Alphabet Soup: SI, OPPT, RV, PPP, GCR..... without prejudice

After last night's post "What if: The Tattered Ball of Twine", I put the computer away for the night and had a (relatively) early night.  I awoke this morning to several people sending me the latest Zap and the latest SwissIndo video.

On the topic of the SwissIndo video that was 2 hours long (and I fully and transparently admit that I did NOT listen to the whole thing), at the 1:13 mark, the speaker discusses SwissIndo and OPPT, and once again I feel the need to clarify facts and to point out mis/disinformation.  The speaker that  describes the purported link between the SI and OPPT- from his perspective, and I suspect the perspective of SI leaders- is unfortunately misinformed and seems to misunderstand the OPPT filings, what exactly was the One People's Public Trust, the basic content of the filings, the true understanding of the "Value" that is returned to the people of the planet, where the "Value" was "deposited", what the reconciliation of the One People's Public Trust is and why it was done, and the basic laws behind rebutting a UCC (Uniform Commercial Code) filing.

I will give just a brief review of a few of the points above.

The content of the OPPT UCC filings (which can be read in the original pdf format at the top of this page) has been fully and in complete transparency discussed in a multitude of articles, interviews and on many many radio shows over the past year.  I am not going to go over all of the details as the details are available to the public on many sites and recordings.

The "VALUE" of the people is Not money.  The Value of the people IS Energy, and IS the basis of the slavery system that has been used as a "financial system" for eons. The Slavery system equated that true VALUE/ENERGY into their financial tool called "money".

The "One People's Public Trust"  is NOT a "trust fund".  At no point was the "Value" of the people ever put into an OPPT trust "fund" or "account".   The "VALUE" of the people was deposited back TO the people by the OPPT filings and was never held BY the OPPT trustees.

The OPPT UCC filings eliminated all hierarchy, and closed down and foreclosed on the  "slavery system".  Anyone who is using these filings to work with organizations, corporations or perceived "governments" that were foreclosed BY the filings, is re-animating and resurrecting the former slavery financial system, by recognizing them as still being operational and as being valid.  NO organization, group, corporation, or person has Any control over the disbursement, allocation, or amount of the perceived "value" of any Being - be it in monetary or energetic form- nor any ability to take a Being's Value or assign a monetary amount to or from any individual person, Unless each person signs over their Value contractually and gives full consent to that organization.

The OPPT was never "bankrupt" and was never a "fund" that could be bankrupted.  The OPPT was reconciled once it had done it's job and finished what it was set out to do, as are ALL "Trusts" once they have served their purpose.

I hope this clarifies this information once and for all.

 I find it rather interesting that Zap is suddenly commenting on SI, especially in relation to my comments above and a few of his comments below:

Can we move some funds to another banking institution, i.e. a non-federal credit union leaving some funds in the access bank? Do we need to diversify and spread the funds into different baskets?

THE NATURE OF THE MONEY IS THAT IT IS GOLD BACKED. IT IS USEFUL AND VALUABLE. IT WILL NOT MAKE ANY DIFFERENCE WHERE YOU KEEP IT. IT WILL BE SAFE NOW UNDER THE NEW SYSTEM AND NOBODY WILL BE ABLE TO ROB YOU ANYMORE. THE SMALLEST BANK WILL BE AS SAFE AS THE LARGEST BANK. 

Yes, it will not matter where you keep it BECAUSE all of the Banks- largest to smallest- and credit unions and any other financial/banking corporation or institution are ALL controlled by the BIS and the Federal Reserve Banking Cartel.  I have discussed this thoroughly many times.  It doesn't matter if your accounts are in Switzerland or Swaziland, America or Armenia. If the BIS, the IMF and all the Central Banks in the world (with the exception of Iran, North Korea and Cuba (although the later is now highly doubtful as they are being wined and dined by the European Union and European Central Bank)) are still being treated as the controllers of the Money, then the former systems of slavery are still in place and still under the control of the same Banker Kingpins. ie: NOTHING HAS CHANGED.

Pay very close attention to the next question and answer Zap gives:

Under Basel III will we be required in the US to give SS# to open our accounts?

I DO NOT KNOW THIS. EVEN IF YOU OPT TO BECOME A NATURAL PERSON, THERE HAS TO BE SOME FORM OF RECOGNITION THAT THE BANKS WILL ACCEPT WHEN THEY CONTRACT WITH YOU TO PROVIDE BANKING SERVICES.

Did I highlight the operative word of that sentence enough? 

The one thing that has been said over and over and over, by all the supposed RV "Gurus", by all these purported insiders with info about the GCR (Global Currency Revaluation) and the perceived "New" financial system is that you will be forced to sign a Non-Disclosure Contract, and that if you exchange your currencies in a bank with ANY group and/or any special rate, and that if you get a prosperity package.... you will HAVE to SIGN a CONTRACT with that bank.


.... hmmmmmm, a contract eh?  Now why does that sound familiar?......

How do they plan on getting around the whole issue of using Your ASSETS (ie: YOU) to back their "new" Asset Backed Financial System?  By convincing you to sign over your "value" to them.

RESET HAPPENED ALREADY ON MARCH 17. NOW WE ARE IN THE DEPLOYMENT PHASE OF IT ALL. WHEN US TREASURY FORMALLY ANNOUNCES THE TRN (EXPECTED THIS COMING WEEK) THE FEDERAL RESERVE WILL NOT GO AWAY. IT IS A DISTRIBUTION NETWORK FOR MONEY, AND THE UST WILL ASSIMILATE AND USE THIS SYSTEM FOR SUCH DISTRIBUTION AND SAVE A FEW BUCKS BY NOT RE-INVENTING THE WHEEL. COMMON SENSE AGAIN RIGHT? 

And there you have it everyone- exactly what I have been saying for a year:  The Federal Reserve (ie: the banking mafia) are still around, and still in the "Distribution" business of "money".  The UST is just another corporation being controlled by the banksters- along with the BIS and IMF which are also under their control.

( BTW: I have had absolutely NO hard confirmation that the "RV" has happened.)

CHINA HAS NOT RUN OUT OF MONEY. THAT IS BROKER CRAP. THE PAYMENTS FOR ALL THINGS CAN BEGIN THIS COMING WEEK WITH THE ADVENT OF THE TRN. 

China is even more bankrupt that the US is.  They are dead broke, just like every other corporation disguised as a government.  They supposedly have bough 80B in gold this year...... but then they also seem to have a gold smuggling problem with it going through Nepal into India!  China is so desperate that they even convinced Mexican Drug lords to smuggle shipments of illegal iron ore (with gold hidden inside) instead of cocaine!!  They bought JPMorgan Chase's Gold vault, but then suddenly all the gold is supposedly gone.... to....?


As I have said, The entire financial system has completely collapsed- all that you are seeing right now is the chaotic running of a headless chicken.  The reason that they haven't "pressed the RV button" is because no matter how many times they punch it, nothing happens.  They've tried everything and so far nothing is working for them.  Why?  Because there is no "Value" left in the system, and without that "Value", they having been unable to continue their Money based monopoly game.  

.... unless of course, they can convince you to give them YOUR value.


And that is the entire point of this article:

Now. How many times have we all heard over the past year or so that the RV is happening "tomorrow" or "Tuesday" or "it will only happen between Tuesday and Thursday" or "next week" or "it's all done" funds are being distributed".

I don't mean to beat up on any gurus but let's face it, they've all been wrong so far. Especially the ones telling us that the RV is tomorrow,Tuesday or Friday etc.

We even have "Sananda" and "God" himself telling us that the RV is done. Really? Then where the hell is it then? Nobody wants to hear bad news and it's kinda encouraging for some of us to hear exactly what we want to hear from some entity through a "Channel". In my humble opinion some of these entities can't know much more than we do about the RV/GCR because even THEY can't get it right. If that's true then why the hell do we listen to them? Because we all want the RV like yesterday.

Now that we got the BS out of the way let's focus on the real stuff and what we can do.

Reality check: The Dark Cabal are still in power, albeit with reduced venom.

What's the use of an RV with the Cabal still in power? Think about it. We all want to exchange our Dinar/Dong/ Zimbabwe Dollar etc. Let's get one thing straight people. An RV/GCR with the Cabal in control of the current global banking system would be suicide for all of us.

We've been seriously screwed globally by the cabal and if an RV happened today most of us would go out on a wild spending spree. How many people would go out and buy a new million dollar mansion? Or pay off their mortgage? Or go and buy the Ferrari Enzo? Well, ask yourself. Where is the money going? If you haven't figured it out yet, it's going straight back to The Cabal!

Ask yourself, do you really want an RV with The Cabal still in power? Huh?
My point here is this. The Cabal have to be totally removed before a proper RV can happen. Period.

I don't care what anyone says or whether you believe in God, Source, Prime Creator, Jesus or not but the "RV" is NOT JUST ABOUT THE MONEY FOLKS!
There is a deeply spiritual aspect to this RV" as it's called.

This is about a BRAND NEW BEGINNING FOR HUMANITY AND THE PLANET!
This is why I believe the RV hasn't happened and will not happen before certain things take place. Those things are two in number and are connected.

1. The Cabal have to be removed...BY US! How the hell do we do that I hear you ask? Which leads to action number
2. WE DEMAND THEIR REMOVAL. PEACEFULLY.

We are the ones we've been waiting for, and until humanity stands up and demand our freedom, their ain't gonna be no RV.

Sure, we'll get all the help we need from different groups, whether it be positive Military, Police, Interpol, ET's or whatever, but they ain't gonna do jack until we get out there en masse and demand our freedom from the thugs that have taken it from us.

To my knowledge there's only been two sources of info that have been consistently spot on about what I've addressed above, and that's COBRA of 2012 portal and D of Removing the Shackles.

The more this carries on the more I see that they're both right.

We need as many people as possible in DC for this event. Even if you can't get to Washington DC, please do everything you can to spread the word.

Maybe I'm wrong about the above but it's what resonates with me. I'll say this again, and that's that there is a deeply spiritual aspect to the RV. If it ain't happening, then maybe God's trying to tell us something and we ain't listening.

Update Jan 20th: Where is it?

Good evening my friends! After a ridiculously busy day I returned to RTS tonight knowing that there would be a shite load of negative comments and taunts.  I'm exhausted so I'm not going to get into a major article tonight though.

I'm not even going to attempt to reply to each of the 276 comments on yesterdays article- I think that Blogger might have a nervous breakdown if I did, lol.

So let's just talk about it here.

Now, many people are calling me a disinformation agent, a shill (not sure how that works as this is my blog, lol), a psy-ops agent, etc... and of course belittling  and jeering the intel and information that I reported here.  That's fine- as I always say, everyone is welcome to their own opinion and to believe what they want to believe.  I think that most of those who posted ranting comments don't really want answers, but are more interested in getting other readers to turn away.

Those are NOT the people I'm writing this for.

Right now, all over the world there are a huge amount of people who are sitting back scratching their heads, saying "WTF?!" ... and I'm not talking about you guys.  I'm talking about the people who KNOW what's been going on in Washington DC and all over the world.

There are a shit load of people basically having a freak out right now and I'm not talking about your average John Q Public type people here. Why?  Because they Know what was suppose to happen, they know what they were told would happen, they know what (supposedly) happened this week..... yet, there is Supreme Court Justice Roberts swearing in Obama.

The information and intel that I have written about over the past few weeks is absolutely correct.  We've had so many confirmations of so many facts from so many areas of government(s), 3 letter agencies, military, business/financial...  the cross examination of every aspect of every piece of information has been meticulously combed through and everyone involved has agreed that it is accurate.

For weeks we've been hearing "Announcements today/tonight/tomorrow!!"  and yet.... nothing.  This past week we were told "Announcements will happen any moment!"  and yet..... nothing.

If you listened to the radio show I did with Lisa Harrison last week HERE I talked a bit about what is happening, and the Why. (I come in at the 43 minute mark)

Why haven't they made "The" announcement?  Why hasn't the RV, and the new financial system, and the release of the various funds happened?

What else happened in December? There were two extremely exciting things that happened.  On December 21st the energy of our planet shifted dramatically.  On December 25th The People's Trust UCC filings were made public.

I will go into more detail on both of these topics tomorrow as I'm seriously wiped out and in need of sleep.  I will say this for now though:  This week should be an amazing week.

Unravelling the confusion without saying too much

WOW!!!  When I posted my question about people seeing postal workers and couriers making deliveries yesterday I had no idea that it would generate over 260 comments in little more than 18 hours!!  

Reading the comments I realize that there is a lot of misconceptions about what's going on, and about what these deliveries mean- ie: the process for them to get to this stage. I've tried to answer everyone's questions and to clarify misinformation, but holy moley I can't keep up, lol.

I'm going to try to explain things as best I can, but I'm still hampered by what I can't say.... which is thoroughly pissing me off. Soooooooo, here's what I'm going to do- I will explain everything as much as I can, and I will post information that is already on the internet (therefore I'm NOT leaking it)... and I will let you readers add 2+2 and figure out what is and has happened. 

There are 77 different "Prosperity Packages" - PPs-  and while we call them all PPs, some aren't really PPs, but they get called that anyway- which can make figuring out which is which very confusing. There are also several large "Trust Funds" (for lack of a better word) that will be paid out.

Some of the "PPs" are:

-Farm Claims
-Other legal claims that have been owing for a long time
-"PPs" that people signed up for in the 90's, through attachments of the 14th Amendment
-"PPs" that will be paid out of the St. Germaine Trust and several other trust funds

The Farm Claims are American and paid out to American farmers who were screwed over by the government.  A basic history of the Farm Claims AND... more importantly WHAT has been done and what MUST be done in order for these Prosperity Packages- meaning the Farm Claims and the PPs that people signed up for in the 90's- to be paid out can be found HERE.

Dear Raye,
The following is my understanding of the history of the farm claims.
The story starts back in the early eighties.
Two farmer/businessmen, J. B. Foster and William Baskerville were being foreclosed on by one large bank and the Farm Credit System. I am not familiar with the details of what caused this action, but the two men and their wives began to defend themselves in court and at first used attorneys.
When they ran out of money the attorneys left the case and foster and Baskerville continued on their own. They were in and out of court during most of the eighties. At times they filed incorrectly and the case was dismissed for that reason, at other times it was dismissed for other reasons.
In 1990 or 91 they met up with Roy Swasinger and he began to help them. They then began to make some progress. At some point they filed an involuntary chapter 7 on the Farm Credit system after winning damages that were not paid. The Farm Credit System defended themselves by saying that they were not a business, but a Federal Agency and therefore not eligible for bankruptcy. The Judge agreed and dismissed the bankruptcy.
This is in fact true, you will not find the Farm Credit System filed to do business as a Corporation in any State or with the Federal Government. We tried numerous names, that they have used in their business dealings with their borrowers and with the Secretary of States office in a number of states. They were not filed in any of them. That means they should not have been able to use any State Court to foreclose on anyone, which was done numerous times.
That, however, is not the issue we are discussing here. According to the information I read in the Congressional Record, when the Farm Credit System was created by congress in the thirties they were to be only a loan guarantor to the bank making the loan. They were never to loan money directly to the farmer and to my knowledge that was never changed by congress.
Once a period of ninety days had gone by after the bankruptcy Judge's ruling, and it could not be changed, the people involved in the original cases, plus a few others with knowledge of the law, went to court with this and other documents to obtain additional damages. All these cases to date were civil cases. No one involved on the farmers' side ever filed or attempted to file a criminal case. However, the District Court Judge/Judges had evidence of a crime before their bench and they caused a criminal case to be filed. That case number is 93-1308-M. There was a civil case filed at the same time, but I can't remember that number.
The 1308 case is huge, with several hundred pages in the docket sheet. For those who might not know... the docket sheet is like an index of the case. It records all the various filings in a case by name and a number is assigned. If the filing happens to be sealed then it just has a number and it is marked sealed on the docket sheet. There are some sealed items in this case, but most filings can be viewed.
During the time that all this was going on the government came in and offered to settle. That came after they had lost several of the earlier cases and had appealed and lost those appeals as well.
At this time I was not involved on a day to day basis, but was aware of what was happening in a general way. That was because I knew one of the participants that was involved in a legal sense.
He called me one day in February or March of 1993 and asked me what I would recommend in view of the fact that they were meeting with the government in an attempt to settle. He knew that I had been involved in a number of issues that had been negotiated in the past. Since I was unaware, except in a general sense, of what the issues were I could not offer much advice. I knew there were money issues involved and on this subject I said that they should be sure they were plenty high since that would probably be one issue that would be a problem.
A week later he called and said they had an agreement. I asked how much they had reduced the numbers they went in with and his response was that there had not been one number changed. I commented that they must have been to low and he said they were pretty high. Since his home is in Iowa and he was coming home that weekend we made an appointment to get together and I could look at the now agreed to claim.
He asked me to bring some of my previous loans along which I did. After reviewing the claim form and plugging in some of my numbers we added it up and the total was approximately 30 million. I couldn't believe it and commented that there wasn't enough money to pay these if there were very many filed. He said that there was more than enough money even if everyone that was qualified to file did file and that is most Americans.
There are some exceptions, but none of those are the ordinary working person. That was my first exposure to the claim.
I filed in May or June of 1993 and at the time I did it I still had doubts about it ever being paid. But I was looking at what these people were trying to do and felt that if they accomplished it, the $300 I spent for filing the claim was well worth it, even if I never received a dime. There were arrangements made to file the claim for free if the person filing could not afford the $300. Most claim locations had between 40 to 60 percent of their claims be unpaid.

I think it is also important to look at what was agreed to and why.
When the fourteenth amendment was passed there were two attachments to it that most people are not aware of.

One of those attachments was a one time payment to anyone who filed from either side of the civil war that had suffered damages to their property as a result of the fighting. Obviously the reason for filing on this attachment is long gone by.

The second attachment was a one time filing and payment to anyone who suffered damages as a result of our Federal Government failing to protect the citizens of the several states from harm or damages by a foreign government.This is the attachment that the claim is based on. Most people are not aware of these attachments and that is due to the fact that President Grant, of civil war fame, had the two attachments sealed. Somehow our people had a found or in some fashion obtained them. Just because they are sealed does not mean they are still not valid.
So the claim was based on the fact that a foreign government had damaged us as citizens of the several states. That foreign government is the UNITED STATES.

When the Trading with the Enemy Act was modified and signed by President Roosevelt on March 9, 1933 the citizens of the several states became enemies of the Federal System called the UNITED STATES. That was the basis of the claim and the agreement by the Federal Government to the claim is proof that they agree.

Since the agreement was reached in an out of court settlement after the litigants were in trial the Judge had to agree to the claim. He did and then as is normally done in cases settled while in courtthe resulting agreement was sealed.
That means we can talk about the settlement and show the claim which is the result, but we cannot show the court record of this without violating the terms of the agreement which could and in this case no doubt would invalidate it.
The result of all this court action was that we now had an agreement on a claim that could be filled out by the claimant One of the items that had been negotiated away when reaching the settlement was the right to put this information on the major TV networks, which was what was originally planned.
Therefore the only way to publicize this agreement was to have meetings across the country. It was in this process that I became actively involved.
The claims process had three major objectives.

First, the banks would be required to go back on lawful currency (gold and silver) as the Constitution requires. This had to be done because the agreement required that the claim be paid in lawful currency not legal tender. Please do not say there is not enough gold because that is not true. What this will do though is eliminate all inflation.

Second, the courts would all be required to go back to common law (versus gold fringed Admiralty Law) as the Constitution specifies. This would mean that we get back to the idea that if there is no damage or harm there is no violation of law and much of the creation of millions of laws to control people would be eliminated.

Third, the IRS would be disbanded and a constitutionally proper tax (sales tax) would be created and implemented. 

The people who were involved in the court cases and the settlement of the details of the farm claim knew that if these three things were accomplished then the Federal System would soon be brought back under control and its size and power reduced to what is prescribed by the Constitution.

Finally, the result of all this was... claim meetings began across the country and this continued and grew in size until the Government realized that unless it was stopped soon it would be completely out of control.

So those of us actively involved in management of this process were raided and charged with various crimes, found guilty and imprisoned, some are still there.

The government violated the agreement they reached and signed. 

The fact that they violated the agreement though in no way causes it to be eliminated.
It is still there and activities are ongoing to cause its implementation.
I believe this is going to happen. I just do not know when.
Because the Farm Claim payments and all that it would entail weren't allowed to occur... the avenue that would have allowed this country and its citizens to make the change gradually and without chaos was closed.
Now... when the change finally comes that will ensure more freedom and a brighter future for our progeny, the resulting change... could be quick and violent and who knows what the end result will be.Throughout the history of the world, when countries place their financial systems in methods that use fiat currency and fraudulent paper, the ending is devastating and I believe this time will be no different.

Now.... many of you have been following the history and the current events to do with the PPs for a while.  Reading that history above, what has to happen in order for the Farm Claims to be paid out? Does this sound familiar?  There is a word for this act, isn't there? Can you say "NESARA"? The  National Economic Security and Reformation Act.

Before the nay sayers start to rant "There is no NESARA!"  "NESARA isn't real!"  "NESARA really is the  National Economic Security and Recovery Act"

You are WRONG.  

The National Economic Security and REFORMATION Act is very Very VERY real.  (as everyone is about to discover)

Now, before the Nay Sayers pipe up again, I am going to say that no one know the EXACT details and history of NESARA because the court documents are sealed, so while I've been told that what the links above say is pretty close to the truth, I can not prove it.... until the court documents are unlocked.  

There is the usage of the word "clone" in at least one article, and while I have no absolute proof that there are clones, I also have no absolute proof that there are NOT any clones.  There is mention in one article of the "Ascended Masters"- St Germaine specifically-  I, again, do not have absolute knowledge of the existence of the ascended master Saint Germaine as I have never met him personally- but I cannot deny his existence, because I do not know.  (having said that, I do know someone who does know him and has met him personally- St Germaine that is.)(that's a  W H O L E  other story).  I am posting these links as a basic background understanding of the Farm Claims, Prosperity Packages, and what that means to us.

On a final note,  other than the Farm Claims and the PPs that are tied to the 14th amendment filings- which are American based, the rest of the "Prosperity Packages" and various funds are GLOBAL.  As I have said over and over again, this is NOT AN AMERICAN THING THAT IS HAPPENING!

THIS IS GLOBAL.

So I've given you all some background to better understand the history of what's happened and happening. Packages are being delivered.... I can't say any more at this time. 

.... but put the pieces of the puzzle together and you will smile.

To the naysayers- I know what I know, but you can believe what ever you wish- free will and all that.  I'm not telling you what you HAVE to believe, I'm telling you what I know.  That's it. If you chose to not believe, that's your choice and I certainly honour that. If you wish to post a comment on the fact that you disagree, go right ahead.  But I ask that all comments are kept respectful on both sides of the fence. 

Casper's Response to Keenan Sept 25

As I have said before, I disagree with many things that Casper has said recently.  One of the reasons is that I disagree with his slant or interpretation of events that have or are happening.  But I will say that in this update I do agree with him on a several points.  I am trying to discern who wrote the introductory paragraph to this report as it also highlights several things that are very important to consider, in my opinion.

I think that much of the confusion and arguments that have been generated between Keenan and several others is due to one major issue of contention.  As is said below in the introduction, I think that Neil believes that the Global Collateral Accounts are the be all and end all and that therefore only he is responsible for them and therefore for the economic salvation of the world.  

In previous articles I have said that Keenan and I disagree about the World Global Settlements.  Our disagreement stems from the fact that Neil does not believe that the WGS has been released, whereas I have lost count of the number of sources that have verified not only their existence, but the fact that the money is now in the US, has been released, and is now being sent out world wide. 

A brief note on gathering intel:  Whenever there is a false story or disinfo being spread- regardless of where it is generated from- there is ALWAYS a whistleblower. There have been several of such instances where 3 letter agencies have deliberately spread out a story to throw people off the scent of what's really going on (especially in the world of the "RV"), and each and every time there has always been at least a few people who have come forward and said "No, that's not true, that's not what is/has happened".  When the intel about the details and release of the World Global Settlements  began flowing in, we received verification from dozens of sources- from all areas of government, agencies, foreign embassies and governments, and financial institutions.  We did not receive a single whisper from any source to indicate that this was not in reality happening. This doesn't happen.  There is always a whistleblower. Add to this, the many different sources bringing info with regards to the Prosperity Packages and the Global Currency Revaluation...

...hence the fact that I am certain that the World Global Settlements are a fact and the money is being released. 

Chapter Two of the Leo Wanta Biography is being launched today (which I will post links to in a short while).  I have not had a chance to read it yet, but I've been given a heads up that it will answer some of the questions as to where the original money given to Wanta, by Reagan, actually came from.  This information should clear up at least some of the disputes.

Beyond the World Global Settlements, the Wanta funds, and the Global Accounts, there is still the St. Germaine Trust out there.  The WGS, Wanta funds (we think), and the SGT, are not part of the Global Accounts, and therefore are not within the scope of Neil's responsibility nor his prime focus.  Therein lies the conflicting opinions, information and the arguments.

Casper is correct: his business is not Keenan's business and his sources are not Neil's sources. Just as my sources are not Casper or Keenan's sources.

Going back to a conversation I had with Enerchi, from Ascension with Earth:  If we could get all these people with vital information together- like Casper, Keenan, Drake, Fulford, Hinkle, Wilcock, Poof, Heneghan, and several others- and get them all to the table to openly discuss what they know... I think that the Master Puzzle would come into sharper focus and the lines that divide each section would blur out, leaving a much clearer picture of the whole.

...BUT.......

....Could it be that the reason there IS so much conflict is that those conducting the orchestra are deliberately keeping these people divided?  Over the course of the past few weeks I have come to think that this might be exactly the case.  If you think about it, in the last month or so, several people have done a flipflop in their prime focus and suddenly taken a different path.  Might this be because those who are in control of the changes that are currently happening across our planet are manipulating the situation to control the release of the new system?  Perhaps doing this by distracting one of those people who has been leading the charge of informing the public so that they do not leak vital info on the timing of the event? Timing IS everything after all is said and done.

Regardless, it's time to bury the hatchet. We are all working on the same puzzle and it's about time that everyone acknowledges that.

Casper Response to Keenan 9-25-12

DISCERNMENT ADVISED

THIS WILL BE MY LAST POST AS IT WILL SURELY PISS OFF DRAKE AND THOSE THAT ONLY BELIEVE IN WHAT HE SAYS PLUS HIS CLOSE ASSOCIATION WITH NEIL KEENAN AS DRAKE BELIEVES IN EVERY WORD NEIL SAYS. I have said the same thing before that Neil has a God Complex believing that no money can come to the people but by him. I have said Neil does NOT control ALL the money and assests in the world. The funds to do Ambassador Leo Wanta's task assigned by Regan came from the Treasury. He used these funds to trade in the Ruble which brought down the USSR and ended the Cold War. This created the Wanta-Reagan-Mitterand Protocols. Therfore, since the money came from the Treasury that which was gained from the trades belong to the people of the United States, and not Neil Keenan and the Collateral Accounts. This is the same way that George Soros has made his money. Wanta's funds were to benefit the United States with taxes and high speed rail. Soros uses his funds to subvert governments including our by buying votes, controlling the elections by owning the company that counts the votes, supporting ACORN and very left wing blogs, radio programs, TV, and other media resources not to mention his own aggrandizement. As you read Casper's response, the group that sent packages to the governors was RUSA and Tim Turner, not Casper.

CASPER UPDATE: SEPTEMBER 25, 2012 - In Response to Neil Keenan Good Morning All: This is the ‘infamous’ casper here with a brief reply to this morning’s Neil Keenan reply to our update of 9-20-12.

First Friends, lets recall why Casper brought the unrelated subject of Keenan and his business into a Casper update on the 20th. It is because he stated many things in writing on the internet one of which was that the programs will never pay. He inserted himself into "our business", a business unrelated to his own, one which he has nothing to do with and obviously knows nothing about other than what he has been mislead to believe by his new friends at the OITC and/or Global Accounts who have been saying from the beginning of time that they own every dime that exists upon this planet including any funds which might be claimed or owed to program participants. You will recall that WE "fought" publically with "Whistleblower/ Obama" for a year or two about this before other battles apparently drew their attention away from their skirmishes with us. Now comes Keenan singing the same very old song and in the employ of those who are attempting to claim all funds for themselves.

WE know a great deal more about Keenan and his employers than we reported. What we know, or think we know, comes from sources around the world and not from our personal involvement with the Wanta Funds, the 120 nations, or the White Hats as charged by Keenan in his overnight update. WE never discuss the Global Accounts, the OITC, the WGS, or even the Wanta Funds except perhaps in a passing remark or unless, as in this case, someone like Whistleblower or Keenan issues highly disturbing and false remarks about "our business", then we bite back saying he/they are wrong, do not know what they are talking about, and should tend to their own knitting which is not going nearly well enough for them to mess around in things that are none of their business. Based on our Intel Keenan will not be able to re-file his lawsuit. Furthermore, we hear, some of his "employers" are reconsidering their "arrangements".

It would be very easy to take Keenan’s overnight update apart line by line pointing out all the factually incorrect statements because there are so many. But why bother? Those who have read and retained the Intel provided in our updates are able to recognize his mis-statements or deceptions as the case may be. WE have never been involved with any u-tube presentation for example, nor had even the remotest thing to do with the 120 or so nations, or any reporting on that subject. Is Keenan lazy, mis-informed or deceitful. You decide. He goes on to say, "It is the Global Accounts Casper is speaking of, not the Wanta funds." No I did not, I made no mention of the Global Accounts in our update. Then he goes on to say, “Hey Casper, aren’t you the guys who had the packages going out to the Governors a year or so ago”? Well, no Neil, WE are not. As a matter of fact Neil, there is virtually nothing in your update addressing our group which is correct but a laundry list of things said which are incorrect. Are you too lazy to actually read what we say or do you need a new assistant who can read? You seem to believe that the accounts you are chasing contain or should contain, all the money in the world. Has it occurred to you that there are funds in this world you are not involved with?

Keenan then mentions many things having to do with "his business" which are no doubt of ongoing interest to everyone but which are not specifically related to our business regardless of what he might think. There is ample derision, confusion, and conflicts of interest currently going on in your world Mr. Neil, so perhaps you would find it more profitable to be looking over your own shoulder rather than issuing unsolicited, emotionally distressing remarks about "our business" which is no concern of yours.
