Dutchsinse, OPPT, and the mystery of the missing facts

So it all started last night (in my time zone) when a friend on skype sent me a link to Dutchsinse's latest video and told me that "He's saying OPPT is following Aleister Crowley!!".... well I just HAD to go listen to the report..... especially since I'm pretty sure Heather doesn't even know who Crowley is, lol.

I listened to the whole video (and for those who were/are following the comments on the video, I wrote the first 3 comments I made as I was listening to the report). 

Dutch's video went viral all over the place and the skype chats rooms exploded with comments and responses about it. I placed several comments on Dutch's video and one on the article that he posted on his site.  I explained that OPPT doesn't have anything to do with SWISSINDO, the UN, The White Dragon Society, Fulford, Keenan, nor any other group, organization, movement etc...  and that OPPT trust was reconciled in March 2013 and the former trustees retired and that the "Oath" that he mentions was created by Chris Hales and was his own creation and that the former trustees had nothing to do with the writing or release of that oath.  I also told him that I have a LOT of back ground information on all of the above topics and that he could contact either myself or American Kabuki if he would like that information- and I sent him a Skype contact request.

I will say that to this point, while Dutchsinse has replied to a few of my comment on youtube, he has not contacted myself or Bill or any of the former OPPT Trustees to get any factual information about what OPPT was and what it wasn't, nor the back ground information on the history behind several of these purported organizations that were mentioned.  

Dutch, if you're reading this- I seriously have a shitload of info that you might want to know.  All information is DATA.  From there you can see what resonates with you and with what YOU know.

Just sayin'....

To anyone just tuning in:  the former One People's Public Trust is no longer around, it was closed down with the final UCC filing when all other trusts were closed.  The former Trustees are working on their own projects and are NOT involved in any way shape or form with SWISSINDO, the UN, Neil Keenan, Adnan Sakali, the Qing Dynasty Empress, the White Dragon Society (nor any other coloured dragon society), Ben Fulford, Drake Bailey, ITTCS, The Rothchilds, the Shrubs, the Jesuits, the Vatican, the committee of 300, the Bilderburgers, the Illuminatti....... Dutchsinse: Purported White Dragon/OPPT Oaths....

Note to Dutchsinse: the OPPT has nothing to do with the White Dragon Society, Swissindo, or...yes he did say it....Aleister Crowley (REALLY Dutch... Crowley??? Really???) or any purported OPPT oaths.  Whomever is claiming to represent the OPPT is doing so fraudulently.   The OPPT has NEVER asked anyone to do ANY oaths.  Anyone who has sworn an oath to a fraud is not bound to it in any case.  Whether these contacts have money remains to be seen...but they are not the OPPT.  The OPPT is a reconciled trust that is no longer in operation.  It has been superseded by the I Value System.  

Sounds like Swissindo to me...given the UN reference but the OPPT has not done any deal with Swissindo or the WDS nor is likely ever to do so with any such organization that refuses operate in complete transparency and accountability.  Does secret oaths sound like transparency to you?

Heather told us- Bill and I- at the end of August that we would be seeing all these various perceived factions start to pull together to form a united front as they realize that they can't do anything separately and they will try to work together to get their plans to work.   Now we see keenan aligning with the white dragons, swissindo with the UN, ITTCS, and now the white dragons too.  Suddenly you have fulford talking about OPPT.......  it's all coming together just like heather said it would ;)  they are all desperate and can't do anything separately, so now they are trying to band together to push their agendas through.  And then.... Bill talked to Fulford this morning (my time) and Ben himself also openly discussed the coming together of these various factions.

In the interest of complete transparency regarding the ever increasing attempt to conflate the OPPT (which is a reconciled trust in any case - HOW MANY TIMES DO WE HAVE TO REPEAT THAT?) with the actions of Swissindo.

I am publishing this conversation with Ben Fulford regarding the recent Dutchsinse video claiming the OPPT asked him to sign an oath in exchange for huge sums of money.  The OPPT simply isn't doing that.  Whomever is doing that, is not the OPPT.   It could very well be Swissindo (that has yet to be confirmed) and those in the alternative media they recruited secretly as an advisory council (under nondisclosure agreements) from the volunteers who had been working for the OPPT in the first part of the  year.  This has been unfolding for a number of months, at least since April.

Swissindo has approached Heather Tucci-Jarraf on a number of occasions as they liked the CVAC concept, believing it and the other filings gave it title to the gold in their custody, but they changed the intent of the CVAC into a centrally funded banking mechanism.  Heather invited Swissindo principals to Morocco to meet in person, so she could verify their identity and intent, but they never came.  No agreement between the OPPT and Swissindo was ever begun or discussed.

Instead they have acted through those they recruited as agents within the OPPT movement to go through back channels.  Those agents have put forth the Swissindo plan to divide the world into five kingdoms operating under CVACs, recently they even went as far as to offer Heather "Queen of Africa" title which she promptly refused.  Heather and the other Trustees want no part of any plan that creates more separation on this planet with new hierarchies and privileged elites.  It ain't gonna happen!

Really people, we aren't stopping Swissindo from doing whatever its going to do, why do you need Heather's involvement yet refuse to do things in complete and absolute transparency Heather requires?  Just be honest and say its Swissindo and get on with it!  If what you have works then show it to the world!  Because if you think you are going maneuver or compromise Heather, boy have you seriously miscalculated who she is!

Here's my conversation with Benjamin Fulford yesterday with this issue which is now coming to full bloom in the public eye.   I thank Benjamin Fulford for his complete transparency with me. I really respect that!

The OPPT is a reconciled trust and is not asking anyone for oaths nor making financial offers to bloggers who cooperate.  Since they claim the WDS is behind this too, perhaps you have an interest in correcting the story as well?

The OPPT is not a cabal front. It's a trust that foreclosed on the Rothschild's which was hand delivered in Zurich, London and Paris in 2012.  I know two of the trustees very closely. The Rothschild's are not at all happy with it and their agents have been a pain in the butt.  Trustee Heather Tucci-Jarraf spent a million dollars of her own money doing forensic banking research on the corruption in the banking system with no thought a financial return. She saw a problem, researched it and came up with a decentralized solution. You really should interview her if you want the straight scoop.

Swissindo has been using the OPPT name because of Deryl Zelaney, a Canadian Air Force Captain, has been trying to use Swissindo funding to fund US and Canadian Military actions against the cabal. 

He does not have the endorsement or backing of the OPPT trustees for his work with Swissindo although he has sought it often.  He couches what he's doing as being a bridge to the new system. 

The OPPT does not control what Swissindo does nor is it responsible for it.  They are different entities.  Some of the people involved with the OPPT in Australia, South Africa and Canada have been covertly recruited by Swissindo. We know who they are. But call it what it is -> Swissindo own doing. They can succeed or fail on their own merit. 

Strictly speaking everyone on the planet is the one people but they are not the trustees. 

Frankly the Swissindo ties to the committee of 300 bugs me.

 The OPPT is a reconciled Trust superseded by the I Value System in January.  It did spawn a decentralized movement because of the ideas and research of the OPPT Trustees.  You can't stop an idea.  

Swissindo is a gateway entity for the Chinese Dragon Family Money (one of several)  however Swissindo does not have title to the purported gold in their custody, that lies with the dragons. Swissindo thought the OPPT filings gave it title to that gold, it does not.

The dragon family Mr Sino that Swissindo claims to be in touch with is not the Mr Sino OPPT trustee Heather Tucci-Jarraf has met in person. 

Swissindo's Sino appears to be a channeled entity who delivers pronouncements via the purported assistant. I know that's strange but a lot of stuff is strange at the high levels of banking.

Swissindo appears to have good intentions but they do not have the endorsement of the OPPT trustees. Heather has invited them several times to meet with her in Morocco to discuss what they want to do but they never came. They have adopted elements of the OPPT CVAC ideas in a hybrid kind of way with centralized funding which the CVAC was designed to do away with.

OK, it seems to me that we are now down to a very few esoteric factions. Neil Keenan claims to be dragon family but is CIA white hat as far as I can tell. He has agreed to work with me if I can unleash funding before he can. Then there is the P2 Vatican group who are now saying they agree with me and want funding for them to go through the new pope.  Then there are cabalists operating through Adnan Sakly [sic] who are also saying they can work through me. I can also tell you that I went through a ceremony in Singapore and joined the dragon family as a junior member. Either that or I was put through an elaborate, realistic ruse by the Rothschild family. 

My view is that if we implement Operation Santa Claus, and give everybody what they wish, we can make everybody happy. It may mean that for an esoteric, symbolic instant, everything has to go through a single person who will symbolically take the ring of financial power to mt. Doom and melt it. 

One way we could do this would be to cash the $1 trillion Fed box #1558 in an event broadcast live over the internet and then tell everybody how we are going to spend this initial sum to finance a major campaign to end poverty and stop environmental destruction. 

I am also open to alternative suggestions so long as we can get everybody on board and break the deadlock.

Fulford: Update for Oct 1, 2012

 Ben's update this week has a lot of very important information in it- take note because we will see some of these things soon.

As a side note:

• This whole "Iran is hacking our banking system!!!"  is a completely transparent attack by those desperate to go to war with Iran.  Watch the videos from the UN last week- the truth of the situation is right there for all to see.
• As I said in my article from earlier today  many of the players are wearing the wrong coloured jerseys and snuck into the locker room pretending to be on the home team- don't be fooled by the colour of their shirts, they're not on our team.
• As for various groups that are fighting for a piece of the pie, the pie is actually much bigger than many of these groups realize.  If we can all share our toys there will be more than enough for everyone to have a very merry Christmas and a bright future.
• As for the western political leaders who are in a quandary over how to fix the rotting financial and political system that is currently decomposing on the floor, well, that's already been taken care of too.  (and most of them don't have to worry about that issue anyway as they have their own very serious issues they are currently dealing with... in the US at least).

The United States of America Corporation, a subsidiary of the bloodline family owned Federal Reserve Board, has resorted to stealing private funds, and blaming it on “Iranian cyber-attacks,” in order to stave off bankruptcy, according to CIA and other sources. This desperate stalling maneuver comes as the members of the old pentagram of power, David Rockefeller, George Bush Senior, Queen Elizabeth, Evelyn de Rothschild and the Pope all argue amongst each other over what to do next.

The overall picture is that the Queen and the Pope are funneling money to Obama and pushing for his re-election, while the Rockefellers and Bushes are looking towards Asia, according to both CIA and Vatican sources. This leaves the Rothschild’s out on a limb and isolated. Their plan to start war and mayhem in the Middle-East, prior to doubling oil prices, is now starting to look like a really bad, if not fatal, chess move.

Word has also now come back from the Vatican archives about the fate of the Menorahs taken from the Temple of Solomon by troops of the Roman Emperor Titus. According to a senior Vatican archivist, the original Menorahs from the temple were melted down and turned into small statues that were distributed amongst various Romans and thus cannot be returned to the temple. However, the Vatican also has several solid gold Menorah’s dating back to the time of Jesus that they say they would be willing to hand over to an honorable group of Torah Jews. The Talmudic Jews, whose belief system is Babylonian and Sumerian but not Jewish, would not be considered qualified to receive the Menorahs, the Vatican sources say. Nonetheless, the willingness of the Vatican to make such a gesture would be very helpful to help start a not-so secret operation, code named OSC, that is being proposed by the White Dragon Society. We will talk more about this at the end of the news-letter but for now let us return to the geopolitical situation.


The now collapsing Rothschild game plan for the Middle-East is aiming to cause regime change in Syria, followed by Jordan and then Saudi Arabia as a precursor to doubling oil prices and replenishing Rothschild coffers.

The fact that Israel has been saying since 1992 that Iran “is within a few months” of getting a nuclear weapon and needs to be attacked, is a clear sign the Rothschild game plan has been churning its wheels in the mud for a long time.

The fact that no Western ambassadors followed the Israeli ambassador out of the UN when Iranian President Ahmajinedad made his very peaceful speech, was another sign the apocalyptic plan to start world war in the Middle East has almost no support.

The recent killing of a US “Ambassador” at the non-existent US consulate in Benghazi, meanwhile, turns out in fact to have been the killing of a Bush agent by a Rothschild agent, according to CIA and MI6 sources. This was a proxy battle over oil, apparently.

The Pentagon, now that its Rockefeller and Bush factions have split from the Rothschilds, are seriously considering closing over 44 bases around Iran in order to speed up the collapse of the “attack Iran” Talmudic faction and put a definitive end to the constant “attack Iran” yapping by Rothschild thugs like Benjamin Netanyahu.

The Rockefeller and Bush groups realize that it is now Asia, and not the Middle East, where the main action will be and they are hoping to get a part of it.

However, attempts to start conflict between Japan and China、 or China and other neighbours, are not going to succeed because the Asians are not going to let themselves be fooled into a war that hurts everyone except the arms manufacturers and the usurious bloodline families.

Instead the Asians are doing their best to avoid collateral damage as they watch the slow motion implosion of the old order in the West.

Although most leaders in the West are fully aware the old financial and geopolitical system is falling apart, they cannot decide what to do next.

The bloodline families want to keep their privileges and dynasties intact even as they try to create a more gentle system that gives more “cake” to the commoners. The anti-bloodline gnostic illuminati want a permanent end to bloodline rule. The answer will be some sort of compromise.

The problem though, lies in deciding what sort of new financial and economic system should be used to replace the one that is now collapsing. One group, the Leo Wanta, Mike Cotrell “White Hats,” who were involved in collapsing the Soviet Union, think that trillions of dollars belong to them. Another group says it all belongs to the OITC. Then there are the program people who wish to address historical financial injustices in the West. Then there are the various Asian groups who have been cheated out of their gold and money for the past 100 years and are now demanding restitution.

The White Dragon Societies believe there will be less fighting over who gets what slice of the pie if the pie is big and constantly growing. That is why it is proposing the not-so-secret “inside job,” to be code named OSC, short for Operation Santa Claus.

This would be a giant operation involving the Chinese, Russian, American and other militaries together with industrialists and charities. The goal would be to make sure that every child on earth receives a present and a healthy, delicious meal on December 25th, 2012, the start of the new solar year.

On that day, the Romans could symbolically return the old Menorahs to replace the ones stolen from the Temple of Solomon. After that a new temple could be built on the site of the original one beside the mosque and together with a Hindu Temple, A Buddhist Temple, a Church and a zone for alternative belief systems.

The advantage of a plan like OSC is that it would show how much more humans can accomplish if you get them to sincerely agree to something than if you try to manipulate them with violent, divisive incidents triggered by paid hoodlums. Peace and prosperity are goals we all share.
