Sony. Hacked. North Korea. FBI. White house. Obama. "National Security".
Can YOU find the logic in any sentence that could be created from the words listed above?
How about this: Sony was hacked in 2011. It was not considered a "National Security" issue.
Sony Hacked 2011
Then Sony was hacked in 2012. It wasn't considered a "National Security" issue either.
Sony Hacked 2012
Yet now, in 2014, when Sony gets Hacked, the US calls it a matter of "National Security". And blame it on North Korea. Not just hackers from North Korea, but on the North Korean government itself.
.... All because of a comedy movie. Not just a movie, but one that is apparently so bad, that one main stream media commentator laughed and said that North Korea may have just saved the world from watching the worse movie ever.
I mean, that a county's government might get pissed off at a movie that has been put out by hollywood that puts them in a bad light - hell that has happened many times. A movie gets banned and that government puts out a statement declaring that they are not happy with the movie, yadda yadda yadda... But threaten the US with acts of war over a movie? Seriously? Even the Vatican didn't get that wordy when the Last Temptation of Christ, Passion, and Dogma were released. They didn't like it, and made public statements against the movies, but that was about it.
So one has to wonder..... why is it North Korea who hacked Sony this time? Why aren't they looking at the Hackers who have taken responsibility for the hack? You know... the guys that actually have the ability to pull off something like this?!? But no no no, it's all about North Korea.
.....really? Really? REALLY?
The US claiming "National Security" over a freakin movie company getting hacked is ridiculous enough, but to now obviously lie and blame North Korea for it, seems completely ludicris. Unless of course there was something else that was hacked in Sony... Unless there is something VERY damning to the US government that was uncovered in all of those emails..... Unless of course, the US government has an agenda that they are pushing against North Korea.
Remember what I keep talking about: What are the last freely held Central banks in the world?
Iran- whom the US are currently pushing very strongly on the Nuclear issues, and hiding the proof that the CIA is responsible for destroying the Iranian government in 1953. Whom the US government has done everything possible to blame for just about anything bad that has happened in the world. OH! and who else hates Iran? Saudi Arabia. Saudi who is seriously pissy that Iran's oil production is about to outstrip theirs? Saudi, the head of OPEC, the guys who just sent the world into a tail spin due to oil prices and production? Who are the Saudi's super cozy with? The US government- especially the Bush Clan. Who went to war against Iraq with zero evidence that Iraq was ever involved in any way with the (makebelieve) terrorist group Alqaeda? George Bush Jr. Iraq who also had just discovered more oil (enough to take over Saudi's first place position), and more gold that Fort Knox ever held even when it HAD gold in it. Iraq, who had one of the very last free standing central banks in the world. The Central bank of Iraq that was the very first thing Bush took over when they marched into Iraq. Remember who they were supposedly looking for? That Alqaeda terrorist leader Osama Bin Laden. Osama Bin Laden who was the son of a rich Saudi, born in Saudi Arabia and trained by the CIA . Who ran the CIA during this time? George Bush Sr
North Korea, Who, as I said, the US has been blaming for everything under the sun, in the hopes of finding a way to convince the American public that the US government should go after them. So far, all of their attempts have failed and North Korea is just too far away, and too close to China for the US to try anything even remotely "militaristic", so they continue with their blatant propaganda campaign.
The forth and last free standing central bank is the one that I have been working on to confirm yea, or nay, for the past year: Syria. Gee! Yet another target of the US.
The remaining central banks that WERE freestanding and not under Cabal control: Libya, Afghanistan, Iraq. Isn't that interesting, eh?
Just exactly what was in those Sony emails that has the White House so up in arms? Or is this yet the next attempt to push the public into accepting yet another war?
.... Or is it all just a distraction?
"Look! Look over there!! Something shiny!!!!" Hollywood AND politics AND terrorist threats? That's gotta be a winning combination to keep the public distracted from the fact that the Big Banks are about to steal all their money and the collapse of the global economy is happening right under their noses. Hell, Christmas is only going to distract people for another 3 or 4 days, and the Super Bowl is still weeks away....... gotta do something to keep the people looking at the dancing girls in the bikinis and the latest Hollywood scandals.
Nothing to see here. Move along. Move along.
Side note: This is the link sent to the FBI by the Guardians of Peace.... I listened to about 30 seconds of it and then my brain started to drip out of my ears.... yes, the music is that bad- I won't even embed it here, if you're adventurous enough you can watch it at this link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G5BX4vFNyco
Sony Hackers Guardians of Peace Troll FBI, Anonymous Convinced Hack Didn't Come From North Korea
Elena Scotti/The Daily Beast
The
hacking group that’s taken credit for breaching Sony’s servers and
leaking their files online posted a message online Saturday mocking the
FBI’s investigation.
According to a statement issued by the FBI
on December 19, which was then echoed by President Obama during his
year-end press conference, “the North Korean government is responsible”
for hacking Sony’s servers, leaking sensitive company data online,
threatening movie theaters that choose to exhibit the satire The Interview, and ultimately succeeding in getting the Kim Jong Un assassination comedy’s release pulled.
The FBI presented the following as evidence:
“Technical analysis of the data deletion malware
used in this attack revealed links to other malware that the FBI knows
North Korean actors previously developed. For example, there were
similarities in specific lines of code, encryption algorithms, data
deletion methods, and compromised networks.
The
FBI also observed significant overlap between the infrastructure used in
this attack and other malicious cyber activity the U.S. government has
previously linked directly to North Korea. For example, the FBI
discovered that several Internet protocol (IP) addresses associated with
known North Korean infrastructure communicated with IP addresses that
were hardcoded into the data deletion malware used in this attack.
Separately,
the tools used in the SPE attack have similarities to a cyber attack in
March of last year against South Korean banks and media outlets, which
was carried out by North Korea.”
Meanwhile, North Korea has maintained their stance that they weren’t involved in the crippling cyber-attack, and have proposed a joint investigation
with the U.S. authorities in finding the culprits, warning of “grave
consequences” if America continues to blame the Hermit Kingdom for the
hacking.
On Saturday afternoon, Guardians of Peace, the hacking
group that’s so far claimed responsibility for wreaking havoc on Sony,
posted a message online mocking the FBI’s investigation.
It is as follows:
“By GOP
The result of investigation by FBI is so excellent that you might have seen what we were doing with your own eyes.
We congratulate you success.
FBI is the BEST in the world.
You will find the gift for FBI at the following address.”
Then,
they included a link to the following video titled “you are an
idiot!”—essentially Rickrolling the FBI. The video opens with some words
in Japanese, before cutting to a series of gyrating animated bodies
shrieking, "You are an idiot!"
While
the FBI, President Obama, and George Clooney seem thoroughly convinced
that the Guardians of Peace are the work of Pyongyang—the name
“Guardians of Peace” comes from a quote used by former President Richard
Nixon describing South Korea—many hackers online have questioned the
allocation of blame from Day One, including former Lulzsec hacker turned
government information Sabu, who maintains they “don’t have the technical capabilities,” and Anonymous,
who wrote, “we all know the hacks didn't come from North Korea,” and
threatened to launch further hacks against Sony if they don't release
the film online.
Some of the world’s leading cybersecurity experts have also questioned
whether North Korea is responsible for hacking Sony, claiming a decided
lack of evidence or that it came from a group posing as North Korea as
misdirection, such as Brett Thomas, chief technology officer of Redwood
City, California-based online services company Vindicia:
President Obama, meanwhile, seems quite adamant in
believing the narrative that North Korea and its leader, Kim Jong Un,
were so offended by the satire The Interview, a Seth Rogen and
James Franco flick which portrays the Dear Leader being assassinated,
that they launched a cyber-attack on Sony as retribution, and threatened
a “proportional” response by the U.S.
“The FBI announced today
and we can confirm that North Korea engaged in this attack,” President
Obama announced during his year-end presser on Friday. “I think it says
something interesting about North Korea that they decided to have the
state mount an all-out assault on a movie studio because of a satirical
movie starring Seth Rogen and James Flacco [Franco]. I love Seth and I
love James, but the notion that that was a threat to them I think gives
you some sense of the kind of regime we’re talking about here.”
He
added, “They caused a lot of damage, and we will respond. We will
respond proportionally, and we’ll respond in a place and time and manner
that we choose. It’s not something that I will announce here today at a
press conference.”
Ohhhhh the smell of false flags, misdirection and outright lies and deceit..... T'is almost overwhelming in it's rancid stench. I'm talking about the debacle in Syria of course. First off, before I get into all the links and information I would like to copy here something that I posted in Skype to a good friend of mine, and then into the RTS skype room:
remind yourself of this:
spring 2011 syria summer 2011 egypt fall 2011 new york and USA Fall 2011 beginning of campaign against Iran (again) winter 2012 Iran spring 2012 syria summer 2012 egypt fall 2012 syria/turkey winter 2013 iran spring 2013 North Korea spring 2013 egypt summer 2013 Lebanon/israel summer 2013 Syria again
...... what do they all have in common?
........ completely FAILED false flags. ... toss in the Boston marathon- the Colorado theatre shooting, the school "massacre"....... all failed to produce what they were suppose to. I'm just reminding you in black and white..... sometimes it s good to see it all right in front on you "they" are completely bankrupt. there are not even any fumes left that's what Syria is about right now- they need to distract the masses with a huge false flag so they don't notice that they money is gone gone gone.
"Look! Look!!!! Look over there!!! Something Shiny!!!!" BUT.... beyond that? We are seeing some incredible things coming out, being made transparent even in the main stream media. This is the time of disclosure, when all the things hidden are being revealed. Hell, some of these guys probably don't even realize what they've said or done until after the fact and then I'm sure they stand there with a stunned look on their face thinking "What the Fuck did I just SAY!!!???" This first article is an awesome example of exactly that:
Saudis offer Russia secret oil deal if it drops Syria
Saudi Arabia has secretly offered Russia a sweeping deal to control the global
oil market and safeguard Russia’s gas contracts, if the Kremlin backs away
from the Assad regime in Syria.
"....
The talks appear to offer an alliance between the OPEC cartel and Russia,
which together produce over 40m barrels a day of oil, 45pc of global output.
Such a move would alter the strategic landscape.
The details of the talks were first leaked to the Russian press. A more
detailed version has since appeared in the Lebanese newspaper As-Safir,
which has Hezbollah links and is hostile to the Saudis.
As-Safir said Prince Bandar pledged to safeguard Russia’s naval base in Syria
if the Assad regime is toppled, but he also hinted at Chechen terrorist
attacks on Russia’s Winter Olympics in Sochi if there is no accord. “I
can give you a guarantee to protect the Winter Olympics next year. The
Chechen groups that threaten the security of the games are controlled by us,”
he allegedly said.
Prince Bandar went on to say that Chechens operating in Syria were a pressure
tool that could be switched on an off. “These groups do not scare us. We use
them in the face of the Syrian regime but they will have no role in Syria’s
political future.”
The Saudi's just openly admitted to running a terrorist group to control a nation, and threatened another nation with the same terrorist group.
How's that for open disclosure? The original story found HERE includes a few more dizzying bits of interesting and INlightening information. This news story has the Russians laying right out there, no hold barred with the following quotes:
"Russia's deputy prime minister, Dmitry Rogozin, said on Twitter: "The West
behaves towards the Islamic world like a monkey with a grenade." "
... kinda like a monkey flinging poo, eh?
.....
"Ahead of a meeting of the United Nations Security Council on Wednesday, the Russian
foreign ministry has warned the United States and Britain against repeating
the experience of Iraq.
“Attempts to bypass the security council, once again to create artificial
groundless excuses for a military intervention in the region are fraught
with new suffering in Syria and catastrophic consequences for other
countries of the Middle East and North Africa,” a foreign ministry spokesman
said. "
.....
"Russian officials are comparing the possible use of force against Syria to the
2003 US-led invasion of Iraq, which was vehemently opposed by Moscow as
based on flawed intelligence that Saddam Hussein’s regime possessed weapons
of mass destruction.
“Deja-vu,” Alexei Pushkov, the head of the Russian parliament’s foreign
affairs committee wrote on Twitter.
“It feels like in the White House it’s still (George W.) Bush, (Dick) Cheney
and (Donald) Rumsfeld and in Downing Street Tony Blair,” he said, referring
to the former US president, vice president, defence secretary and British
prime minister during the Iraq war. “The faces change. But not the politics.”"
"The Faces change. But not the politics"...... well that would be because the politics never change. America's supposed two party system has always been a joke (just like Canada's 3 party system)... it's all the same guys. They just wear different colored ties. .... and then there is England, where their Prime Minister basically announces to the world that his country is going to war.... on freakin' Twitter..... I shit you not.
"Today David Cameron announced that he was recalling Parliament to debate what
Britain should do about Syria. He made this announcement not in a speech, or
in an interview, or even in a press release. He made it using his personal
Twitter account.
You can read the entire article HERE On Aug 27th this article was released with statements by Syria's President al-Assad:
Even if we are to believe the West’s claim that Bashar al-Assad’s
government is behind the chemical weapons attack, there can be no
denying that the insurgent al-Qaeda “rebel” forces that started a
campaign of destabilization of Syria are backed by the United States,
Saudi Arabia and other Western powers.
President al-Assad: The statements by the
American administration, the West and other countries were made with
disdain and blatant disrespect of their own public opinion; there isn’t a
body in the world, let alone a superpower, that makes an accusation and
then goes about collecting evidence to prove its point. The American
administration made the accusation on Wednesday and two days later
announced that they would start to collect the evidence – what evidence
is it going to gather from afar?!
They claim that the area in question is under the
control of the rebels and that the Syrian Army used chemical weapons.
In fact, the area is in contiguity with the Syrian Army positions, so
how is it possible that any country would use chemical weapons, or any
weapons of mass destruction, in an area where its own forces are
located; this is preposterous! These accusations are completely
politicised and come on the back of the advances made by the Syrian Army
against the terrorists.
As for the UN Commission, we were the first to
request a UN investigation when terrorists launched rockets that carried
toxic gas in the outskirts of Aleppo. Several months before the attack,
American and Western statements were already preparing public opinion
of the potential use of chemical weapons by the Syrian government.
Full article HERE These guys are so unbelievably uncreative that they keep running the same template for EVERYTHING!!!! Hello? Iraq? Libya? How stupid do you think the people really are? Even the most conservative right-wingers I know are sitting around watching CNN saying "uhhhhhhh wait a second!!!!" The following is a list of links put together by my awesome buddy JJ showing what's going on in Syria and what isn't going on in Syria. I haven't' had a chance to go through even half of them so far, but I'll put them out for you to peruse at your convenience.
Now THIS is a quaint piece of the puzzle though!! Bill received a huge pile of documents and intel from an impeccable source last night and I think he'll release all the documents very soon (I'm getting a few of the arabic language documents translated for him).
On August 21, 2012 President Obama unfortunately gave hisredline for Syria
which everyone seems to be taking advantage. Whether Obama is likely to
back down from a Syrian confrontation, especially with the Republic
hawks advocating remains to be seen...
"We cannot have a situation where
chemical or biological weapons are falling into the hands of the wrong
people," Obama told reporters at the White House. "We have been very
clear to the Assad regime -- but also to other players on the ground --
that a red line for us is we start seeing a whole bunch of chemical
weapons moving around or being utilized.
"That would change my calculus; that would change my equation."Obama
added that U.S. officials are monitoring the situation "very carefully"
and have put together a number of contingency plans.
Saudi support for Syrian rebels shaped by tribal, religious ties"We
have communicated in no uncertain terms with every player in the region
that that's a red line for us and that there would be enormous
consequences if we start seeing movement on the chemical weapons front
or the use of chemical weapons."
Obama's remarks appeared to ratchet up his stance on the matter."
I was sent an archive of documents yesterday from two
separate sources that originated in January 2013 hack of a Malaysian
server by a hacker who goes by the pseudonym of JAsIrx. Inside the
archive is an interesting internal email from the British military
contracting company Britam. Its not a new find, its been floating in
the Internet for some time now, and probably not coincidental I get it
from two apparently unconnected sources on the same day. Notice the date
on the email, December 24, 2012...just four months after
Obama committed to going to war in Syria over chemical weapons. Please go to American Kabuki to see the original email mentioned above HERE And now....Shall we talk "finance"? I just have a few things to say on the topic of the RV and "New" Financial system. First off, that whole NASDAQ, NYSE, TSE fiasco from last week and the Eurex exchange this week had nothing to do with Hacking or "installing new upgrades" or "Glitches" or "Putting the "new" financial system online"...... it was theft. Pure and simple. the NASDAQ went down and $5.8 trillion (yes, with a "T") seems to be missing (shhhhhh! don't tell anyone! You'll spook the markets!!! opps- too late)... and yet a good source got a call that night that suddenly Hong Kong is releasing a huge chunk of money and to get his ass over there immediately..... but that money never seemed to manifest there either.
.... I'm still working on how the internet black out in China plays into this, because I know in my guts that it does! It's all gone folks. As I said two weeks ago- not even fumes left to run on. The "memo" has finally made it's way all the way down- the system is dry and the RV is a no go. From a friend of a friend:
"winning" is all relevant depending on your objective." "winning" depends on PERCEPTION....and perception is a matter of intent" "Yes but sometimes your objective is not to win but stall, redirect, confuse weaken, and even lose, again depending on ones objective." My friend- the whole goal of "winning" this game was to "loose" this game. That's why the game was played to begin with:
As I mentioned yesterday in the Charts article, the most awesome research team in the world have dragged some brilliant pieces of information and links into the spot light. I haven't been able to even remotely get the info/links put together in any semblance of organization, but a few of these pieces just absolutely needed to be put out here now.
Edited about 3 minutes after publishing to say: I'm sorry or all the formatting mess- I have no idea what the hell is wrong with my blogger account, but it's seriously having mental issues for the past 3 days. I'll try to get it sorted out. D
First off, for all those that love to chant "Nothing is Happening" while sticking their fingers in their ears and singing "lalalalalallalalalala I can't hear you!!!"- for you guys, I love you, but I know that nothing that anyone shows you will make you see and hear the truth of what's happening around you. But seriously?........ you fingers have GOT to be getting tired by now!! Here is a little update on the
Updated w/Documets: Courtesy Notice Success Story -- $99,692.21 Forgiven by Chase Bank
This is from one of the facebook groups and was sent to me on skype:
BIG NEWS!!!! From XXXXX CVAC 101 So, as a success story I would like to report that as of today after sending to the Vice President of the alleged Chase Bank ( who just happen to send me a letter in May with his name and signature on it to sell my home in foreclosure) was a Determination of Funding Letter, 1 Courtesy Notice and 2 invoices totaling 9,000 pieces of 99.9 silver, I received today a letter from the alleged Chase Bank that the lien on my mortgage has been released and discharges the original contract, whereas I am now responsible for the property tax and insurances, and can do what I dam well please with what I want to do with it. This was a wonderful and fun exercise in which in my heart was the right thing to do to show others that what was being done to all of us was wrong. I needed to take a stand here in Detroit as I watched neighborhoods and communities being torn apart and become inhumane as people were being forced out of their homes, their furnishing thrown in the street and in dumpsters, causing some beautiful homes to be victims of vandalization, with property values dropping like flies, and mortgage payments going through the roof with LIBOR the ARM’s deal The home’s stood empty and all the love was torn from the structures. What could I do? With the tools that were given to us by the OPPT crew II used them all, Courtesy Notices, The Determination of Funding letter, the invoices, the court templates etc, I edited them and used them sending all the love and light I could to float above and through each word, with good intent to bring awareness to every person whose eyes read it, and whose heart it may touch. I am now going to open a Dream Weavers Center to help and show as many people who have eyes to see and ears to hear where their value is, as we are the value and always have been, but it was never taught but was hidden so very well. Many of the people of family and friends who thought I had lost my mind, want to now join in to see what is going on with formerly OPPT now I/UV to Opt out of the old slavery system and it is done. I say come one come all we are in for another ride but this time there will be more of us. We are Eternal Essence Embodied absent limits !!!!! (*)
Many more stories can be read at http://i-uv.com/ and Brian is always updating his blog with new stories of success as well.
This was one of my fav bits on news this morning- I giggled for almost an hour. Yep, tell me that "nothing is happening" when members of the Saudi Royal Family are stepping down and openly talking about the corruption and the "suffering under the Al Saud regime"..... yea.... nothing to look at here.
Prince Khalid Bin Farhan Al-Saud has announced his defection from Al Saud royal family through a statement, calling on other princes to break their silence and reveal the truth for sake of God. - See more at: http://en.alalam.ir/news/1499049#sthash.ayedo7KW.fpyjnUdo.dpuf
In other interesting news, JP Morgan just can't seem to stay out of the hot seat for longer than 48 hours:
JPMorgan Looks to Pay to Settle U.S. Inquiries
JPMorgan Chase is pulling out its checkbook to help mend frayed relationships with the government.
But its new and conciliatory approach — a departure for the bank and its leader, Jamie Dimon,
who generally has taken a hard line with the authorities — is yielding
mixed results. Government officials, stung by the bank’s past displays
of hubris, may drive up the price of settlements or resist the overtures
altogether.
The hefty payouts started on Tuesday when JPMorgan
struck a $410 million settlement with the nation’s top energy
regulator, which had accused the bank of devising “manipulative schemes”
to transform “money-losing power plants into powerful profit centers.”
The agreement was a record fine for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, whose most recent settlement with a big bank totaled only $1.6 million.
JPMorgan is bracing for an even larger penalty stemming from shoddy mortgage securities it sold to the government.
And then there is this mess from Barclays...... Lovin' that CNN is outing MI5... I mean, "Barclays", teeheehee!
Barclays reveals £12.8 billion balance sheet hole
(Financial Times) -- Barclays has revealed a £12.8
billion ($19.6 billion) hole in its balance sheet as it announced a £5.8
billion rights issue, buttressed by a plan to shrink its balance sheet
and issue £2 billion of contingent convertible debt.
Seriously?! Can anyone even remotely translate that sentence into something that is understandable (let alone LEGAL). I loved this part though- are you ready for this?
"Alongside the capital
measures, the bank announced £2 billion of fresh mis-selling provisions,
£1.35 billion to cover PPI and £650 million to cover interest rate
swaps.
Barclays also announced
second-quarter profits of £3.6bn on an adjusted pre-tax basis, down 17
per cent. Statutory pre-tax profit doubled to £1.7 billion, the bank
said."
Now, THIS one is funny as all hell!!! Considering the fact that PayPal have yet to manage to return my multiple emails or reset my password for me, let alone fix the issue I have with even being able to access my account!!..... I have a hard time taking them seriously on this one!!! (I'm sure the Galactics are roaring laughing as well!)
Vets angry as federal lawyers argue Ottawa has no social obligation to soldiers "At least one veterans group promises to campaign against the Harper Conservatives because of a stand taken by federal lawyers, who argue the country holds no extraordinary social obligation to ex-soldiers."
.... As a former Canadian Armed Forces Medic and a Harper Hater..... that one nearly made my head blew off.
And for those looking for more information about Iraq and the massive sell off of all the country's assets, I've put together a couple of very telling articles.
"JUHASZ: Yeah, there's
been a long, very public fight, first started by the Bush
administration, on behest of the oil companies that basically operated
both within and without of the administration to utilize the invasion of
Iraq as a way to open up Iraq to Western oil companies, which haven't
been able to operate in Iraq since the 1970s nationalizations. And there
were two methods that were pursued to do that. One was to get the
Iraqis to pass a new national law, the Iraq oil law, that would lock in
guaranteed market access, under incredibly lucrative terms to foreign
companies, to foreign companies--basically, transition Iraq from a
nationalized oil system to an all but privatized system. The fight over
that law has been very public, and there has been great opposition to it
by Iraqi parliamentarians, oil workers unions, civil society groups,
people all around the world. And that battle is ongoing. At this very
moment, the Iraqi Parliament is still debating trying to get law
through, and still has been unable to do so. While that public process
has gone on, a much quieter process has proceeded, which is a
contracting process, a series of rounds opening up, contract by
contract, new oil fields in Iraq to foreign companies. And this process
has taken place using contract terms that are essentially the same as
what is in the law, but in--contract by contract."
Unfortunately the US "Advisors" (controllers) made sure that directly written into the Constitution was a grandfather clause to insure that NO contracts signed during the occupation of Iraq (ie: selling off all Iraq's assets, commodities and mineral rights) could be over turned by any future Iraqi government!! Nice, eh?
Western oil firms remain as US exits Iraq
The end of the US military occupation does not mean Iraqis have full control of their oil.
"Dr Abdulhay Yahya Zalloum, an international oil consultant and
economist who has spent nearly 50 years in the oil business in the US,
Europe, Asia and the Middle East, agrees that western oil companies have
"obtained concessions in Iraq's major [oil] fields", despite "there
being a lack of transparency and clarity of vision regarding the legal
issues".
Dr Zalloum added that he believes western oil companies have
successfully acquired the lions' share of Iraq's oil, "but they gave a
little piece of the cake for China and some of the other countries and
companies to keep them silent"."
...note that he doesn't mention any Iraqi companies nor the Iraqi government
I HIGHLY recommend reading the below article in it's entirety if you really want to understand just how fucked Iraq is and what the US has done to insure that they have complete control of the entire country.
"To further embed a U.S. corporate economy in Iraq, the
Iraq Constitution contained provisions that approve the Bremer Orders.
The new Iraqi Constitution specifically repealed the Transitional
Administrative Law, but did no such thing for Bremer’s Orders and
therefore they continue to be the law of the land. Thus, U.S.
corporations continue their hold on the reconstruction of Iraq, and U.S.
contractors continue to have full immunity from prosecution in Iraq.
Beyond that, several articles of the Constitution re-enforce the Bremer
Orders, e.g. Article 25 requires "modern economic principles that insure
the full investment of its resources, diversification of its sources
and the encouragement and development of the private sector; Article 26
"guarantees the encouragement of investment in various sectors," Article
27 allows for the privatization of state property. Juhasz points out
that modern economic principles means corporate globalization and the
market principles of the Bremer Orders, and private investment means
foreign investment. ...
The method being used for U.S. control of Iraq’s oil is
Production Sharing Agreements. PSA’s favor private companies at the
expense of exporting governments as the entire exploration, drilling and
infrastructure-building process are turned over to private companies in
contracts that last twenty-five to forty years. These contracts lock in
the laws at the time the contract is signed. Thus contracts signed now
would have the Bremer Orders as their law no matter what a future Iraqi
government did......
Interim Prime Minister Allawi submitted guidelines for
Iraq’s new petroleum law in September 2004. The guidelines put "an end
to the centrally planned and state-dominated Iraq economy" and urged the
"Iraqi government to disengage from running the oil sector." Further,
he recommended privatization stating the industry "should be exclusively
based in the private sector, that domestic wholesale and retail
marketing of petroleum products should be gradually transferred to the
private sector, and that major refinery expansions or grassroots
refineries should be built by the local and foreign private sectors."
Finally, Allawi called for all undeveloped oil and gas fields to be
turned over to private international oil companies. This, at a time when
only seventeen of Iraq’s eighty known oil fields have been developed.
Article 109 of the Iraq Constitution re-enforces this goal stating that
the federal government only administers existing oil and gas fields. The
plans for a new Iraq petroleum law were made public at a press
conference in Washington, DC by Adel Abdul Mahdi, formerly the Finance
Minister, and now a Deputy President of Iraq.
