and lashed out through the ‘wrong’ persona. My pendulum seems to agree. And, I am told, nobody at OITC has ever heard of this character. Duh! Incidentally, Dr Dam now has a global network of 138 (so far) true and noble souls - many in high places either materially or spiritually - who truly are sincere and genuine and who will act to help stabilize many countries and all inhabitants of this beautiful blue planet. But wait – my pendulum indicates quite strongly that Vandemeer is not dead…hmmm. He, too, is said to have worked with same ABC agency in a fairly senior role. I am told Casper also appears to work for that same ABC agency, but for a different department. Occasional comment have been made by Casper on OITC (cross-department co-ordination here), but mostly his role seems to be to keep many people taking the ‘hopium’ of good events yet to come, and a kind of ‘managed information dependency’. There is a lot of this on the web and many of the hopium stories have been worked up for years. These spurious initiatives represent a vast capacity to depress very large numbers of people who might otherwise be active in moving positive things forward – some of whom become dangerously destabilized, And a few committing suicide when they finally realize no delivery is possible. And talk about hiding in plain sight…Casper = spook = ABC agency! Duh (again!) Maybe Dr Vandemeer is indeed alive, and is controlling this whole scenario, from a new location and under a new name? From my personal experience of him, he certainly has the ability. And it would not be the first time he has disappeared, moved countries and assumed a new name and persona. Whatever…the whole scenario is completely macCIAvellian (Definition: Cunning, scheming, and unscrupulous, esp. in politics or in advancing one's career.) When the Craw Fish invites one more fly into his parlour – what if it turns out to be a hornet? I suggest this because my OITC contact says: “There will soon come a time when all the old guard is no more then a loud clanging noise irritating the world as we know it . And that time is very soon. You can beat your own drum Craw Fish but strong words of advice: OITC is no longer your little sitting duck. The operational team has been hugely expanded. You hit one duck we all take a defensive position and cover each other . You know, like the Spartans did (or maybe you wouldn’t know, as one must have lived a code of honour to understand it!) As I have said before, I disagree with many things that Casper has said recently.  One of the reasons is that I disagree with his slant or interpretation of events that have or are happening.  But I will say that in this update I do agree with him on a several points.  I am trying to discern who wrote the introductory paragraph to this report as it also highlights several things that are very important to consider, in my opinion.

I think that much of the confusion and arguments that have been generated between Keenan and several others is due to one major issue of contention.  As is said below in the introduction, I think that Neil believes that the Global Collateral Accounts are the be all and end all and that therefore only he is responsible for them and therefore for the economic salvation of the world.  

In previous articles I have said that Keenan and I disagree about the World Global Settlements.  Our disagreement stems from the fact that Neil does not believe that the WGS has been released, whereas I have lost count of the number of sources that have verified not only their existence, but the fact that the money is now in the US, has been released, and is now being sent out world wide. 

A brief note on gathering intel:  Whenever there is a false story or disinfo being spread- regardless of where it is generated from- there is ALWAYS a whistleblower. There have been several of such instances where 3 letter agencies have deliberately spread out a story to throw people off the scent of what's really going on (especially in the world of the "RV"), and each and every time there has always been at least a few people who have come forward and said "No, that's not true, that's not what is/has happened".  When the intel about the details and release of the World Global Settlements  began flowing in, we received verification from dozens of sources- from all areas of government, agencies, foreign embassies and governments, and financial institutions.  We did not receive a single whisper from any source to indicate that this was not in reality happening. This doesn't happen.  There is always a whistleblower. Add to this, the many different sources bringing info with regards to the Prosperity Packages and the Global Currency Revaluation...

...hence the fact that I am certain that the World Global Settlements are a fact and the money is being released. 

Chapter Two of the Leo Wanta Biography is being launched today (which I will post links to in a short while).  I have not had a chance to read it yet, but I've been given a heads up that it will answer some of the questions as to where the original money given to Wanta, by Reagan, actually came from.  This information should clear up at least some of the disputes.

Beyond the World Global Settlements, the Wanta funds, and the Global Accounts, there is still the St. Germaine Trust out there.  The WGS, Wanta funds (we think), and the SGT, are not part of the Global Accounts, and therefore are not within the scope of Neil's responsibility nor his prime focus.  Therein lies the conflicting opinions, information and the arguments.

Casper is correct: his business is not Keenan's business and his sources are not Neil's sources. Just as my sources are not Casper or Keenan's sources.

Going back to a conversation I had with Enerchi, from Ascension with Earth:  If we could get all these people with vital information together- like Casper, Keenan, Drake, Fulford, Hinkle, Wilcock, Poof, Heneghan, and several others- and get them all to the table to openly discuss what they know... I think that the Master Puzzle would come into sharper focus and the lines that divide each section would blur out, leaving a much clearer picture of the whole.

...BUT.......

....Could it be that the reason there IS so much conflict is that those conducting the orchestra are deliberately keeping these people divided?  Over the course of the past few weeks I have come to think that this might be exactly the case.  If you think about it, in the last month or so, several people have done a flipflop in their prime focus and suddenly taken a different path.  Might this be because those who are in control of the changes that are currently happening across our planet are manipulating the situation to control the release of the new system?  Perhaps doing this by distracting one of those people who has been leading the charge of informing the public so that they do not leak vital info on the timing of the event? Timing IS everything after all is said and done.

Regardless, it's time to bury the hatchet. We are all working on the same puzzle and it's about time that everyone acknowledges that.

THIS WILL BE MY LAST POST AS IT WILL SURELY PISS OFF DRAKE AND THOSE THAT ONLY BELIEVE IN WHAT HE SAYS PLUS HIS CLOSE ASSOCIATION WITH NEIL KEENAN AS DRAKE BELIEVES IN EVERY WORD NEIL SAYS. I have said the same thing before that Neil has a God Complex believing that no money can come to the people but by him. I have said Neil does NOT control ALL the money and assests in the world. The funds to do Ambassador Leo Wanta's task assigned by Regan came from the Treasury. He used these funds to trade in the Ruble which brought down the USSR and ended the Cold War. This created the Wanta-Reagan-Mitterand Protocols. Therfore, since the money came from the Treasury that which was gained from the trades belong to the people of the United States, and not Neil Keenan and the Collateral Accounts. This is the same way that George Soros has made his money. Wanta's funds were to benefit the United States with taxes and high speed rail. Soros uses his funds to subvert governments including our by buying votes, controlling the elections by owning the company that counts the votes, supporting ACORN and very left wing blogs, radio programs, TV, and other media resources not to mention his own aggrandizement. As you read Casper's response, the group that sent packages to the governors was RUSA and Tim Turner, not Casper.

CASPER UPDATE: SEPTEMBER 25, 2012 - In Response to Neil Keenan Good Morning All: This is the ‘infamous’ casper here with a brief reply to this morning’s Neil Keenan reply to our update of 9-20-12.

First Friends, lets recall why Casper brought the unrelated subject of Keenan and his business into a Casper update on the 20th. It is because he stated many things in writing on the internet one of which was that the programs will never pay. He inserted himself into "our business", a business unrelated to his own, one which he has nothing to do with and obviously knows nothing about other than what he has been mislead to believe by his new friends at the OITC and/or Global Accounts who have been saying from the beginning of time that they own every dime that exists upon this planet including any funds which might be claimed or owed to program participants. You will recall that WE "fought" publically with "Whistleblower/ Obama" for a year or two about this before other battles apparently drew their attention away from their skirmishes with us. Now comes Keenan singing the same very old song and in the employ of those who are attempting to claim all funds for themselves.

WE know a great deal more about Keenan and his employers than we reported. What we know, or think we know, comes from sources around the world and not from our personal involvement with the Wanta Funds, the 120 nations, or the White Hats as charged by Keenan in his overnight update. WE never discuss the Global Accounts, the OITC, the WGS, or even the Wanta Funds except perhaps in a passing remark or unless, as in this case, someone like Whistleblower or Keenan issues highly disturbing and false remarks about "our business", then we bite back saying he/they are wrong, do not know what they are talking about, and should tend to their own knitting which is not going nearly well enough for them to mess around in things that are none of their business. Based on our Intel Keenan will not be able to re-file his lawsuit. Furthermore, we hear, some of his "employers" are reconsidering their "arrangements".

It would be very easy to take Keenan’s overnight update apart line by line pointing out all the factually incorrect statements because there are so many. But why bother? Those who have read and retained the Intel provided in our updates are able to recognize his mis-statements or deceptions as the case may be. WE have never been involved with any u-tube presentation for example, nor had even the remotest thing to do with the 120 or so nations, or any reporting on that subject. Is Keenan lazy, mis-informed or deceitful. You decide. He goes on to say, "It is the Global Accounts Casper is speaking of, not the Wanta funds." No I did not, I made no mention of the Global Accounts in our update. Then he goes on to say, “Hey Casper, aren’t you the guys who had the packages going out to the Governors a year or so ago”? Well, no Neil, WE are not. As a matter of fact Neil, there is virtually nothing in your update addressing our group which is correct but a laundry list of things said which are incorrect. Are you too lazy to actually read what we say or do you need a new assistant who can read? You seem to believe that the accounts you are chasing contain or should contain, all the money in the world. Has it occurred to you that there are funds in this world you are not involved with?

Keenan then mentions many things having to do with "his business" which are no doubt of ongoing interest to everyone but which are not specifically related to our business regardless of what he might think. There is ample derision, confusion, and conflicts of interest currently going on in your world Mr. Neil, so perhaps you would find it more profitable to be looking over your own shoulder rather than issuing unsolicited, emotionally distressing remarks about "our business" which is no concern of yours.

On sunday the infamous "Casper" made scathing remarks aimed at Neil Keenan and various others who's work revolves through the world of the World Global Settlements, Prosperity Packages, the Dinar/Global Currency Revaluation, and of course the Wanta Reagan Mitterrand funds.  Casper's Opinion gives out information that is incorrect- be it because it's "disinfo" or because his sources are leading him around by the nose, I just don't know- but it definitely has a slant that is not right in my opinion.

Enerchi of Ascension with Earth contacted me about the Casper opinion piece and asked if I could write a follow up article to address this with Neil Keenan.

Hi D,   Who is Casper is he the friendly ghost?  hahahah..   I did not read it all, seeing it is just hogwash.  I guess he has been around for a long while making promises to the people who put their faith in him and then find out that the ball he gave them has no air.  I could give you a litany of things they have promised, but you all know what they are and not one of them has been true.  For something to be called the "Wanta funds" it must mean that he earned this money somewhere along the way, but this is the money that was used to take down the USSR. Where did it come from?  The Global Accounts, and guess what that is where it is sitting right now?  Sorry, no Wanta Funds, it is a myth.  I will not allow them to keep pounding us with this crap.  Am I stopping the American People from getting any of these funds by forewarning them not to believe this?  Not at all.  I am simply advising them that this will never happen seeing it does not belong to the White Hats or Wanta.  It belongs to the Global Accounts.  Those funds were stolen from the Global Accounts, and are now resting comfortably in the accounts.

Do you remember the You Tube presentation from the very same people, Casper included, that the White Hats had 120 nations supporting them and that we would shortly have a new financial system?  Everyone said "WOW".  I did not say "WOW", nor did David Wilcock, and why?  Because we were in touch with those nations and at that time there was not 120, but much less.  One day after this release, David (Wilcock) received a call from Danny Gamage asking for help.  Seems that the White Hats had not one country backing them and they needed help.  When David could not help them, I received a call from the White Hats asking for the same help.  Their Your Tube release was full of crap just as many releases have been.

Now do not get me wrong, I have seen some White Hat releases that are fantastic but to be honest I only read a bit of it.  Doctor Michael Vandemeer used to ague with me over them and who they represent.  I would tell him they are disinfo and nothing more.  I know what I am doing and they attempt to cross over into my realm on occasions and when they do they show where they stand.  They might mean well and if so then they should stop publishing the nonsense they do.  As stated above, some of their releases are on the money, but what they are discussing now they are just winging it.  Sure the people get excited when they hear money is going to be released to them, hell I would be to, but they have sent out so many false flags how can one believe or trust them.  I know where the accounts are and they rest comfortably and I do not want anyone to have false beliefs that something is just going to appear on their doorstep.  It is not going to happen.  Even when this matter with the Cabal is cleared up, the money is not going to just appear from the Accounts.  You see D, the accounts are owned by the World, not by Wanta or White Hats.  Many countries and Societies have deposited their Gold into those accounts and it is their assets that Casper is speaking of, not Wanta's.

I could tell you many stories of what I have heard but I feel no need to do this.  Casper is mad Neil Keenan is a new guy on the block and I appreciate this, but understand this Casper: the new guy on the Block is not naive and he he does not like the people getting confused by people such as yourself.  This is tough enough for them to be misled again and again.  What will you do? Lead them to the slaughterhouse? Is this your goal, for you cannot be foolish enough to believe your own blarny.  Take it easy on the people, they have been through lots and most have no idea why.  Get your facts straight, I know you are more than capable of doing so and if not, then then what reason do you have not to let the people know what is going on?  If you really do not know then do not print it.  It is best the people do not read make believe and take it to heart.  Do I want the people to receive money?  Hell yes I do, but I do not want them sitting there with dreams that have no chance of coming true.  Hey Casper aren't you the guys that had the packages going out to the Governors a year or more ago.  Again it was over and people had been issued the packages right?  Ah it does not matter JUST TREAT the people better they deserve more.  They have been through a lot.

Casper, I do not know if you are a disinfo agent as they say but you cross over into what I am doing often and when you do you step on my toes and I have to advise you that I Bite.  I have so much more I can say but will not.  I have no fight with the White Hats but will not let them cross that line over to my territory.  I understand Wanta or the White Hats even filed a copycat lawsuit similar to mine in Switzerland in Wanta's name.  Is this true?  Seems like so many others that things just keep being said but nothing is happening.  As for the liens I filed, you are right, they did not represent the US, they represented the Family Heritance Guarantee seeing as they had more than 4 Trillion USD stolen from them over the years by the FEDS.  What you do not tell the people is that President Soekarno from Indonesia presided over all those accounts you speak of and when he went into buisness with Kennedy to eliminate the Federal Reserve Bank, Kennedy was killed by the Bankers.  After this we had an appointed Marcos, not elected and furthermore there must be more than just smoke and mirrors to the Ray Dam situation seeing as he screams loud that he is in control of the accounts but what he forgets to mention is that he was never elected, only appointed by the West.  What gave the FEDS such contol over the collaterals?  Why were they allowed to hijack a system that was supposed to be supported by the very assets of the East?  My fight is to get this cleaned up Casper.  Seeing as those people you seem to agree with are those same ones who are hurting the very same people you claim you are trying to get money for. Let me leave this response at this:  I PRAY YOU DO GET FUNDS RELEASED TO THE PEOPLE BUT I DOUBT IT and NO I AM NOT STOPPING YOU FROM GETTING IT TO THEM.  JUST BE HONEST WITH THEM THEY WILL UNDERSTAND IT.


Over the past few days I've had several long (and constantly interrupted) conversations with Aaron from Soldier Hugs, who is spearheading the launch of the "Leo Wanta Biography" written by Marilyn MacGruder Barnewall.  Over the past few months Aaron and I have had several in depth conversations about our current global situation, and about those people who put themselves out there to bring us updates.  We've discussed the Wanta funds and Global accounts several times.

The Wanta funds is a subject that is highly volitile and shrouded in  secrecy.  There are many different angles that come into play and create drama and unease. Aaron and I examined the various facets of the topic and after much back and forth, this was his final comment on the subject at hand.


So, great discussion we have concluded here over the last 3 days. With regards to Neil Keenan and his position/opinion of the Wanta funds, etc...I feel there 2 key distinctions that need clarity. The 1st is an explanation of his claim that the Wanta funds were "stolen" from the Collateral accounts. What I mean is; it would be helpful to understand if he is saying that these funds were "actually" stolen physically, thereby making them actual and tanigble in existence, OR do he mean that they were "mirrored" or fiat funds that were created by means of the off ledger shennigans but using the collateral accounts as, well "the collateral", for funny money creation/manipulation. And 2nd, depending on the distinction of the 1st above, how is the release or repatriation of the Wanta a bad thing, or illegal thing, etc... What I mean is; if these funds were indeed "mirrored" or funny money in origen, then is he saying the release or repatration of these in illegal fundamentally because they in truth "do not exist", or perhaps that by releasing or using them would somehow perputuate or help the Cabal banksters in their plight to extend the inevitable, etc...? From the viewpoint of the general public, all of these various groups including Neil Keenan, the White Hats, Ben Fulford, Wilcock, Drake, Nesara, etc.... ALL seem to agree with the identification of the evil Cabal elements, their various factions and agendas of conspiracy against the Planet, BUT what seems to confuse everybody is that all of these good guy groups seem to be fighting about how the "Pie" is to be divided as used with regards to WGS, PP's, and various other Trusts and Funds rumored and specualted to exist. (and many that are rumored to NOT be related to the Collateral accounts that Neil is involved with). A clear picture of exaclty what is in store with regards to the supposed new financial system that will replace the current and old one is really whats needed here as it this is what eveyone is speculating about; not who the bad guys are or what they are doing in general.

A 2nd thing for Neil and others to consider, is that aside from the explanations and workings of the Collateral Accounts, and all the things associated with the true wealth and assests of the world and how this all shakes out, I feel that the Leo Wanta story has much additional value here with regards to further revealing the nature of the covert conspiracy that exists and has existed for decades with regards to the treasonous take down and Corruption of the US government, and other world governments. its a lot easier for the "public" to undertsand and absorb the relevancy and impact of these financial matters if they can fundamentally understand why and how the Cabal is doing it and has been doing for centuries. So its not just about the money, but also about the bastards pulling the strings and how they have gotten away with it so long.

I don't know what Neil Keenen thinks of Soldierhugs, etc.. for working with the Wanta Story, and I am completely open/minded as to any thing he has to say about this. But I do feel that the Wanta story has merit in its huge scope of ripping the veil off of the covert conspiracy and the credibility of its existence. I am completely open minded about Neil's Claim about the money parts of this equation, If it can be credibly explained and the clear distinctions made as to the "Why and How" of his claims against the Wanta Funds/Protocols....


I want to add a bit of clarity on the subject of the Wanta funds and the Prosperity Packages from the information that I have.  Many people believe that the Wanta money is what is being used to pay out the Prosperity Packages, and this is not true. It is my understanding that the PPs are being funded by the World Global Settlements and this has been backed up by several sources. The next important point is that the WGS are NOT part of the Wanta funds. 

Therein lies much of the confusion about this. 


I try to keep myself neutral between the various groups and people that are working so hard to move humanity forward and out of the clutches of the Cabal.  Although when I read or hear something that is incorrect, or that the intel I have suggests is wrong, I will give my opinion on the subject. As I said in an article last week , Neil and I do not agree on the topic of the World Global Settlements and the PPs, but we can still discuss various aspects of change going on across the world. I have had a lot of lively debates with many people on these topics.  Sometimes they get pretty heated too.  But in the end it is important for all of us to remember the final goal and remember that regardless of what section of the puzzle we are working on, it's all part of the master puzzle. 

...and maybe, instead of arguing about who's right or wrong, if everyone put away the animosity and the finger pointing and openly worked as a team, we might unravel the confusion and see the final master puzzle all in one piece.
