Well something changed last week.  More Mandela Effects appeared, people slid sideways, more dreams and experiences.  I had my own dream about waterfalls and floods, only to wake up to the news of the collapse of the Dam in California.

Lisa's notes:  Within a couple of hours of last weeks show I felt a shift, an influx of people enter the ‘waiting room’, feels like multiple time lines converged and we have seen more Mandela Effects show up in the last week.
The “Waiting Room’ has morphed into a healing space as well as a practice room for us to master manifestation in this new space as the rules are different. There is no tech interference is how it feels.

Energetic "Flares" from Galactic Centre

Well... I just tried to sit down and write out my thoughts on this and have realized that there is WAY too much info to write... I'll have to record something on this next week.

I've been talking about the use of Chemtrails (and aluminum in vaccines) being used to block energetic particles- or "waves"- from us and our planet for a couple of years now.  Lately quite a few new pieces of information about aluminum has really confirmed for me that this is a major piece of the puzzle.

As for CERN... well if you're following my comments and posts on Facebook you'll know that I've been doing a running update on CERN all week.  A LOT of things have been happening over there, and there are a lot of interesting "graph" actions showing up.....  including the increase to over 1300 bunches of protons that were injected this morning and have been running continuously since the last injection at just after 11am UTC.


HAARP and CERN..... As Zen Says below:  CERN is running magnetics 100,000 time more powerful than our planets geomagnetic field.... all things are interconnected and what effects ONE thing... effects everything, because galaxy, solar system, sun, planet and OURSELVES are all interconnected THROUGH these fields.  Our planet's tilt has radically changed, our planets poles are moving across the top and bottom of our planet.... the sun..... well, if you remember NASA announced that the Sun's poles had flipped back in August (I think?) of 2014, then quickly shut the fuck up.   These things are all interconnected.   WE are ALL interconnected.   Feeling a bit woozy?  yea, I bet!!

If anyone needs a confirmation of this energetic change we’re experiencing as well as expecting more of, scientists have just confirmed it. This is big news and should be an encouragement to many that what we’ve been sensing does indeed have a confirmed, identifiable physical counterpart.

Three orbiting X-ray space telescopes have detected an increased rate of X-ray flares from the usually quiet giant black hole at the center of our Milky Way galaxy after new long-term monitoring. Scientists are trying to learn whether this is normal behavior that was unnoticed due to limited monitoring, or these flares are triggered by the recent close passage of a mysterious, dusty object. By combining information from long monitoring campaigns by NASA’s Chandra X-ray Observatory and ESA’s XMM-Newton, with observations by the Swift satellite, astronomers were able to carefully trace the activity of the Milky Way’s supermassive black hole over the last 15 years. The supermassive black hole, a.k.a. Sagittarius A*, weighs in at slightly more than 4 million times the mass of the Sun. X-rays are produced by hot gas flowing toward the black hole.
The new study reveals that Sagittarius A* (Sgr A* for short) has been producing one bright X-ray flare about every ten days. However, within the past year, there has been a ten-fold increase in the rate of bright flares from Sgr A*, at about one every day. This increase happened soon after the close approach to Sgr A* by a mysterious object called G2.
“For several years, we’ve been tracking the X-ray emission from Sgr A*. This includes also the close passage of this dusty object” said Gabriele Ponti of the Max Planck Institute for Extraterrestrial Physics in Germany. “A year or so ago, we thought it had absolutely no effect on Sgr A*, but our new data raise the possibility that that might not be the case.”
Originally, astronomers thought G2 was an extended cloud of gas and dust. However, after passing close to Sgr A* in late 2013, its appearance did not change much, apart from being slightly stretched by the gravity of the black hole.   This led to new theories that G2 was not simply a gas cloud, but instead a star swathed in an extended dusty cocoon. A Cloaked Star?

An interesting idea there, even though we know NASA and related agencies are filled with deceptive and false information. But I find it compelling that they’d announce finding a cocooned or cloaked star that unexplainably passes near the massive black hole at the center of the galaxy, which as we know is where the energetic forces emanate from and enlivens the stars and other bodies and all energetically connected aspects in our the milky way.
We know that the position of the stars and planets directly influences our lives. How much more then do massive energy shifts and pulses coming from the gigantic center of our galaxy?
There are many ideas about the nature of this energetic change many of us have been feeling some time. David Icke called them truth vibrations decades ago, while it’s recently been termed “Wave X” as well as ascension facilitating energy and many other things having to do with our spiritual growth and empowerment by helping to raise our vibrations and hence conscious awareness.

The Wave, CERN and Geoengineering

Certainly hidden science has known about this and other similar phenomena for a long time. That this information becomes available right now is rather prescient just as we see the attempt to put these last pieces of the global takeover into place.
We know the geoengineering agenda has many purposes. It’s been thought by many that chemtrails are being put in place to block this energetic change from reaching us. It cannot succeed of course but it may hinder some influences, I don’t know. Now think about CERN with a magnetic force 100,000 times stronger than earth’s magnetic field, according to their own website. That’s a lot of power and extremely disruptive, the full use and effects of which we’re yet to see.
Is one of CERN’s purposes to deliberately tamper with our magnetic field, and is this an attempt to jam these incoming, empowering frequencies? At the least it will alter the very resonance of our planet and everyone on it. One thing we can be sure of, their mad intentions are not for humanity’s benefit.

Drowning in the Tidal Wave of Energy: Riding the Surf to BEing

Once again, this has been a week of incredibly intense energetic tidal waves, sweeping in almost non-stop, leaving exhaustion and for many of us, even confusion it their wake.

And once again, I waited to see who would be the first to pop up with an update on this next wave of high energy that has crashed onto our shores.  I had been waiting and checking into Gaias Portal every few hours since sometime Sunday afternoon- KNOWing that the update would happen any moment.....

WELLA!  All three of the sites I have been closely watching posted within hours of each other, and the message was ohhhhhhhhhh so clear and very very perfect in my own experiences of the past 72 hours.

I personally have been through an emotional rollercoaster- dealing with old fears and LOOKING at the past experiences and SEEing them for what they were and what they meant at the time and in the NOW.  There were a few times during the past 48 hours when the words "drowning" were very much on my mind. Drowning in emotions, drowning in fears, drowning in old history.....  I thought deeply on the experiences and tried to look at them "rationally", tried to discern what was MY fear/emotions/reactions, vs what was the emotions/reactions of others around me that I was picking up on.  Usually I am easily able to tell the difference between the internal and external energetics and emotions, but this past weekend I felt as if I was floundering on a piece of driftwood amongst the crashing waves.  No sooner would I work my way though one wave of overwhelming emotion, when a second and third one would hit, leaving me almost breathless, struggling for air.  The days were short in length, and yet L O N G in duration while I rode the wild surf.

Needless to say, yesterday I didn't even think about my computer or checking on anything, lol.  But this morning, there is was, exactly what I was looking for.   Below for you to read are the messages posted last night by Gaia's Portal, Aisha North, and Truthcodes.

A short update on the energies

The adjustments that have been undertaken recently will help to bring you all up to par as it were with the continuation of incoming energetic fluctuations, and so, even if some of you will still feel some temporary physical setbacks as the full scope of these energetic encodings enter your being, you will soon find yourself emerging from the fog as it were in every sense of the word. You see, as the ongoing inoculation if you will will continue to increase not only in magnitude but also in velocity, you will also continue to increase your abilities to incorporate them at an ever increasing speed. For now there is no holding back this flow of endless illumination, and so, as you continue to take in more of these energized particles with literally every breath you take, you are also in a continuous flow of expansion and eviction. In other words, as you continue to grow with this flow, you also continue to exhale whatever it is that your body has been holding on to, the detritus to use a familiar word of your former existence, and this will continue to exit your physical vehicle.

This process in itself is not without its interesting side effects as some of you may be able to testify to, for it will at times feel as if you have been running a marathon or moving a mountain during your sleep. And in many ways, this is actually what you have been doing, as you are all doing a formidable work of lightening your load in this way. And so, as day follows night and in the blink of an eye seems to be followed by a new day, this process continues to speed up exponentially, and you can almost be likened to shooting stars now by the amount of debris that glitters in your wake. For if you could see this from our perspective, you would see yourself as a shining pinprick of light gathering speed, while a trail of glimmering stardust shimmers in your wake as you continue to separate yourself fully from your old being.

Again, this process is something that has not been done before, for unlike others going through a similar process of upscaling their energetic vibrational field, you are doing so while fully immersed within a physical body. And so, you are truly the brightest stars on the firmament in every sense of the word, and you are also the ones who have been chosen for this very task by your abilities to fly as high as you are doing. For this is not something that is taken on by chance, but by a divine design, a design that you yourselves have been instrumental in putting together.

So again we say know that all is well, and you are fanning the flames of your booster rockets even as we speak, the better to accelerate your speed even more as this week continues to supply you with even more fuel for your engines, and so, all you have to do, is to allow that old field of dust that is still trailing in your wake to finally let go completely from your field. For even if this evacuation process of the old is beautiful to behold, and the detritus from it can be mesmerizing to observe, it is also of the greatest importance that you do not let yourself fall for the temptation to crane your neck and look behind you too much. For what you need to do, is to focus on the horizon ahead, and the more you continue to look backwards, the more tempestuous your journey will be.

In other words, let yourself fly away from the old and focus your inner vision on what lies ahead, not on those shimmering and alluring glimpses of your past. For they will only serve to slow you down, and remember the incoming shower of sparks will only serve to push you that much harder if you are facing in the wrong direction. So give yourself the leeway you need in order to let bygones be bygones, and set your sight on the uncharted territory that awaits ahead, ready for you to come and reclaim it. For it may seem unfamiliar to you at the moment, but the space that awaits you is more familiar to you than what you can envisage at this time, for it is indeed the primordial sea of energetic potential that beckons ahead, a place you used to know like the back of your hand, and a place that is so eager to welcome you back home into it.

And so, the more you let yourself forget what is trailing in your wake, the sooner it will let go completely from your sphere of influence, and the faster and lighter your journey forwards and upwards will be. So let go, and let the flow of incoming light continue to push you in the back so you can get reunited with that former version of you, the pure one, the all-encompassing one, the one that is devoid of inhibitions, limitations and lies, the ones that is pure and simple light and potential, but this time, it will be all this and it will be held within this familiar container you call your body. And that dear ones, is the goal you are aiming for, and it is within reach for every single one of you, and it is far, far closer than you perhaps think.

Releasing the FEAR of the “unknown”

It is to be noted that in order to allow the flow and the movement of the New Earth energies then you must move from being a “solid” to “melting” to “fluidity”. The “solid” form being the static, solid that the old 3D earth created construct teaches you to be in order to be present and live in human form upon this planet.  As this is released then this form moves to “melting” mode, where the energies begin to flow and movement begins to occur. It is in this movement that your deepest fears will begin to surface as you have been taught to hold tightly on to them and to create from WITHIN them.  As they begin to move to the surface you may begin to believe that they are real and that you must “do” something with them.  All you are required to do is to acknowledge them and then to allow them to flow. Attempting to address them or ignore them will see them begin to be “fed” with the very frequencies that you are trying to allow to release and dissolve.
This is done on ALL levels of your BEing so can be felt on ALL levels and will play out on all levels. Many of you at this time may be tempted to try to hold on to other lifetimes and try to live through these lifetimes by bringing them into your current waking reality. This is not TRUTH and is not supported in the New Earth, only TRUTH is supported and TRUTH JUST IS.  The human race are moving into evolution, they are NOT recreating another reality that exists on any other dimensional level and this must be acknowledged and accepted and released fully.
The dance with other dimensional realities will have you remain in the “loop” of frequency from which this was/is birthed and will see you blind to the loop whilst feeding it.  The “unknown” has been taught to the human race as the “enemy”, to allow SELF to expand is to walk in the unknown and be in TRUST and FAITH of SELF at all moments of all moments, this does not mean that the unknown is indeed unknown for you are creating this at higher levels of your BEing and then allowing the expansion into said movement.
At this time there is much panic in the world, energetically a race that has been kept in isolation and kept in containment has just been handed the keys to the jail cell but much like a prisoner who has been kept caged and has subsequently adjusted to said cage the walk out of the jail cell may feel to be very scary indeed.

A New Earth and a new way of living is birthed through moving into expansion in ways never experienced before, it is not achieved by revisiting other dimensional timelines and trying to replicate something that has already been experienced despite how “comforting” or “secure” this may attempt to make you feel it is further distortion.  THIS is the only waking reality in which the New Earth can be birthed with off planet and inter dimensional distortions seeping into and throughout the old 3D earth created construct it is not  TRUTH to interact with them on any level. They will seek at all times to pull you out of balance and to pull you out of alignment.
At this time you are asked to allow the melting and the subsequent flow of energies through you, around you and within you, noting that at first this may seem overwhelming and may seem to be the very opposite of what your human logical mind wants to happen. ALL JUST IS and ALL IS BY DESIGN.  FLUIDITY has been prevented from being experienced by the human race until this moment and you are asked to BE.  As the outer waking reality begins to move into fluidity you will instinctively know when to move and to shift and to align fully with it.  It may feel as if you have been visited by an emotional storm, any storm has a calm centre and this is the place to BE whilst the storm rages and re-aligns the outer waking reality.  The shifting will be at a speed that you allow and can expand with, attempts at stopping the movement will see you in emotional pain and constriction and is not supported by the New Earth frequencies. By allowing the flow you allow expansion into the “unknown” which then shifts to become the known.

Awakening in the Whirlwind: "The Event"

Over the past few days there has been a HUGE shift of energies- on all levels of awareness:   physical, emotional, mental, planetary and most especially in that consciousness that is accessed by everyone through perceived "dreamtime" "astral" and "higher dimensional" realms.  Though many perceive these areas or "realms" to be separate from what they see as "reality", or of this "solid" earthly dimension, they are in fact the true reality in which we exist.  In which I AM, ONE, Source,..... ALL of us, exist as I AM  and are all ONE.

We- in this water vessel that we call our body- are living in the matrix.  Just like the movie of the same name, the vast majority of the beings on this planet believe that they are living a life that is solely represented in their daily, physical, waking, “logical” experience.   They do not understand, nor can even comprehend that all that they think of as "real" is in fact just their perception of their physical being, as opposed to their actual BEing.   While we, in this physical form/avatar/body, roam around this planet, going about our daily lives as independent beings, living only for this moment/perception of physicality, WE, the BEings/perceptions that make up I AM, are roaming all aspects of   "dimension", "reality”, kNOWing exactly who WE are and why we are  "HERE".

The experiment/experience/game/act that we have been playing out is now over.  Now we are "waking" up to the truth of our "reality"....

.... There is no spoon.

What we perceive as solid reality, is just a construct.  A stage that has been created to host a brilliant production call "The experiment in separation and duality experience".  And that play is now over.

Hence the massive energetic shifts and waves of new energy that are sweeping over and through us almost moment by moment.  THIS is the "Awakening".

We are not waiting for “The Event” to happen.... The "Event" IS HAPPENING.  The "Event" has been happening for a long time now, with each new moment bringing new energies and new understanding, and HUGE shifts in awareness.

"The Event" is not "ascension" or levels of "Dness", or light chambers, or new financial/legal/governmental systems,  or the coming of our "cosmic cousins", or first/second/third comings of _______ (insert religiously or hierarchically based name here)..... "The Event" IS what IS happening right now.  On ALL planes of "existence", in ALL "dimensions", on ALL levels of "reality" "time" "space".   We can feel it, see it, touch it, experience it through every pore or particle of our BEing..... You just have to allow it through and SEE, FEEL, EXPERIENCE it as it IS,  not as you expected, wanted or believed it would be.

As I said a few weeks ago, there are several messages that are coming through that are being read off of the energetic "grid" in what we call "real time", as in: they are reporting what they are seeing/feeling/experiencing without any perceive time lag.   Everything is moving at the speed of heart right now- which is very very fast indeed!!!!  I am posting three very pertinent messages that came through on the 22/23 of this month- during an energetic whirlwind of epic proportions.  Each carries very important clarification and confirmation of what has/is happening RIGHT NOW.

A short update on the Equinox energies and a short update from me

Now, you are only a few short hours away from that point in time when your entire planet once more hangs as if suspended in equilibrium when the light and the dark seem to be equally distributed all over. Well, that may be the case, but let us just remind you that this time there is indeed another huge influx of light coming your way just when the time seems to stand still and you with it. You see, once again this window of opportunity that this equinox constitutes will be utilized, and this time it will indeed far surpass any previous occasions.

So once again we remind you to stay focused within, and stay alert to any signs you will get as this day and night continue to advance, for we venture to guess you will all be asked to act as hosts to these emissaries of light that will come a-knocking, and as we have already discussed, this time you will be expected to interact with these messengers in a very special way. So make sure to stay awake in a way that will enable you to literally tune into this huge surge of enlightened messengers coming your way, and when we say stay awake, it does not necessarily entail going without sleep in the hours ahead. Rather, it entails staying alert to any subtle or perhaps not so subtle signals heralding the onset of this massive injection of light that is coming your way even as we speak.

The Release of Constraints

Many of you may have experienced an intense equinox with much emotion surfacing which may have floored you.  The distortions that are taught within the old 3D earth created construct are not supported in the New Earth frequency realities. As the planet itself is raising its frequency then the frequencies that no longer resonate within the human vehicle rise to the surface.   It is to be noted that ANY triggers that have appeared for you over the past linear 48 hours are there to HELP you, you can only release that which you can see and acknowledge at a human conscious waking mind level.

There is no more “hiding” any longer, that which no longer serves the human race will be illuminated from within the human race.  From the simplest teaching to the most complex hidden teaching the frequencies are no longer supported therefore rise to the surface to be released. Any attempts at swallowing down said frequencies and “carrying on” will see much frustration and intense emotional pain manifest within you. The emotional pain is there to be released, the human race has been TAUGHT to accept abandonment, betrayal and grief as a “natural” part of being human and as this is not TRUTH it is not supported.

It is NOT possible to lose LOVE in TRUTH, it is what YOU ARE at point of origin of creation.  As this is TRUTH it is THIS point of origin of creation frequency that seeks to FLOW through you, around you and within you.  To try to prevent this FLOW is akin to asking a tree to become a daffodil, it cannot because it is a tree and a tree is its purpose, its experience is that of a tree therefore no matter how hard it tries to be a daffodil it will still be a tree!

Many of you at this moment are attempting to remain within the parameters of a bandwidth that was TAUGHT to you within the old 3D earth created construct.  At this time you may be unable to physically see how you can create a life that is any different to what is APPEARING to be your life at this moment and yet at each moment of each moment you have the NOW moment of creation. It is not possible to simply create a more shiny, happier version of the life that you live at this time for that is not the purpose of your life experience in human form on this planet.

“Ascension” is the precursor to EVOLUTION, you have come here to this planet to EVOLVE in this your human form, hence the upgrading of your human vehicle from a carbon based vehicle to a CRYSTALLINE form, allowing more energy to flow around you, through you and within you.  This is a physical manifestation, the dreaming is but PART of the process, the energy that YOU ARE in TRUTH will move you at all moments into a HIGHER frequency in order to illuminate the lower frequencies in order that you release them fully. Only by releasing them can you move into balance and harmony.

Unfortunately the word and the very concept of “Love” has been highly distorted within the old 3D earth created construct.  Many people use “love” as a weapon, fully believing that it is something that can be withheld or given, LOVE JUST IS, it cannot be taken from you, nor can it be given to you for it is YOU in TRUTH.  To believe that love is something that can be bartered or lost or given or taken is akin to stating that the oxygen that you breathe can only be moved through your lungs if you are good enough/tall enough/thin enough/ young enough etc.  Oxygen JUST IS, in human form you breathe it without much thought, you do not pour each moment into thinking HOW or WHY it goes through your lungs you just allow it to inflate your lungs etc.  So it is with LOVE in TRUTH, it JUST IS, it is always there, it is the teachings that you have anchored that seek to change your perception of what it is.  Indeed what you perceive it is has NO EFFECT at all on the LOVE that IS for it JUST IS.

LOVE in TRUTH knows NO boundaries, no colour, no gender, no age etc due to the fact that it  JUST IS, it is available to ALL. Within the old 3D earth created construct from the moment you are born into a human form you are taught that you must do x and y if you are to be accepted and loved. This deep distortion is the foundation you are TAUGHT to run your life experience from, it is the operating system if you will of the human life experience.  The New Earth frequencies seek to dissolve this foundation for it is NOT TRUTH,  the transition process that begins this process is one that may trigger you hugely and the triggers are there to HELP YOU.

YOU are not your job, your relationship, you gender, your age or any other “label” that society seeks to place upon you, YOU ARE YOU but many of you at this time are trying to hold on to the labels fully believing that dissolving the labels dissolves who YOU ARE, everything on Planet Earth is back to front within the old 3D earth created construct, it is only by dissolving ALL labels that you can even get a glimpse of who YOU ARE in TRUTH.

At this time you are asked to allow the process that you have entered to continue, indeed there is NO return to the lower frequencies as you move and expand you will find that it is not possible to return to “what was”. In TRUTH it no longer exists, all that ever exists is the NOW moment, the life experience is referenced by your human logical mind in a sort of filing cabinet giving the illusion of past, present and future. This construct is also dissolving and may be highly triggering to you at this time.  The life experience in human form upon this planet is now evolving into a deep experience that is created BY YOU, FOR YOU from within YOU.

There is nothing that exists out with of SELF, everything is but a mirror to what is going on INSIDE of you and therefore can only be changed from INSIDE of SELF, never out with, in other words you cannot change the world from the outside because it is created from within.  Huge shifts and changes will now unfold within the human race as the heart space is now cleared of the lower dimensional frequencies of grief, abandonment and betrayal.   For many of you this may at a human physical waking mind level see you swing from intense anger to intense tears of release and back again.  Let the tears flow and acknowledge the anger, that is all that is needed.  No longer do you walk the earth a storage vessel for your emotions, this was never the purpose of your human vehicle, only when the vehicle has been emptied of the stored emotions can the energies fully flow and balance be restored.

The Energetic Emotional Roller Coaster

The energy is just pumping and jumping right now.  Its seems that for the past few months the energetic roller coast ride has been getting longer and faster with fewer moments of calm and quiet in between.  I have written a few times before about various symptoms of the newer energies that our bodies and minds are getting use to, but the past couple of months have far surpassed anything I could of imagined a year ago, lol!

Beyond the physical experience of these energetic changes, the emotional experience has been rather exhausting at times.  As our consciousness expands, our emotions do too- ever changing, ever morphing as we follow the resonance of our hearts.  But beyond the actual emotional laundry that we are all going through, is the emotional release of our journey.  For the past few days many many people have been experiencing a HUGE outpouring of emotion- most notably grief, sadness, and anger and agitation.   We've been discussing this in one of the Skype rooms and some of the sharing that was done this past few days was amazing and I felt that many other people might resonate with the experiences and emotional responses and the insight of this amazing group of people that I call my family.

R: I'm having a very difficult time straddling both paradigms right now. I have a number of things that I "have" to do before I bug out of town a week from Tuesday, and I just can not seem to motivate to get them done - they feel completely uninspiring to me. I know that inspired DOing is important, I know that "all" we have to do is shift gears into that space of singing the song of our hearts, yet I am at a loss for how to do so. I think the biggest rub for me right now is in my own expectations. I have always had high standards for myself, and often not been able to really "live up" to them (particularly related to how long it should take me to do a project and what quality of work I can get done within that time frame). I hate letting people down, particularly if I have explicitly promised them something, and I hate letting myself down even more than others, even though I seem to set myself up to do so rather frequently. *sigh* I feel so ready for the shift to be here, yet I feel at a loss as to how to move towards it. I am afraid to fully believe any time frame, or to commit too fully to a change because I am afraid that I will just end up letting myself down in an even bigger way.

I know too much to throw in the towel and go back, and I don't feel like I know enough to move forward. I'm tired of being on the edge, on the fringe, at odds in my views with most of the people I interact with in person on a regular basis. I'm tired of surrounding myself with a shell to "protect" myself, and yet scared stiff of letting that go.

I am caught, suspended, waiting, wanting to ask my inner/higher self what I should do next, and scared of the answer, scared of what or who I might need to let go, scared that what I will hear is not that higher self, but my ego, my pride. I'm scared that I will find that I'm a fake, a "loser", "unworthy", or worse.

I've been a social outcast all of my life, and I have managed to "deal" with that internally, without resorting to any substances. I have taught myself how to stay pretty up beat, and even managed to be somewhat "mainstream" for awhile. I learned how not to care too much what other people thought, and even to pretend that I did not care at all, that rejection by my peers did not hurt.

I read about all the different symptoms that folks in here are experiencing, and find that I am not aware of experiencing most of the physical symptoms. I can talk the language, and I have an "analyitical" understanding of what is going on with the energetics, yet I can't seem to apply that knowledge in the way that I interpret it "should" be done. At the same time, I have had a good friend of mine sense me sending energy immediately after she asked me to, yet I was not conscious of doing it at the time or even after it in any way that felt "real".  I feel at times like a fake, a phony, a fraud. I have always wanted to think that there is something "special" about me, in that there is something more than the flesh and blood vehicle and that I am capable of far more than society and culture tells me I am. At the same time, I find that I tell myself that such thinking is just my ego talking

D:I soooo feel this too!  christmas is coming and I have NO christmas spirit- it's not that i'm being a scrooge, but I literally do not care at ALL about this christmas and just keeping up the holiday for the childrens sake is almost exhausting my patience/will

My friend.... so don't commit to a time frame or to any external change.  Live for you YOU, and BE and DO in what resonates with YOU in that moment.

D:  As I said above, I just cannot find even the slightest will to get excited about christmas- not for myself or the kids or anyone.  In this I perceive that I kNOW the irrelevancy of DOing christmas- the unimportance of it. I feel unable to set up schedules to do anything beyond the daily type stuff..... because it doesn't resonate with me.  Is that my consciousness saying "bah!  never mind, it's not important any way!" ?   I think so.  I would rather sit quietly and play lego with my kids than do anything else in this moment- because then I just BE, and relax.

Don't worry about letting others down in this moment- focus on you and that focus will absolutely draw to YOU what you want and need to do.   Focusing on what others want you to do, impairs you from BEing YOU.  so just BE.

D: .This is what I call the detachment of perception.  detaching from the people who's perception you do not resonate with.  In this moment people are being pulled together, there is almost a magnetic attraction that pulls the like minded together- for the acceptance of BEing.  To be fully accepted and loved for BEing WHO you ARE.  All those relationships that disallow that are quickly fading.  And either relationships are rebuilt under a new understanding and kNOWing of the deep acceptance of  you BEing you, or they seemingly begin to fade away

That is the fear that you are working through. (heart)  the energetics right now bringing to the surface all that we need to "work on", all the inner turmoil that we need to SEE for what it is and then accept or detach from it, according to what we feel. but FEEL in Resonance.

My friend, never EVER think that the way I think/see/feel experience, is how YOU should think/see/feel/experience (heart)  your journey and path are your own, and only YOU kNOW what is inside you or what your path is.  What I experiences as physical sensation or emotional stimulus, is how I have CHOSEN to experience that.  You have chosen your own experience and follow your own path.  I'm not Right.  You are not Right.  They are not Right.  It's the perception of your own journey that is truth to YOU.

No my love- that is your conscious mind telling you the TRUTH of who you BE.  You ARE special!  You ARE capable of far more that society allows to you think possible.  your inner turmoil is the argument between your kNOWing mind/consciousness that sees past the veil and the lies, and the brain/ego that tells you that you're being ridiculous, you cant' possibly be "important".
My friend R, you are so strong and so amazing!  Crying is the release of energy necesary to go forward, to accept the next step on your journey, and to cleanse the spirit of the doubts that you kNOW inside are the shackles you tie yourself too.

K: R.  Allow others to be who they are.  I noticed you used the word "afraid" several times in your comment.  I have been there.  When I first discovered all of the truths that are associated with "waking" I tried to tell my family and friends about all of what I had learned.  It caused a great deal of stress between myself and those I love.  I was told to go see a doctor.  I was laughed at.   My wife almost left me and so on.

I learned that it is not my responsibility to wake anyone.  We are all on our own paths.
Find peace within yourself.  Be who  you BE, and let others BE who they BE.

D: Look at the emotions as they come to you- do a self analysis of that emotion- be it anger, agitation, sadness,....- and ask your self "does this belong to me? - can you see where it came from? if it's not internal, not YOURS, then know that you're moving through that for someone(s) else and helping them.

I've had fits of agitation so strong today, then deep sadness, then happiness...... none of it is mine, so I released it and moved on.

The biggest balancing thing you can do is to see if it's YOUR  emotions.  when you realize it isnt' yours, you can look at it and let it pass through you without "owning" it.  M said it to a friend of ours yesterday -  don't take on what's not yours, don't hold onto what's not yours- if it's not yours, then you let it go without taking it personally.


N1: such good guidance for me right now. thanks D!  im an emotional mess these past days. More tears than anger, alot of deep painful sadness.  This situation with the little boy who is my sons thai brother, has really tipped me upside down emotionally.  It hit home how fragile life is. One moment all is great, the next something can happen to dramatically change that.  The mother aspect of me is freaked out!

R:  "What do I kNOW?" I know that we are more than flesh and blood - that the flesh and blood is a tool, and nothing more. What we are is far greater, like a person with a sock puppet on their hand is much greater than the sock puppet. What the sock puppet can do is limited only by the imagination of the person wearing it.

We are spirit, soul, LOVE. We are each a part of the infinite, and we are each infinite in our own right (yes, there are different scales of infinities). The only limits are those we choose for ourselves, whether consciously or not.

Society/culture has it all wrong, pretty much bass ackwards, when it comes to how this world works. We are all facets on the same diamond, points of perception in the same mind, the same data matrix. We all reflect each other. We are here to grow, to expand, to explore new territory, not stagnate and follow someone else's path or achieve what someone else has already achieved. We are each unique, not interchangable parts in some machine, but as individual as the patterns of ice crystals in snowflakes. We are all part of a greater whole, of several greater wholes, each one larger than the last, until you get up to the ultimate whole of ALL THAT IS. Yes, we are a part of that one, too. We are not separate, we are so tightly woven together that we can no longer see the threads. We all know it, we can all sense it. That is what we truely are, not what society tries to tell us we should think ourselves to be.

Getting the desire to know to outweigh the "but what if I'm 'wrong' " fear is the trick. *chuckle* Every time I have tried a visualization meditation for "meeting higher self" or other aspect of consciousness that is not my brain, I have always hit a blank wall, and I sense that it is that fear that does it. :) I'm working on it...

M: Agreed R! I can say this with confidence however, if it weren't for the lovely people here and some In other rooms as well, I would not be anywhere as close to those answers as I am, and aware of how the fear is the great deceiver.

D:  ...Orrrrr..... could it be that you ARE your higher self?  Could it be that you ARE eternal essence and that by looking for a "higher self"- looking for something quasi-external, looking for something "higher" than you, to answer your questions, you hit a blank wall that is in fact a mirror to show you that YOU already kNOW the answers to your question?

Would it help to know that I've never EVER managed to do one of those "meet your higher self" type meditations?  To know that every time I've asked my "higher self" to answer something, I've been met with a resounding silence?  For a long time I thought that I was broken- that there was something intrinsically wrong with me because I couldn't find that place/person/enlightenment that everyone kept telling me I HAD to find.....  then I realized that it's all inside of ME anyway.  I didn't "need" to find my "higher self" in a field of flowers, that I didn't' "have" to get to that calm place of silence to kNOW what I needed to kNOW.

Once I gave up trying to be able to do what everyone else told me I should/would/could do and be, and I just focused on BEing me and DOing what my heart told me to DO.......  then it just flowed.

This sense of "family" that we have here and in other places, is , in my opinion, the drawing together of those that are "HOME" already.  There is a great comfort, a HUGE sigh of relief when you are WITH people that accept you fully and completely for who you BE and love you and love what you DO- completely without conditions.  In that moment you realize that THIS is what LIFE is about!!!

N: Here is the thing. This question is part of the self doubt programming that all of us in here are overcoming. It is a very damaging perspective. I havecome to realize that yes indeed, we are all VERY special. The problem for some is getting lost in the question and going back and forth with a sort of obse3ssion in the answer. Accept that you are special and that there 'is no spoon'. Forget the question and BE special. DO special things.
 Forget the question. Wring as much love and enjoyment as you can out of every moment of now. Love is more contagious than a yawn!

D: how about this analogy:  YOU are the person.  The sock puppet is your meatsuit that YOU control.  So searching for your "higher self" is pointless, because YOU ARE your "higher self".  You BE YOU.  YOU BE I.  the sock puppet is just the physical manifestation of YOU.  You are not the sock puppet, you are YOU.

D:  I would say:  Just BE and DO and that IS "special"- all things "special" come from you BEing YOU, you BEing I, and DOing what your BEing calls you to DO!

N1: thats brilliant D thanks !  these conversations are deepening my understanding of I, which for me is very important in this moment.  i was feeliing a bit lost on this one lately i have to admit.

R: A couple of days ago, I was really playing with the concept of what reality is, along the lines of Morpheus' line "Reality is electrical signals interpreted by your brain". Seeing our eyes and other senses as projectors interpreting the data matrix, creating the hologram, including our bodies. I'm thinking that challenging very basic beliefs in this way was part of what brought on my first outpouring ^^^^^^^^^^^. I am continuing to play with this kind of thought, and observing the world through this lens. It really does put a whole new twist on what we have been presented with by "the world around us" (though from this perspective, it isn't there... (facepalm) (rofl) ) Hmm. Quite the ride down the rabbit hole! (rofl)

N2: I have definitely been drifting in and out if 3D lately. In the past, so many have offered advice on how to 'ground' yourself when you feel ungrounded. I now think the time for that is shifting. I think when I feel ungrounded, it is now time to let go and let it go. By grounding, I feel like I am fighting against the higher frequencies. Lately, this ungrounded feeling is drastically stronger than before. I am extremely dizzy, off-balance and my vision blanks. I am beginning to think that if I stop fighting it and indeed if I 'work with it', the new, higher frequencies will start coming into focus. I think that will be truly living in this moment of NOW!  (inlove)

D:  Nick and I read your comment together and we both agree with you.  I try when I can, to sit back and allow the energy to flow.  doesnt' always work, lol- like getting hit with it while washing dishes or cooking, lol, but even still I always take even a brief moment to sort of acknowledge it- love it I guess would be the best way to say it.

Now Let's talk about SEX

So we talked about "LOVE", now let's talk about SEX. ..... ok, not exactly "SEX" per se, but Sexual Desire.  Like the  "LOVE" article, I do not have answers, but I think that speaking about it openly may help a lot of people perhaps come to their own answers.   But this is just my personal opinion.

The topic of Sex is taboo in most circles of society, showing the castrating influence of Religion to warp something that has nothing to do with Religion.   To control Sex, is to control human desire and to control the exchange of energy that is part of the physical act of sexual union. Religion has vilified "sex" and turned it into something unclean and sinful..... unless you're making babies of course, lol. 

It is said that prostitution is the oldest profession, but more truthfully is that SEX is the oldest exchange of Value- and in some ways the truest form of energetic exchange that we know.

Combine the religious aspects of sexual "Sin" and the societal  structures that wax between telling us that Sex is taboo, then using Sex to sell everything from beer to cars to sunglasses to deodorant, and add the media's portrayal of what sex should be and how you should feel about it and how you should do it and 10 ways to win a man, and 15 ways to keep him panting for more, and 12 ways to turn on your girlfriend, breast enhancements, penis enlargers, how to starve yourself into a stick person, pills for libido, pills for genital stimulation, pills for hormones, pheromone sprays, self heating personal lubricants, make up for your genitals, how to get that perfect Brazilian wax job,  ..... ALL of which create an illusion of what is "Normal".... none of which is attainable, therefore no one is feels adequate or "normal"....

.....and yet very few people are completely comfortable with their own sexuality and their feelings about Sex to openly discuss it, so therefore they live with perpetual feelings of inadequacy believing that they are the only person who feels this way, because obviously the rest of the worlds population are sex gods and goddesses, because that's what Cosmo tells us!

Enough said on that topic, I brought it up merely to spotlight the taboo aspect of openly discussing sex and sexuality, which has been incredibly highlighted to me over the past few months.  So I am going to openly talk about my own thoughts on Sex.

My own personal journey to sexual understanding and my experiences with sex are a perfect back drop to all that I wrote above.  I was brought up in a strict christian religion where sex was equated with sin, unless you're married, and even then, just about everything beyond the missionary position is considered risque and verging on pornographic.  I left the church and home at 18 and started my own journey to discovering what sex was and how I felt about it.....


..... the journey has been an ever challenging, ever confusing one- influenced by what the media said I should be and feel, what my girlfriends (who had also been listening to the media) said I should be and feel, and what my boyfriends (who had also been listening to the media) said I should be and feel.  Which left me feeling .... inadequate and unnormal. 

I enjoy sex!!!  It is definitely pleasurable, and with the right partner it could be incredible.  I am lucky enough to have had an amazing partner for the past 15 years- who loves me and loves pleasing me..... and yet, over the years I have found that my physical urges, my "sexual desire", has been getting less and less.  It's not that I enjoy it less, it's not that I am not having a great time..... but my "need" of it has lessened.


In the past few months I openly started to discuss my very quickly fading libido with a few close friends..... only to discover to my shock that I'm NOT alone, nor the only one.  From there I expanded the conversation to more female friends and with the very few exceptions, they further verified to me that I'm not even remotely alone in this feeling.



The reason I'm writing this article is that almost every single woman I talked to about this said the exact same thing:

"Oh thank god!  I thought it was just me!!!  I couldn't figure out what was wrong with me!!!!"

So I opened the floor to the oh so dreaded "Sex" conversation in my Skype room.  While the conversation itself was definitely subdued and constrained (gotta love those taboos!), many people did respond openly, but more people sent me private messages on the topic- the vast majority of the PMs echoed the  "I thought it was just me!!"  words.  And not all of them were women!!

Here is what I have discerned through all of these conversations:

- a large percentage of those that talked to me about it have noticed a drop in their "sexual desire/urges/needs" for the last few years.

- The vast majority have experienced a drop in "libido" (if you will) in the past 6 months or so

- Almost everyone who PMed me noticed a radical drop in the past two months.


This is where we get into the realm of supposition and personal opinion.  I believe that this drop in sexual desire is directly related to the energetic changes that we are currently experiencing. 

Conversations in the various Skype rooms daily revolve around energetic changes that we are all perceiving and experiencing- from physical and emotional symptoms, to "enlightening" consciousness changes- including many deeper conversations about aspects of consciousness and ONEness that are being experienced by a vast sea of people.

It seems to me that it is no coincidence that so many of us are working energetically and are ALSO experiencing a drop in sexual desire.   That isn't to say that everyone is experiencing this- and in no way means that everyone "should" be experiencing this symptom of change (we are all different and going through different changes and on different paths and perceive things differently!!), but when you receive an outpouring of messages of relief from so many people that are experiencing the same thing at the same time with the same feelings..... I cannot consider it to be coincidental.

What is the answer?  I don't know.  But I DO think that it has to do with the energetic changes within our bodies/minds/consciousness, and that these changes are directly links to a lessening desire for sex.  Is it that our minds/consciousness are now perceiving the greater ability of exchanging energy in other ways beyond physical Sex?  Is it that we are moving to a different consciousness space where physical "sex" plays a lesser role in the interactions of BEings?   Is it simply that we are seeing through the blindfold of sexual mythos that has been created by a society that is warped by greed, possessiveness, control and dysfunction, and are now SEEing that creation for what it is? Is it that we are experiencing "LOVE" at a different level of energetic exchange that is detached from the physical?  Is it that we are consciously lessening our physical desires to encourage us to expand our consciousness to new levels of energetic exchange?

All good questions.  I don't know the answer but I hope that by opening up this topic and asking these question that it may help others who are wondering and questioning and looking for an answer to their  own questions on this topic.
