"Ebola" ..... Soooooo transparent!

The "Ebola" scam is reaching epic proportions.  BUT... the truth is so glaringly apparent that people are seriously questioning all the ridiculousness of "their" ever changing story.   I will be posting a few things in the next Transpicuous News Update (currently uploading now.... for the 9th time. *sigh*) and tomorrow I will be recording TN episode 3 and will have more information to share with you in that show as well.

For this moment I will leave you with some articles that I've been reading this past week on this whole "Ebola" idiocy.

Other Hoaxes Zionist Terror — 11 August 2014

West African Ebola Outbreak is a Hoax
Make no mistake about it the claim of a West African Ebola outbreak which has made it to the Western world is a fake and a hoax. The photographic evidence does not support the existence of a real outbreak and, rather, demonstrates the degree of the fraud.
What is surely fraudulent is the claim of there are active cases of Ebola in the Western world. This is entirely fake; there are no US cases nor any cases in Europe, whether Eastern or Western.
Nevertheless, this is clearly proven by the video created by Higher Truth Channel. The videographer has done a superb job proving that this is absolutely a fraud:
There is no doubt about it this is a psyops. The Spanish patient is non-existent. That same is true of the US patients. It’s a complete fake. The  evidence from Spain proves it. Fake beyond belief, the whole claim of cases of Ebola being transported to Western countries is a terminal lie.
These are military men. There is no way this could be the case in a real epidemic; there is no need for such a military escort for a mere epidemic case.
ebolahoaxspanish1
It can be seen, as demonstrated below, that the men in the suits are also military, with one of them saluting the ambulance as it pulls up:
ebolahoax2
The hard evidence, though, is in relationship to the person in the isolation unit. That’s because there is no such person. The unit is empty.
ebolahoaxfakepatient2
The IV bag is being held outside the unit; that makes no sense. It means the unit is not a truly isolation one, that is it is exposed to the elements. This means that this entire event is being staged.
ebolahoaxpatient9s
There is no one there, as is proven by zooming in:
ebolahoaxfakepatient
There are clamps inside the unit and various medical devices. However, there is no human in the element, and that fact is absolute.
ebolahoax21
Now comes the media circus and also the three ring circus of the police cars, motorcycles, and multiple ambulances. There is purportedly only one patient. Yet, there are three ambulances, all in a row?

Here is yet another image, a much clearer one, of the Spanish part of the hoax. Once again, the men in the protective suits are military agents, not medical people. There is no patient in the isolation unit. It is all a filthy lie.
The locals know it is a hoax, as is demonstrated by the following board:
Note how there is the claim that some 300 people have been killed by the government actions against Ebola, not by the disease itself. Corruption, fraud, and criminal activities are noted.

What about the missionaries? They, too, are a part of the hoax. Their role is being staged, just like the non-existent Spanish patient:

Just How Serious Is Ebola? Look at its History – The True Story of Ebola in Reston, Virginia

The “monkey house” in Reston. Image Credit: restonian.org
Ebola Reston – In October 1989, the community of Reston, Virginia went about their daily lives not realizing that a serious crisis was developing right in their back yards that would not be entirely resolved until March 1990. It was a serious calamity that could have wiped out the entire population. This dire emergency was described twenty years ago by Richard Preston in his non-fiction book, “The Hot Zone.” The “hot zone” refers to an “area that contains lethal, infectious organisms” also dubbed “hot agent,” an “extremely lethal virus, potentially airborne.” (Richard Preston, The Hot Zone, Random House, New York, 1994, p. 296)
The people in the book are real, two victims’ names have been changed, and the narrative and dialog were masterfully reconstructed from interviews and memories of those who participated in the crises.
Hazelton Research Products, a division of Corning, Inc. was importing and selling lab animals. On October 4, 1989, the monkey house called Reston Primate Quarantine Unit located not far from Leesburg Pike, received a shipment of one hundred crab-eating monkeys (a type of macaque) from the Philippines, caught on the island of Mindanao. Two of the monkeys were dead in their shipping crates. By first of November, 29 of the monkeys were dead, most of them in Room F. The heating and air system had failed so it was assumed the deaths had occurred from ambient conditions. Each night more macaques died. By November 16, a tentative diagnosis was given “simian hemorrhagic fever.”
Thomas Geisbert, an intern at the Institute discovered under his electron microscope the dreaded Ebola virus. Dr. Jahrling tested the virus cultures from the macaques against three known blood serums:
  1. Musoke (test for Marburg virus)
  2. Boniface (test for Ebola Sudan)
  3. Mayinga (test for Ebola Zaire)
The virus cultures glowed brightly against the Mayinga blood serum indicating that the monkeys in the Reston house died of Ebola Zaire strain, the deadliest of all filoviruses (Ebola).
The Institute is short for the United States Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID) located at Fort Detrick, Maryland. Its “mission is medical defense” with specialty in “drugs, vaccines, and biocontainment.” The Institute’s Army and civilian personnel were instrumental in the containment of the Ebola Reston virus in a Reston, Virginia monkey holding facility.
To contain the spread of Ebola Reston, the mutated strain of Ebola Zaire, the Army chose the bio-hazard operation of killing all the monkeys, bag them, incinerate their carcasses, and chemically clean and fumigate the building with formaldehyde gas. Their mission was to safeguard the population, euthanize the animals humanely (anesthetic, sedative, and a lethal drug), and gather samples for research from liver and spleen in order to identify the strain and how it traveled. The entire operation was done in biohazard Level 4 suits. To a trained eye, the badly liquefied organs and tissues, the red eyes, frozen faces, and slacking muscles left no doubt that the monkeys died of Ebola. By December 7, 1989, four hundred and fifty monkeys were euthanized, some already very sick and some harboring the virus. (pp. 212-213)
Two monkey handlers got sick, one had a heart attack and another one was sent to the Fairfax Hospital with flu-like symptoms and vomiting. For unknown reasons, although both had been exposed to the Ebola virus, neither had contracted Ebola.
After the three-day decontamination, the building was turned back over from the Army custody to the Hazleton Research Products who bought more macaques from the Philippines from the same source in Manila. By middle January 1990, monkeys in Room C started to die with bloody noses. It was Ebola again from the Philippines, not Africa. The monkeys were destroyed and the company vacated the building.
According to Richard Preston, the disaster in that ‘building was a kind of experiment.’ “Now they would see what Ebola could do naturally in a population of monkeys living in a confined air space, in a kind of city, as it were. The Ebola Reston virus jumped quickly from room to room. … Ebola apparently drifted through the building’s air-handling ducts.” (pp. 251-252)
Strangely, an animal caretaker, “John Coleus,” who was doing a necropsy on a dead monkey, cut his thumb with a bloody scalpel, which is a major exposure to Ebola. Everyone expected him to die, but he never got sick. The virus entered his blood stream. The other two animal caretakers, however, did not cut themselves. The virus entered their bodies through “contact with lungs; everyone at USAMRIID concluded that Ebola can spread through the air.” (p. 254)
Peter Jahrling, who actually “whiffed the Ebola and lived to tell about it,” wondered, “Why is the Zaire stuff hot for humans? Why isn’t the Reston hot for humans, when the strains are so close to each other? The Ebola Reston virus is almost certainly transmitted by some airborne route. Those Hazleton workers who had the virus—I’m pretty sure they got it through the air.” (p. 257)
“Pictures of the lungs of a monkey infected with Ebola Zaire are fogged with Ebola. … You can see Ebola particles clearly in the air spaces of the lung,” said LTC Nancy Jaax, chief of pathology at USAMRIID in 1989, a participant in the Reston biohazard operation. (p. 260)
The four strains of Ebola filoviruses (string viruses) are: Marburg, Ebola Sudan, Ebola Zaire, and Ebola Reston. They are named for the Ebola River, “a tributary of the Congo, or Zaire, River.” The most virulent of the viruses, the Zaire strain first appeared in September 1976 in 55 villages around the Ebola River. The kill rate is 90 percent.

Marburg

Charles Monet, after traveling to Kitum Cave on Mount Elgon (located between Uganda and Kenya), came down on January 8, 1980 with the Marburg virus and died in a Nairobi hospital on January 15, attended by Dr. Shem Musoke (the Marburg virus test is named after him). Dr. Musoke came down with the Marburg virus nine days later. Dr. Musoke survived with no memory of his ordeal. He became a leading physician at the Nairobi Hospital with Dr. David Silverstein who saved his life and the lives of many others when he persuaded the Kenyan officials to shut down the Nairobi Hospital in order to prevent further infections. Vials of Musoke’s infected blood were sent to labs around the world. “The Marburg in his blood had come from Charles Monet’s black vomit and perhaps originally from Kitum Cave. (pp. 32-33)
In 1987, a Danish boy called “Peter Cardinal” went by car on a summer trip with his family who wanted to show him “the beauty and sweetness of Kenya.” He got sick, turned black-and-blue with little red spots, red eyes, unable to breathe, and died of Marburg in spite of treatment at Nairobi Hospital by Dr. David Silverstein, the same doctor who saved Dr. Musoke’s life. “Peter Cardinal” had visited the same cave Charles Monet did, Kitum Cave on Mount Elgon. (pp. 90-96)
Marburg virus kills 25 percent of patients. Marburg is an African organism but was named after the German town Marburg because the virus erupted there first in 1967 in Behring Works, a producer of vaccines from kidney cells of African green monkeys imported from Uganda. The first reported victim was Klaus F., who fed the monkeys and washed their cages. He became ill on August 8, 1967 and died two weeks later. (p. 26)
Prior to the Klaus F. casualty, in the period of 1962-1965, there were unconfirmed reports of people and monkeys dying with symptoms of bleeding and a “peculiar skin rash” on the slopes of Mount Elgon in Eastern Uganda.
Red eyes, fever, uncontrolled vomiting of black blood, sloughing off intestinal tissues, fulminating liver failure, brain damage, veins bursting, and liquefaction of tissues are some of the horrendous symptoms of Ebola.
Richard Preston said that Marburg has an effect on humans as if they were exposed to radiation – connective tissues, intestines, skin are affected, hair dies at the root, radiation-like burns cause skin to peel off hands, faces, feet, and genitals, blown up or semi-rotten testicles. (p. 27)
Ebola virus is composed of seven different proteins, four of which are completely unknown, their structure and function are a mystery. Ebola is a distant relative of measles, mumps, and rabies, the parainfluenza virus, and the syncytial virus. Ebola attacks the immune system in a similar manner of HIV. (p. 46)

Ebola Zaire

The Mayinga strain of the Ebola Zaire came from a nurse working at a hospital in Zaire, who cared for a Roman Catholic nun who died of Ebola. The young woman’s name was Mayinga N. The nun infected Mayinga when she bled all over her. The twenty-year-old died of Ebola on October 19, 1976. (p. 54)
“No one caught the virus from nurse Mayinga, even though she had been in close contact with at least thirty-seven people and shared a bottle of soda pop with someone, and not even that person became ill.” (p. 89)
How infectious is Ebola Zaire? “Five or ten Ebola-virus particles suspended in a droplet of blood could easily slip through a pinhole in a surgical glove, and that might be enough to start an explosive infection.” (p. 63)
Ebola Zaire kills much of the host while it is still alive. It turns the inside of the body into “digested slime of virus particles,” “the collagen in the body turns to mush, and the underlayers of the skin die and liquefy.” The mouth bleeds, heart bleeds into itself, brain swells with dead blood cells and strokes, eyes fill up with blood, other orifices ooze blood, liver swells, turns yellow, liquefies and cracks. Epileptic convulsions appear in the final stages. (pp. 72-75)
Karl Johnson, one of the discoverers of the Ebola Virus, said to the author, “A virus can be useful to a species by thinning it out.” (p. 83)
Ebola Zaire, twice as lethal as Ebola Sudan, was first mentioned in September 1976 in a region of northern Zaire called Bumba Zone in the vicinity of the Ebola River, but nobody knows who the first victim was.
A school teacher received an injection from the Yambuku Hospital with one of the five hypodermic syringes that were used to give shots to hundreds of people in the outpatient and maternity clinics. This teacher came down with Ebola Zaire a few days later. Nobody knows who the person was who received the shot right before the school teacher. Ebola erupted in 55 villages around the hospital, first in those who received shots and then in family members, particularly women who prepare the dead for burial. (p. 71)

'Life after death'? Scientists gather 'out-of-body' evidence in 'largest-ever' study

It seems that scientists have finally offered evidence that consciousness after death really could exist, as the largest-ever study into the issue showed that patients could recall intricate details despite being officially declared clinically dead.
Researchers based at the UK’s University of Southampton, who were involved in the AWARE (“AWAreness during REsuscitation”) study, published in the journal Resuscitation, claim that almost 40 percent of people who survived clinical death described some kind of “awareness” during the time before their hearts were restarted.
The study, led by Dr. Sam Parnia, from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, spanned four years and involved 15 hospitals in the US, UK and Austria and more than 2,060 cases of cardiac arrest.
While a high proportion of patients were eliminated from the study on account of death, fatigue or leaving a stage two interview incomplete, two very specific cases stand out in the study - enough to throw doubt on the fact that all consciousness completely ceases upon declaration of death.
"I was up there, looking down at me, the nurse, and another man who had a bald head…I couldn’t see his face but I could see the back of his body. He was quite a chunky fella… He had blue scrubs on, and he had a blue hat, but I could tell he didn’t have any hair, because of where the hat was," one cardiac arrest patient recalled.
A post script in the study notes that : "Medical record review confirmed the...the medical team present during the cardiac arrest and the role the identified “man” played in responding to the cardiac arrest."
The second, albeit unverified, recollection states that: "At the beginning, I think, I heard the nurse say ‘dial 444 cardiac arrest."
However, Parnia maintained that the case was "significant".

AFP Photo / Spencer Platt
AFP Photo / Spencer Platt
The same patient reported bleeps from a machine that produced them at three minute intervals.
"In this case, consciousness and awareness appeared to occur during a three-minute period when there was no heartbeat," Parnia said. "This is paradoxical, since the brain typically ceases functioning within 20-30 seconds of the heart stopping and doesn’t resume again until the heart has been restarted. Furthermore, the detailed recollections of visual awareness in this case were consistent with verified events."
Parnia's team tracked down 330 patients who survived heart attacks; 140 of whom were willing to talk about their experiences. Of those who were interviewed, 61 percent said they didn’t remember anything, but the rest did.
The probe into the life-after-death realm showed that 46 percent experienced a broad range of mental recollections and 2 percent showed full awareness of their out-of-body experiences. From those interviewed, 13 percent claim they felt separated from their bodies.
A few recurring themes in memories were established, most common ones being fear, violence, and “a feeling of being persecuted.” Patients also experienced after-life images of family, animals and a bright light.
Researchers believe that the newest study shows a need to explore the subject area further.
“Estimates have suggested that millions of people have had vivid experiences in relation to death but the scientific evidence has been ambiguous at best,” Parnia said. “These experiences warrant further investigation.”

Todays News report will venture into quite a few realms of disbelief and no doubt will have a few moments of head/desk contact, and face/palm ridiculousness as we take a look at the main stream news for the past few weeks.

First up..... Zombies!!!!

Ebola Zombies? Liberian Newspaper Claims Victims are Rising from the Dead

A local newspaper in Liberia, The New Dawn, has added to the panic, with reports claiming that Ebola patients are rising from the dead.
"Two Ebola patients, who died of the virus in separate communities in Nimba County have reportedly resurrected in the county. The victims, both females, believed to be in their 60s and 40s respectively, died of the Ebola virus recently in Hope Village Community and the Catholic Community in Ganta, Nimba,"....

Some Chinese Netizens Actually Think Ebola Creates Zombies

The misconception about the zombification of Ebola patients is sufficiently widespread that on August 9, normally staid state news agency Xinhua published an article specifically addressing and debunking the rumor, not to mention the erroneous belief that drinking a mixture of coffee and raw onions can cure the virus. The article describes the rumored risk of Ebola-induced zombiehood: A victim who seems to have already died from Ebola will, "after several hours or days, unexpectedly reawaken, entering into an extremely violent condition in which they bite any moving object, including humans and animals." But not to worry, the article argues with apparent solemnity -- many people with Ebola lose a great deal of blood, which can only result in them becoming weaker, not more aggressive. "That kind of thing," the piece concludes, "can only happen in movies."

So apparently we are talking about the zombies from Shaun of the dead and Zombieland, not the Resident evil kinda undead zombies.

Speaking of zombies, George Bush JR was chatting with the press this past week......

EXCLUSIVE: Bush Says Some U.S. Forces Should Have Stayed in Iraq, Hasn't Heard From Obama
The world is better off without Saddam Hussein in power, without the Taliban in power," Bush said, describing ISIS as a "group of idealogues who murder the innocent" just like those who attacked on 9/11.
He added that Americans need to understand the "lesson on 9/11" is still just as important today as it was then....
...He said his younger brother, Jeb, is "weighing his options" on a possible 2016 presidential run, but believes Jeb "wants to be president."
Bush noted that he's "pushing" the former Florida governor to run.

Ben Bernanke Has Money Troubles: 'Mortgage Market So Tight I Can't Refinance My Home'

Homeowners who have lately been unable to refinance their home have an unlikely comrade in arms: former Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke. Speaking to Moody's Mark Zandi at a conference in Chicago Thursday, Bernanke said he recently tried refinancing his mortgage but was "unsuccessful in doing so."

Draghi gives Europe 1 trillion euros
Mario Draghi threw one trillion euros at Europe's faltering economy Thursday and told people to stop blaming the central bank for the hardship they feel.
...Loans and mortgages worth as much as one trillion euros ($1.3 trillion) -- including some junk-rated assets from Greece and Cyprus -- qualify as assets that will be purchased by the ECB over two years. There are conditions attached and no guarantee that the central bank will buy them all.

UK GDP boosted by drugs and prostitutionNew figures published by Britain’s Office for National Statistics (ONS) show spending on illegal drugs and prostitution boosts the UK’s economy by an estimated 12.3 billion pounds.

The ONS report published on Tuesday, included for the first time “illegal activities” such as narcotic drugs and prostitution in its statistics.

Now let's look at some of the older stories that I was researching and following over the past two weeks.  This might be considered "old news", but there are aspects to some of these pieces that most alternative (and of course all main stream) media have not highlighted.

So a few weeks ago US Congress voted to give themselves some "money" to play with, invade Syria, and send troops to Africa to "help".... plus a few other quiet additives.

"finance the gov till Dec first.... after the congressional elections

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Export-Import_Bank_of_the_United_States

used to fund the Pan-American Highway- which is the superhighway the "drug cartels" and "mercenaries" use to ship drugs and arms to and from the US to South America

The Burma Road- which was used by China to annex Burma, among a whole lot of other shit

and the Marshal Plan, in which almost 6 trillion dollars (by 2014 standards) was splashed out for US corporations to control the european market under the guise of "saving the people from poverty",.... among other things.
But there is even more fun to be had when you read the Wiki page under "criticism"!!

Criticism[edit]

The Bank has come under criticism for favoring special interests ahead of those of the U.S. taxpayer. These interests include that of heavily subsidized corporations such as Boeing or Enron as well as those of well-connected foreign governments and nationals (such as a 1996 $120 million low-interest loan to theChina National Nuclear Power Corporation (CNNP)).[43] 65% of loan guarantees over 2007 and 2008 went to companies purchasing Boeing aircraft.[44] In 2012, the Bank's loan guarantees became even more skewed, with 82 percent of them going to Boeing customers.[45] There are many unseen costs created by the Export-Import Bank's subsidies, including artificially raising the price of new airplanes and potentially adding $2 billion to the deficit over the next decade.[46]

US corporate cartels benefit from war on ISIL: Reports

Major US corporate cartels are reportedly geared to become the main beneficiaries of Washington’s so-called coalition against the ISIL Takfiri terrorists.
As ISIL vehicles are mostly US-manufactured cars looted from Iraq, analysts predict that firms such as Lockheed Martin and Northrop Grumman will be awarded contracts in the future to provide the Iraqi army with a whole new collection of vehicles.

BAGHDAD — The United States has conducted an escalating campaign of deadly airstrikes against the extremists of the Islamic State for more than a month. But that appears to have done little to tamp down the conspiracy theories still circulating from the streets of Baghdad to the highest levels of Iraqi government that the C.I.A. is secretly behind the same extremists that it is now attacking.

In recent months Isis – now rebranded as Islamic State – has appalled the world with its brutal exploits, which are broadcast on social media. But according to US defense officials there is another group, about which much less is known, that poses a more direct threat to the US.

Washington DC officials told the New York Times that terror group 'Khorasan' had the US in its targets.

Of course the question remains:  Is it live? Or is it Memorex?  We have witnessed over and over again the main stream medias penchant for publishing old pictures and claiming that they are"live" coverage, or pictures of completely different wars/bombings/attacks.

So of course you can be sure that that 3000 troops will expand exponentially over the next few weeks... quietly of course.  But that was 12 days ago... we're already now up to 4500 troops.

But don't worry Africa!  There is a silver lining to this terrible "Ebola" outbreak:

Oh and I went and did a little bit of research last week on just what sort of "assets" Sierra Leone, Guinea, and Liberia happen to have.   The list is actually quite extensive, but the biggies that stick out like a great big shining beacon of "take me, I'm yours":  Gold, Oil, Diamonds, and Iron ore.....

First Ebola patient diagnosed in US won’t be treated with ZMapp
Stocks of experimental drug used to treat several international health workers – at least two of them Americans – have run out
The Ebola patient in Dallas will not be given ZMapp, the experimental drug used to treat several international aid workers and medical staff, including at least two Americans, because stocks have run out.
ZMapp is one of the drugs that is being rushed into trials in the epidemic, along with other drugs that will need more safety data in animals and humans before they are administered to patients.
There have been very few doses available and stocks have all been used up, but the San Diego-based company behind ZMapp is pressing ahead with the manufacture of more supplies. It is not an easy drug to make, however. It includes three man-made antibodies to the virus which are grown in tobacco leaves and take months to produce.....

11 children have mystery illness in Colorado

October 3, 2014 --
(CNN) -- Another child in Colorado has been hospitalized with partial paralysis, Children's Hospital Colorado announced Friday.

Doctors don't know what is causing the mysterious neurological illness. They have identified 10 other children at the hospital with similar symptoms: limb weakness, cranial nerve dysfunction and abnormalities in the spinal gray matter. Four children in Boston also match the criteria for this illness, doctors say....
...Enterovirus D68 has also been found in samples from four people who died recently, according to the CDC, but it's unclear what role the virus played in their deaths. It's possible that enterovirus had nothing to do with them. The virus is very common, especially in the late summer and early fall, with the CDC estimating 10 million to 15 million infections each year in the United States.

And in other news, Janet Yellen showed her true colours a little while ago in a speech (pre-recorded I might add) to the commoners of the US- aka: America's Poor people.

Tyler at ZeroHedge worded it oh so well.

And to end our show on a lighter note, Miley Cyrus is in serious trouble with the Mexican authorities for twerking on their national flag.

Miley Cyrus is in trouble in Mexico, after “desecrating” its flag during a performance in Monterrey.
A Mexican state legislature has called for the singer to be fined, after one of her dancers spanked her (prosthetic) backside using the Mexican flag, while she was on stage in the northern state of Nuevo León on Mexican Independence Day

The myth of Assad, ISIL and extremism

As you all know, I don't usually publish this type of information much any more, but this stood out to me today as one of those pieces of transparency that many people are looking for- not necessarily for themselves, but to show friends and family to back up what they have been trying to explain to them for ages about the truth of the "middle east crisis(s)".   I am publishing this information for those people.  While this article is vastly incomplete, it does offer an insightful look into the fallacy of the "ISIS" "ISIL" "IS" etc... myths and propaganda from a single perspective.

I have dropped in the PDF of the "DIA Syria MuslimBrotherhoodPressureIntensified" document from 1982, and the video of Dempsey mentioned in the article below.

As usual, please read with discretion.

The myth of Assad, ISIL and extremism

Who is to blame for the proliferation of extremist groups in Syria? The West often points a finger at Assad and his allies, but two secret US documents tell a different story.
It is difficult to find US officials directly claiming that Syrian President Bashar al-Assad is in league with the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL), but you will find plenty who will allude to it using specious reasoning:
US Secretary of State John Kerry is one of many who have sought to encourage this narrative:
“There is evidence that Assad has played footsie with them (ISIL), and he has used them as a tool of weakening the opposition. He never took on their headquarters, which were there and obvious, and other assets that they have. So we have no confidence that Assad is either capable of or willing to take on ISIL.”
That logic forms the basis of several key arguments used by Syria’s opponents to suggest a covert and symbiotic relationship between the Syrian government and Islamist extremists. They go something like this:
• Assad encouraged the growth of militants to create an either-or dilemma for Syrians who want him deposed, but who fear “what comes next.”
• Assad released militants from prison in 2011 so that they would overwhelm secular moderates.
• Proof of this is that the Syrian Army does not attack ISIL targets.
• Assad has a close history with militants – he sent hundreds over the border into Iraq to join the insurgency against US forces and is now suffering blowback.
But as a global confrontation with ISIL mounts, an entirely different picture has begun to emerge. The US-led coalition's five Arab Sunni partners are providing little less than fig-leaf cover for airstrike operations. NATO has been unable to wrest - to date - a commitment from Turkey to enforce serious border security to stop militants from crossing over into Iraq and Syria. In recent weeks, Western media has unleashed a flurry of articles pointing to Qatar's role in funding extremists.
Clearly, America's Sunni Arab and Turkish allies are approaching the “ISIL Project”' with something less than enthusiasm.
On Thursday, US Vice President Joe Biden let the cat out of the bag. During a speech at Harvard University, Biden told his audience:
"Our allies in the region were our largest problem in Syria. The Turks...the Saudis, the Emiratis, etc. What were they doing? They were so determined to take down Assad and essentially have a proxy Sunni-Shia war, what did they do? They poured hundreds of millions of dollars and tens, thousands of tons of weapons into anyone who would fight against Assad except that the people who were being supplied were al Nusra and al Qaeda and the extremist elements of jihadis coming from other parts of the world….we could not convince our colleagues to stop supplying them."

He, of course, failed to mention Washington's own arming, training and funding activities coordinated with these very same allies. Predictably, Biden was forced to “apologize” for his undiplomatic comments over the weekend.
But just last month, during a hearing in the US Senate for Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Martin Dempsey, Senator Lindsey Graham asked: “Do you know of any major Arab ally that embraces ISIL?”
To the surprise of many, Dempsey countered: “I know of major Arab allies who fund them.”
The revelations keep flowing from once tight-lipped Western sources. According to US news reports, current and former officials now say wealthy Gulf donors are the source of early funding:
“These rich individuals have long served as ‘angel investors’ for the most violent militants in the region, providing the ‘seed money’ that helped launch ISIS and other jihadi groups…Former U.S. Navy Admiral and NATO Supreme Commander James Stavridis says the cash flow from private donors is significant now and was even more significant in the early fund-raising done by ISIS and al Qaeda’s affiliate in Syria, the al-Nusra Front,” NBC’s Robert Windrem wrote in an article.
And on Saturday, the UK's former Assistant Chief of the Defense Staff General Jonathan Shaw, who specialized in counter-terrorism and security policy and retired in 2012, told The Telegraph:
"This is a time bomb that, under the guise of education, Wahhabi Salafism is igniting under the world really. And it is funded by Saudi and Qatari money and that must stop."

The ‘Assad-has-encouraged-extremism’ argument

Has the Syrian government exploited extremism while at the same time fighting a three-year nationwide military campaign to thwart it? Perhaps. Politics are opportunistic by nature.
But the narrative about Assad encouraging Islamist militancy has always failed to note the historic role of armed Islamists in Syrian “rebellions.”
A US Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) document that was declassified in 2012 provides a starkly different reading of events leading up to the controversial “Hama massacre” of 1982. It tells a story remarkably similar to events in Syria beginning in early 2011. Here is a montage of quotes from the document:
“In early 1979, encouraged by the Islamic Revolution in Iran, the Syrian Muslim Brotherhood developed a plan to trigger a similar popular revolution in Syria to oust (Hafez) Assad. The massacre of 50 Alawite cadets, on 16 June 1979 at the Artillery School in Aleppo, signaled the start of the MB offensive.”
The Syrian MB regroups for a “new round of fighting” in late 1980, announces the formation of an “Islamic Front”’ and increases cooperation with the Sunni (Baathist) government of Iraq which had helped the MB covertly in 1979-80 to oust Assad.
“The plan, apparently developed by the leadership of the Syrian MB and probably coordinated with Iraq, centered on two complementary actions. The first was a full-scale revolt by the city of Hama, a traditional Brotherhood stronghold and the location of its covert headquarters in Syria. Once this rebellion was unleashed, similar uprisings were to take place in Aleppo, Damascus and other major cities, accompanied by a general strike designed to paralyze Syria...”
“Simultaneously, a sophisticated worldwide propaganda campaign was to be launched supporting the rebellion and emphasizing its victories and the wholesale desertion of Army units to the rebel side. Press releases were to be made in Europe and the US, while propaganda broadcasts against Syria were to be carried by the Phalange-controlled Voice of Lebanon and the Iraqi-controlled Voice of Arab Syria.”
“At least 100 militants were transported from Jordan, where they had taken refuge, into Iraq where they probably received training prior to their movement into Syria... Sometime after this, the infiltration of ‘Secret Apparatus’ militants began from staging areas in Iraq, and to a lesser degree from Turkey, where others had fled. During the interim period, a number of terrorist bombings and shootings took place in Syria to demonstrate the Brotherhood/dissident Alawites ability to strike at the government.”

“As a result of Syrian security actions, the MB was forced to prematurely unleash the Hama rebellion with the hope that it might spark widespread fighting in other cities…The rebellion would also force the Damascus government to become even more oppressive. The Brotherhood leadership believed this would, in turn, cause greater alienation of the Assad government from the Sunni Muslim majority and within the Alawite community.”
“On February 2, following a clash between the MB and Syrian security forces, the loudspeakers atop the mosque minarets in Hama called on the people to begin a Jihad (Holy Struggle) against the government. The appeal also told the people that arms were available at specified mosques. At about the same time, teams of the MB’s ‘Secret Apparatus,’ some in army uniforms, moved to attack preselected government targets in the city.”
“Despite the propaganda reporting, the uprising in Syria had never spread outside of Hama, although some limited bombings had taken place in Damascus and elsewhere… The total casualties for the Hama incident probably number about 2,000. This includes an estimated 300-400 of the Muslim Brotherhood’s elite ‘Secret Apparatus’… The Syrian dissidents’ modus operandi will continue to be terrorism, particularly bombings and assassinations.”

WikiLeaks: Syria’s government and terrorism

On February 24, 2010, a Cable classified as ‘Secret’ was dispatched from the US Embassy in Damascus to the CIA, DIA, National Security Council, Joint Chiefs of Staff, Office of Homeland Security and a smattering of key US embassies in the Middle East and Europe.
It details the communications between Syria’s General Intelligence Director (GID) Ali Mamlouk who dropped in on a meeting between Syria’s Vice Foreign Minister Faisal al-Miqdad and a US delegation, headed by State Department Coordinator for Counterterrorism Daniel Benjamin.
The participants discuss possible future security and intelligence cooperation on issues related to terrorism, particularly on the Syria-Iraq border.
What is notable about this US-framed communiqué is that the American delegation does not take any of the Syrian officials in the room to task for “encouraging and coordinating” the passage of extremist fighters from Syria into Iraq to participate in an insurgency against US forces. This accusation has become a key narrative advanced by Washington in recent years, so why not challenge the Syrians face-to-face when the opportunity is there?
According to the Cable, Benjamin says “the two countries should still work to cooperate on immediate threats facing both the U.S. and Syria, including the proliferation of takfiri groups in the region, such as al-Qaeda, and stopping the flow of foreign fighters into Iraq.”
The Syrian response? According to the US Cable:
“Mamlouk said the foreign fighters come from a large number of Arab and Muslim countries and that the Syrians detain ‘large numbers plus their local facilitators.’ As an example, Mamlouk said he handed over 23 Saudis detained in Syria to Saudi Prince Muqrin last year.”
The US delegation even acknowledges the fact that the Syrians have been helpful:
“Benjamin commended Mamlouk on reducing the flow of foreign fighters, while encouraging further progress.”
And the Syrians offer additional cooperation, provided that Damascus takes the lead in these efforts:
“Miqdad interjected that the issue of foreign fighters using Syrian soil is a matter of national security for Syria. ‘We have zero tolerance,’ he said. Miqdad said Syria needs the cooperation of other countries, namely those from which the terrorists are coming. ‘If we can close this circle - with us, you, and other countries - we will succeed,’ he concluded.”
The Cable does reveal some interesting information about Syrian strategies in dealing with terrorism, which Mamlouk says differs considerably from the American approach:
"The GID Director said Syria had been more successful than the U.S. and other countries in the region in fighting terrorist groups because ‘we are practical and not theoretical.’ He stated Syria's success is due to its penetration of terrorist groups. ‘In principle, we don't attack or kill them immediately. Instead, we embed ourselves in them and only at the opportune moment do we move.’ Describing the process of planting embeds in terrorist organizations as ‘complex,’ Mamlouk said the result had yielded been the detention of scores of terrorists, stamping out terror cells, and stopping hundreds of terrorists from entering Iraq.
Mamlouk acknowledged some terrorists were still slipping into Iraq from Syria. ‘By all means we will continue to do all this, but if we start cooperation with you it will lead to better results and we can better protect our interests,’ he concluded.”

War of words

The tactics described by Mamlouk explain, in part, why Syrian forces today do not typically launch assaults on terrorist groups unless there is an immediate and direct threat to its military strategy of maintaining control over key areas and disrupting rebel supply lines.
While groups like ISIL are viewed as a security threat, they have not always posed an imminent one.
For the better part of the Syrian conflict, ISIL has not controlled the “priority zones” of the Syrian Army.
Those areas have always been Damascus, Aleppo, Homs, Hama and their surrounding countryside (Rif), with Quseir and Qalamoun, Daraa, Tal Kalakh and other border towns playing an important role. When ISIL fighters have been present in those areas, the Syrian Army has fought them - as in Qalamoun and the Damascus suburbs.
In early 2014, pro-opposition writer and researcher A.J. Tamimi questioned in detail accusations of collaboration between the Syrian government and ISIL/al Nusra. Among his many points, Tamimi notes:
“One must ask what the regime would gain strategically by constantly bombing ISIS strongholds in Raqqa province, or ISIS strongholds elsewhere, for that matter, located far beyond the frontlines. As in the wider east of Syria, the regime lacks ground forces to launch an offensive to retake any territory in Raqqa province, and must depend on airlifts from elsewhere to maintain its remaining airbases. Hence, the regime is focusing its airstrikes where it has some real expectations of advancing: most notably in Aleppo city.”
Nevertheless, the Syrian air force did take immediate action when ISIL escalated in Mosul in June, which changed the geopolitical dynamic well beyond the Syrian-Iraqi border. Kerry is misleading when he suggests that Assad will not strike ISIL headquarters: this is about timing and gains from both a military and political perspective – not necessarily a response that trigger-happy Americans can understand.
As for accusations that the Syrians have released militants from their prisons to “populate” ideologically extremist rebel groups that will make Assad look like an angel… You can’t have it both ways – political prisoner releases were initiated to defuse conflict and demonstrate leniency. Were some of these prisoners “extremists” of the variety that man Islamist rebel groups? Almost certainly. But that was the Sunni constituency that the Syrian government was also trying to placate in the early days.
Even today, after grueling “reconciliation” negotiations, the Syrian government is allowing these very rebels to “go free” after they lay down their arms – this, according to volunteers involved in negotiations from Homs to Rif Damascus. What is to stop these same “reformed rebels” from hopping over to al-Raqqa and taking up bigger arms? Should the Syrian government kill them instead? How does one win in a situation like this?
Critics of Syria's prisoner releases should be reminded of the “Big One” carried out by the Americans in 2009 when they allegedly freed future ISIL ‘Caliph’ Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi from an Iraqi prison.
Does anyone have the right to point fingers after that monumental gaff? The fact is – from Saudi Arabia to Qatar, from Turkey to the United States, from Iraq to France – there appears to be plenty of complicity in fueling ISIL and the jihadi phenomenon. Is Syria complicit too? It depends who is asking - and why.

Wingmakers and Lily Earth: What resonates with you?

This week on The Collective Imagination radio show on Tuesday, Lisa, Brian and I dig into a lot of information about the Wingmakers documents, Lily Earth's information and cross reference it with pieces from several others people that Lisa has interviewed in the past, including Heather.

During several conversations in my various skype rooms, I realized that many people were looking for the info that we were discussing this past week, and I decided to pull together everything into one place for ease of access.

Now, I can fully admit that I haven't read all of the Wingmakers  information yet- as a matter of fact I've managed to get through very little of it so far as I haven't had time to really dig into it.  But.... the material is often discussed by everyone in the house here- Lisa, Brian, DW(deerwoman)... who have read it, and we've discussed many aspects of it.  I will say that while some of it does resonate, there is definitely disinfo hidden in there as well- or at least.... a skewing of the information.  We have been  looking into the old original info and cross referencing the changes made to it, and I can see some of the skewing that was done by those trying to control the information.

I am posting all of the information that I have on the Wingmakers documents, plus all of our TCI radio shows with Lily Earth here for people to review at their leisure, if they are so inclined.  I am posting this purely to give access to the information that has been published, and to follow the trail that has been discussed on the TCI shows.  As I have stated: I haven't had a chance yet to fully review all of the information (can anyone lend me a few more hours to add to my days? lol), and what I have read and discussed has shown me that there definitely is information in here that doesn't resonate with me at all.... and yet there are pieces that ping very deeply as truth. So I am posting it all here for you to decide for yourselves what resonates with you.

...... or is it all distraction?  Has all of this information been released to distract us from our focus on I AM/I-tech? A distraction from SEEing what IS?  Has this information been brought out to steer our attention to the subtle hierarchical scheme that is implanted in the newer versions of the wingmakers documents?  Is the bringing forward of this information about percentages and numbers and groups a way of misleading us from the ONEness of ALL? An even subtler form of separation?  "Am I one of the 3%?"  "Am I part of the 15%?" ....  Good questions.  If we focus so deeply on the past, we may gain insight into who we are and where we came from.... yet, isn't that a distraction from the NOW?  Does "who" "what" "where" "when" "why" "how" really help us in this moment to SEE what IS?  For some of us, maybe..... for others, maybe not.  So I post this here for those that find themselves looking down this particular rabbit hole......

Here is the video of the first Interview that we did on The Collective Imagination Radio show with Lily Earth on Sept 16.
