Hi everyone! We've not had internet for the past couple of days since I promised an update. Here it is from Jamie:

Morocco QEG Build – General Progress Update – Part 1 10-May-2014

As I’m sure everyone is aware, we have had many engineers and technicians here in Morocco working on the QEG with us in the last 3 weeks. Of particular note are the guys from Germany and the German speaking countries, Holland, UK, Canada, and Slovenia. Thanks to these dedicated individuals for their time, effort, and support, spiritually as well as technically… And thanks also to all the amazing and selfless people who brought us parts for the QEG in their suitcases and carry-ons without regard for risk involved. All have contributed to this endeavor, and all are greatly appreciated!

I must personally apologize to all for not publishing more material and more of my own comments on progress etc., to date. It has been a struggle to keep the build and the development process moving forward due mostly to difficulty sourcing parts here, and researching design questions. There has been little choice but to just keep working and try to catch up with your questions, comments and communication whenever internet/phone are available (which is only about 3% of the time in Aouchtam). The engineers and residents here have just made some improvements with the internet hardware, so we’re expecting communications to be a bit better now going forward. And hopefully this update will clear up most of the technical concerns and lack of documentation.

I’m sure the question in everyone’s mind is: How close are we to overunity? Well, here in Morocco, we are very close, within about 200 Watts (800 Watts out for 1000 Watts in at this point in development). We have heard yesterday and today that (2) other groups have completed the basic QEG build, and have resonance. This is good news, since the more people we have working on the development, the faster we will reach our goal.

In the last few days, several negative posts and comments have been circulating about what we are doing here. This is astonishing to us! Apparently some groups and individuals were expecting a completely finished product to be delivered into their hands, with nothing left to do. We have always said that as soon as we got the basic resonance from the machine, we would open source all the information we had, and that’s what we’ve done. The intent was to co-develop the machine in an open source platform, with input, comments, test data, solutions and suggestions shared transparently between all groups that have chosen to build the machine.

Continuing in that spirit, here is a snapshot of our current status…
As we’ve said before, after the mechanical build, it’s not too difficult to get the machine into resonance, since it is a variable frequency generator. We were instructed (by WITTS) to ’match’ the electrical resonance (‘tank’ circuit resonant frequency), with the mechanical resonance (self-resonant frequency of the steel core) which was stated to be around 400 Hz. It was also stated that type M21 steel should be used for the core (however, M21 has been obsolete for many years), and that type M19 could also be used, but the resonant frequency would be lower. It was stated that a ‘harmonic’ could be used, such as 200 Hz, and that would work also. We decided to look for a peak power point (fundamental resonant frequency) between 1733 RPM (116 Hz output frequency) and 3008 RPM (200 Hz output), as this seemed a reasonable speed range for the mechanical setup (Witts’ machine is running about 2450 RPM in the latest video).

We arranged a test using small increments of capacitance (about 7 nF each) starting at the low RPM end (about 1733 RPM, with C of 332 nF). We did 45 iterations, in order of increasing frequency, with the input power fixed at 700 watts. The target was to plot output power against input power to try to develop a bell curve showing a peak resonant frequency. After 43 iterations, we went back to the first C/RPM value to verify it had not changed, and added one more iteration at an extra-low frequency (1727 Hz = 115Hz output frequency). We also did one shot with the input power fixed at 900 Watts (see attached tabbed spreadsheet “QEG Resonance Plot.xlsx”).

As can be seen from the data, the expected trend did not really emerge from this test. The curve is quite flat (no curve) in the targeted speed range, and there is no obvious increase in power. The extreme low RPM end has the best power output and phase lock effect, which also seems to increase linearly as frequency is reduced. However this result doesn’t really fit with the mechanical setup (machine is running too slow) or with expectations from the WITTS instructions. We are currently testing at 3000 RPM (200 Hz) and above, to determine whether or not there is a peak power point in this range (which seems too fast).

It’s possible the 7nF steps we used were too large, but not likely that the peak resonant point would be that sharp. If we do not find a peak in the range of 200 Hz and above, we will assume that the exciter coil must be in place and operational to be able to find the ‘sweet spot’ in tuning the capacitors to the core resonance. We are determined to document and publish the technique necessary to do this ‘etheric’ tuning.

We have also heard from others who have taken the WITTS classes, that an antenna of 20 to 50 feet in length, along with the earth ground(s), are important to bring energy in from the environment, and that the exciter coil can be connected in the primary circuit or the secondary circuit. We will try all possible combinations of these connections, and report our findings in Part 2 of this update.

We are having some preliminary success with the exciter coil wired in series with the primary, at a nominal RPM/C value of 2700/140nF. The output is loaded with 6 100 Watt, 240V incandescent lamps, wired in series to provide a relatively light load, but allowing the output voltage to rise as high as 1440 volts (240 Volts X 6). While adjusting the rotor speed to provide about 500 Volts output, we have a small spark in the gap. We have been able to tickle the spark gap and keep a small arc going for several seconds at a time.

We will continue with testing for a max resonance point in the speed range of 200 Hz and above, and also with examining exciter coil effects on power output. We will provide results and analysis of testing in Part 2 of this update, in a few days.

We are very grateful to 3 of our UK guys who have provided a complete array of test equipment, delivered personally last night here in Morocco. This will be invaluable to us for ongoing development, and to publish readings and results.

Morocco QEG Update: DOing it differently this time

Huge thanx to Justin and Julian for keeping everyone up to date on the QEG development here in Aouchtam.   Below is the article they posted on Sunday (sorry for the delayed reposting.... I couldn't find my computer for a while, lol).

The Mass excitement of 70 people crammed into a workshop has calmed down muchly, and the work on the QEG has been progressing at a much more quiet pace. Quiet is very nice, let me tell you, lol!!!  I am not going to give any more information at this moment as to be quite frank, I haven't asked for an update in the past two days and have encouraged everyone to leave Jamie in peace to work without interruption, with a small group of supporters (including engineers, a physicist, a Nick, and a coffee maker (me) and many others) standing by to help with anything he needs.  As soon as I have news, I will post it- I promise.

The one comment I will make about this past week is this:  The QEG IS.  It doesn't need crystals, or incense, or mantras or Ohms, or female energy or male energy, or candles or flowers, or pan pipes or singing bowls.... the QEG IS as it IS. When people are working with the QEG it is their own resonance and frequencies that are interacting with it. We are Fuckin' Beacons of Light and don't need to be "tuned" or to "set our frequencies" or to "raise our frequencies" or to BE anything other than we already BE. We BE PERFECT. Just the same, the QEG IS what it BE.  This isn't about creating a new religious icon or alter- haven't we had enough of that already?

Status of QEG Build Morocco: Build Day 9 - Additional Capacitors Arrive: Comments from an Engineer

We had one of the independent engineers that was here for the build leave a comment on Status of QEG Build Morocco: Build Day 3 - Initial Resonance Achieved! (Video), with some updates about the QEG. This commentary is relevant to the build and we thought we would share it. Thanks for commenting!

A quick update on this "from the ground". I have been in Morocco building the QEG for the past 10 days, and arrived home yesterday.

I am an engineer and am independent of the QEG group. I went out to Morocco to be involved in the QEG build and to make independent 3rd party measurements. As suggested by Justin & Julian's comments, this video represents only the first step in truly testing the claims of the QEG - it was the first time it was turned on, and was completely un-tuned. We measured this un-tuned set-up using voltage/current probes on an oscilloscope and showed about 1000W power from the wall, and 350W across the load (in this case 3 x 100W bulbs), so a COP (co-efficiency of performance) of about 35%. This was a few days ago, and in this set-up we would not expect a COP greater than than 100% even when tuned because the circuit is not complete.

As of yesterday, the final parts arrived to tune the system (capacitors), and it will take a few days to complete that process. In addition to the set-up shown in this video, the 'exciter circuit' has been added, which Witts says is the important aspect for creating the over-unity effect. The tuning will attempt to match the LC tank resonance to the mechanical resonance of the core (around 400Hz). Then the exciter circuit will create a regular 1.3MHz pulse to "condition" the core and apparently allow over-unity to take place.

Should over-unity be measured, the final part of the plan is to extract some of the excess generated power on the output side and loop it back into the input (the variac & motor), meaning the mains cable can be unplugged. 

However, there is some work to do before this stage is reached. We have been spending a lot of time trying to understand the Witts work, and there are a few gaps in our knowledge that we are trying to figure out. I plan to go back out there in a few days to continue the assessment. The QEG team (Jamie, Val & Hope) are the most genuine, selfless and lovely people I have ever met. I would ask that you all have some patience with this. The right people are there to make this happen, just hold the space open to allow this to come about.

Aouchtam Update: WE HAVE QEG RESONANCE!!!!!!!!

Good morning from Aouchtam Morocco!!!!


As you may of noticed, I have been notably absent from the realms of the grand computer world for the past month,lol.  Once we got through the lack of Internet and Communications issues (although they are still ongoing - a work in progress so to speak), it was then QEG build time and it was all hands on deck!   I've spent the past 10 days working with Red in the kitchen of the club house to keep over 70 people fed.  It's been a daunting, yet amazingly fun time!

Status of QEG Build Morocco: Build Day 1 - The Parts Arrive

With the arrival of the remaining QEG (Quantum Energy Generator) components we are now able to begin assembly. There were several delays and set backs to the original schedule and our perspective of allowance empowered us with the ability to adapt. The shaft we ordered did not arrive as ordered and a second needed to be flown in. The Core arrived in Casablanca earlier this week but was delayed due to Customs Regulations. Now that all the part have been brought together we can begin to build the QEG. Hope Girl, the main spokes person for the Fix the World Organization (FTW), often makes the comparison that the QEG is being ‘birthed’ into existence; she will present herself completely only when the conditions are right. Despite timetables, scheduling and carefully laid plans we must always be open to receiving what IS so that we may plot a course for success.

Clearing up Confusion with the QEG

Now that I have had a chance to review the QEG in more detail I feel I am ready to clear up some of the confusion which naturally is created within these emerging New Paradigm realities. There are many who have seen the issues in Taiwan and question the entire concept with a limited awareness of the Data available. Arm chair assessments without awareness of the limited data set they are produced from will usually lead to dismissing concepts out of hand; the wisest of kings know what they do not know.

Firstly, the QEG is not at a product distribution level of development. What actually occurred in March of this year was that a ‘proof of concept’ for Over Unity with the QEG design was achieved; there was a measurable and repeatable observation of greater energy output as a result of ‘turning the thing on.’ In addition, the designers developed a system for drawing power and self running the motor so that it produces the Over Unity.

Late last night- at approximately 12:22- the QEG was turned on in front of the entire community and I'm pretty sure the cheering was heard on Mars when the QEG achieved resonance!!!!   Brian has posted a brief video of the second resonance test on his facebook page which you can watch at this link:

I ran to the kitchen and grabbed the Champagne from the fridge and Jamie, Hope and Lisa popped the corks (with no one loosing an eye, although Hope did almost "pop" one of the amazing "cameramen" with her out of control cork, lol!) and the bottles were handed around and we all shared a swig to celebrate the excitement of the day.

Today will be a day of fine tuning and replacing a few parts (most notably a fan belt needs to be replaced with a better quality one), and many more testings will go on.   

During this entire build time every step, every process, every piece of the QEG has been filmed and documented and Jamie has spent a lot of time recording video footage of instructions and explanations.   Hope and Val have also led several discussions on the history of the QEG- from the very first inception to this point in time- the open sourcing of the plans, and their adventures in getting the QEG out to the public.  All of this has been filmed and there are several amazing people working on editing it all together into a full movie. 

Along with waiting for Sherrie to arrive from the US to deliver the "Shaft"  that we couldn't get here, and the waiting to get the core out of customs (which was a grand adventure all on it's own!), we've had some incredible people show up here in Aouchtam to help with the build and testing process of the QEG.   We have engineers from at least 5 different countries, builders, specialists etc... plus two lovely gentlemen arrived from the UK a few days ago with a professional video camera AND very high tech equipment for measuring all aspects of the QEG output and "over unity"!!!    Basically, Every single thing that has been needed, every single person that had a part to play.... have all shown up here at exactly the right moment!!!  Manifestation at it's best.

When all the data has been gathered and tested and measured, and all the information is compiled, and all the instructional videos and recordings etc edited and put together, then everything will be released publicly all at once.  Until then, we will be posting updates on all that is happening here, and we will keep you all informed ..... as best we can with limited internet, lol!!!!

As Promised, here are the open sourced documents for a quantum energy generator. This has been made possible by the people and for the people. It is freely given to the world.

An average modern household requires 5-10KW of power  to operate.
A conventional generator needs   15KW to produce 10KW of power.

130 years ago Nikola Tesla invented and patented an energy generator. This is a resonance machine that only needs 1KW of input power to produce 10KW of output power.  His patents are now in the public domain.
The Fix the World Organization has reproduced Teslas design with a few modern twists to generate the same results.   Our Quantum Energy Generator (QEG) provides 10KW of power output for less than 1KW input, which it supplies to itself.

How the QEG works:
First we use a starting power source, such as an outlet or a crank to power the 1 horsepower motor. This motor spins the rotor in the generator core. The unique oscillator circuitry configuration in the generator core causes resonance to occur. Once the core achieves this resonance it can produce up to 10KW of power, which can then be run through an inverter to power the motor that spins the rotor. You can then unplug the motor from the original power source and the generator will power itself.
Cottage Industry Community Units specifically for the production of QEG’s are NOW developing in communities in 30+ countries.  The People are making their own free energy devices.
The QEG belongs to humanity now. Many will make further improvements and we will all co-develop this practical bridge technology together.

We have some very exciting news to share and we need your help! Fix the World (FTW) and the One People Community (OPC) of Aouchtam Morocco have joined efforts to help a village in need. This is an altruistic and humanitarian effort to help transform an entire village of people that need it the most. Thanks to the success of our campaign, FTW has been able to donate a Quantum Energy Generator (QEG) to the village! The generator will be used to pump water from the town well and supply 300 people with running water.


In addition, The One People Community of Aouchtam is now acquiring the warehouse, the tools, the engineers, and the people necessary to create their own cottage industry community unit (CICU) for QEG manufacturing and production to supply North Africa with QEG’s. This will completely transform the economy of the entire village, who are now living in poverty. Less than 50% of the people living there have electricity.


The QEG has been paid for by the beautiful friends and supporters of FTW, and true world change agents. The teams needed in Aouchtam are assembled. Everything is ready!

We have an urgent need to help pay for the travel expenses to get the QEG consulting team to Morocco. The trip will take place in April, but we need the funds to book the tickets NOW or else the price will go up and we may not be able to go. Meet the village of Aouchtam:

Aouchtam Morocco is a small village overlooking the south western Mediterranean coastline towards the southern edge of Spain. This quant town is soon to become a nexus of consciousness, one amongst many that are emerging all over the world.



Aouchtam is home to a humble resident population of several hundred villagers whom are warm and welcoming. The Café and small market mark the village center. Economy functions mainly on tourism during the summer months and with a very simple life dominating the rest of the year. The people are traditional and down to earth. Life is very simple for some, using donkeys to pull water from the wells scattered throughout the town while others have well water pumped into grand houses over looking the sea.



Men can be seen herding goats up into the hill side or down by the beach. The sound of the sea can be heard 100 feet into land. A local baker, a women of traditional Moroccan descent, beats a simple wheat loaf out onto poly-ethylene patio tables serving a bakers bench and revealing the industrious nature of the people here.

5 Times a day the song of the Muslim call to Prayer can be heard throughout the valley. While being warm and friendly to each other in some instances, there are still cultural norms and traditions. Public affection between couples is looked down upon while friends and acquaintances can be seen walking down the street holding hands. Many of the women wear traditional Arab dress, while the men brandish western skinny jeans with bleach patches stylistically emblazoned back to front. The burka, a type of robe or shall with a hood is a standard amongst the men; a sort of 'full body hoody.'



 
The Local school is housed next to the Café. The children there are bright and seem eager to soak up the wisdom life has to offer. The roof of the school leaks heavily due to civil engineering issues, and the main road up to the mountain homes is a semi level creek bed.



While Aouctham may have what the world would call "poor living conditions" - with some living in stone huts and straw shacks nestled into the hillside, nothing about the demeanor of the people speaks of unhappiness. Crime is low, the people gather to help each other in many ways. There is a general feeling of contentment with life exuded by the inhabitants.

More updates from Hope and FTW. We are in the process of making arrangements for the community we are setting up here in Morocco to be the main distribution hub for QEG’s in Africa. This is NOT about making $$. It’s about getting the devices into the hands of the people who need them most. From myself and my family, we would like to thank you for your support around the development and distribution of the QEG. Over the course of the last few weeks we have received many inquiries and wanted to take this opportunity to answer some questions and manage expectations.
First we would like to highlight that the method in which we have developed and plan to distribute the QEG has NEVER BEEN DONE BEFORE. For this reason it is important to clarify some of the key differences between the QEG and any other product on the market.

A Consumers First Glimpse Behind the Scenes
The average consumer is not exposed to the research and development stages of a new product and only knows about the product when it is on the shelf and ready for purchase. The competitive business environment we have lived in for decades fosters secrecy and requires that those involved with product development sign non-disclosure contracts where they are forbidden to talk about the product until it is marketed for sale.
One of the core values of the Fix the World Organization is to foster co-operation instead of competition and we have exemplified this through the development of the QEG. From its inception, the QEG has been publically reported on to the people through all of the ups and downs of its development. Research and Development has always gone on behind locked closed doors in any major company, FTW flew open the floodgates from day one. This has had both positive and negative effects:
Positive: It allowed anyone to take part in the co-creation of this amazing breakthrough for humanity. Hundreds of people have donated, thousands have been following the development and receiving information that many other developers would never tell them. Knowledge is power for the people, and in turn, FTW has received the love, hope and support of the people to help us bring something like this through. We never could have done this alone, rather we chose to co-create it with all of you. We focus our efforts and energies on those in our global community that come to us with a spirit of bestowal and co-operation.
Negative: It made us a target and allowed open access to every being who is still operating in a stance of aggressive competition (meaning cutting someone down to “win” at all costs). We filter through hundreds of correspondences and comments on a daily basis. Approximately 95% of them are positive and supportive and 5% of them are negative. We are well aware of the network of “paid trolls” and the tactics used in an attempt to stop something that would threaten the oil industries. We view these negative comments as aggressive competition. In order to maintain the integrity and energy levels of the good work that we do, we do not support these attempts at aggressive competition and we do not engage in them in any way.

Reality Check: Time Frame Comparison
Here is some real data from a major electric motors manufacturing company gleaned from 27 years of employment by the QEG Engineering Artist:

Under these circumstances:
-An annual operation budget with multiple millions of dollars at their disposal.
-A team of 20 full time paid experts to work on development.
-A pre-established supply chain that was developed over 50 years to supply all order needs.
A major corporation can take a new product from inception to market in NINE MONTHS.
And this is just for something as standard as a vacuum cleaner. For something more significant, such as in the automotive industry, the same process can take 7 YEARS with triple the resources. Non-disclosure contracts are enforced by all involved and the consumer has no knowledge of the product until it is available for purchase.

The QEG circumstances:
-A Crowdfunded budget of a total of $30,000
-A team of three people: one developer and two assistants
-No established supply chain, but a few good leads and connections
It has been 5 MONTHS since QEG inception. Most of the entire research and development process is complete, the only thing we have left to do is the careful write up of the plans for opensourcing. We estimate that we are approximately 1 MONTH away from bringing this to market for a total of SIX MONTHS from inception to market. And this isn’t a vacuum cleaner! Information about the QEG has been made public since its inception; the public has had knowledge of this product and an opportunity to support it.

Our Release Strategy in Sequential Order:
First: Open Source QEG Plans
Second and Third Simultaneously: Take a limited amount of pre-orders to fund the creation of a training program, then assist other communities in training for their own local QEG production.
Fourth: Proof of Principle demonstrated by the people.

IMPORTANT GUIDELINES PRIOR TO OPENSOURCING EXPLAINED:
We’ve received a lot of various inquiries in the last few weeks and wanted to outline some of the precautions we are taking during this sensitive time prior to the open sourcing of the QEG:

Technical Questions:
We’ve received lots of requests to speak to the inventor for a “quick question” regarding technical aspects of the QEG. It is important that a FULL and COMPLETE body of information is released intact before any such questions are answered. Incomplete information gleaned from a 5 minute conversation can open the door to problems and may damage integrity. For this reason, the inventor would like to wait until after the open source documents are complete to answer any technical questions.
Proof of Principle Public Announcements: FTW will not make a public announcement such as: “it works”. Such public announcements draw unwelcomed attention and could complicate our main goal during this delicate time. Our goal is to get this to the people, help them build them and distribute the QEG freely to the world. Then, THE PEOPLE will make the public announcement of the QEG through their own personal testimonies. In the initial stages, FTW plans to use our network of trusted and respected professionals who participate in collectives such as the Breakthrough Energy Movement to provide testimony of the QEG’s successful operation.

Open Sourcing
Our first priority is to Open Source the plans for the QEG. We are currently working on the careful completion of a document package that will include drawings, a parts list, user manual, troubleshooting tips and a waiver. This package will be as simple as we can make it, but will be written for an audience that is assumed to have engineering expertise (hence the waiver); it is crucial to have an advanced level of training and/or understanding of the forces at work in the QEG.
Open Sourcing is a necessary first step before all others as it will provide the protection the QEG needs from suppression. Fix the World is freely giving the QEG away to the world. We are not aware of this being done before and we are working diligently to ensure that it’s done right. It is important that the document package is as thorough and complete as it can be because once it’s open sourced it is public and therefore unchangeable.

Liability

We are entering into a new world, a new paradigm and a new way of doing business. With this freedom comes great responsibility and many are about to experience what true sovereignty feels like. The QEG is a gift freely given to the world. The instructions will be complete and correct. For the experienced engineer who should choose to follow them carefully they will produce a safe working product. In this new paradigm, everyone needs to be responsible for their own actions, which is why we have a waiver and have been working with some new paradigm Law professionals who have been advising us on these matters. Fix the World is not responsible for the actions of others. For those that wish to build a QEG, we ask that you use careful thinking, patience, and consideration for the greater good. We don’t want anyone to build it wrong, waste their money, or get hurt.

Consulting, Training and Pre-Orders

We want to help teach others how to build their own QEG’s and create their own system of local distribution. To do this we are developing a training program that will involve travelling to communities (if needed) all around the world to help them start up their own production that we are calling Cottage Industry Community Units (CICU’s).
FTW does not intend, nor do we wish to become a manufacturing center for QEG’s, rather we want to invest most of our energy into training others to build them. We also would like to focus on new product development and other planet changing projects in the future. However, to raise the funds needed to launch such a training program, we will be manufacturing a limited number of QEG’s for sale and also for donations to help others.
We already have a tentative customer base established for the limited pre-orders, and another list is growing daily for those interested in our training program to establish their own CICU’s.
Immediately following the necessary Open Sourcing of the QEG plans, the manufacturing of QEG pre-orders will commence with an expected production time of 3-4 months for delivery. Also at this time, we will commence in the creation of our training program and will begin taking bookings for CICU start up travel.

Pricing
This is where things will get very interesting and humanity will have a chance to co-operate instead of compete. Prototypes always cost a lot more than replications. The first few always cost a lot more than those that follow, basic product production understanding tells us this. But what will happen when the QEG is released to the world without the limitations of competitive industry, price fixing, and non-disclosure agreements? The QEG might cost a lot more to make in the US than it does in other countries, but humanity can find co-operative ways to help even this out. There are other innovations like 3D printers that can play a huge role in creating the parts for the QEG at a fraction of the price. CICU’s can come up with creative ways to produce them for less and trade ideas with other CICU’s through social networking.
In this new paradigm, Adam Smiths “invisible hand” becomes the millions of invisible hands of the people who now have the power to moderate price through their own unhindered creativity. While humanity finds a way to even out pricing, millions of people across the planet will acquire QEG’s.

QEG- Quantum Energy Generator: Coming soon to a neighborhood near you!

Exciting doesn't even come close to describing adequately the feeling of a breakthrough being within reach.   Hope Girl's updates on the QEG- Quantum Energy Generator - have left a lot of people holding their breath in anticipation of it's release.  I chatted briefly last night with Hope and the excitement is almost palpable as it's release is imminent.  I am hoping to get into a much more in depth conversation with Hope very soon as both Nick and I are very very keenly interested in the QEG and bringing it out to the people through mass production.

As I wrote last night, this is the moment for bringing together all those incredible people who have been working so hard on building and developing the technologies that will change this planet forever.  The time has arrived for the coming together of ALL those working for the betterment of all BEings. The  time is NOW.

We are all working together, we are all ONE, and we move forward as ONE.  Those working for the greater good will shine as beacons, bringing others out of hiding.  They in turn will also beckon  to others to come out, bringing with them the works of their hands and hearts and minds.

No more hiding.
No more being threatened
No more fear

When we stand TOGETHER we are invincible.  The positive intent of the MANY far outweighs the negative intent of the few.

QEG: WE ARE SERIOUS AND WE ARE MAKING IT HAPPEN

“Well, does it work?”  This of course seems to be the question on everyone’s mind. I ask everyone to please understand that there are good reasons why we are not making that announcement publicly.
The answer to that question can be found in the thousands of free energy devices that have been built that do indeed work. INTRODUCTION
The Fix the World Organization (FTW) is a services business for humanitarian projects. We have been developing a Quantum Energy Generator (QEG) as our pilot project to distribute to the world.  The building of the QEG prototype was crowdfunded by hundreds of people that support this work. Now that the QEG is here, we have prepared this document to provide information and historical education on some important concepts around the QEG and to disclose our plans for distribution.
FTW intends to foster the development of Cottage Industry Community Units (CICU) for the production and distribution of QEG’s. To do this we will offer our consulting services for startup training programs and sponsorship programs. FTW will be manufacturing a limited number of QEG’s for sale to finance the creation of our CICU start-up trainings. FTW does not intend to be the sole manufacturer of the QEG, rather it is our top priority to put the QEG in the hands of the people and teach others how to make QEG’s for themselves.

WHAT IS THE QEG? DESCRIPTION
The Quantum Electric Generator system (QEG) is an adaptation of one of Nikola Tesla’s many patented electrical generator / dynamo / alternator designs. The particular patent referenced is No. 390,414, titled Dynamo-Electric Machine, and dated October 2, 1888.
The QEG prototype is scaled to produce electrical power in the range of 10-15 kW (kilowatts) continuously, and can be wired to provide either 120 Volt or 230-240 Volt single phase output. We are also planning future designs to provide 3-phase power.
Service life of the device is limited only by certain replaceable components, such as bearings, v-belts, and capacitors. The basic machine should operate trouble-free (with minimal maintenance) for as long as any good quality electro-mechanical appliance, such as a quality washing machine or refrigerator. Heavy-duty mechanical components are used throughout for reliability.
The QEG is not a complicated device, as it is designed (like Tesla’s other ‘discoveries’), to work in harmony with natural laws, rather than with the power-wasting symmetric motor and generator designs used in today’s mainstream industry.
An effective way to understand the operating principle of the QEG is to think of it as a high-powered, self-resonant oscillator (what used to be called a ‘multivibrator’), adapted to transform high-voltage pulses (15 to 25kV) into line voltage AC output, at current levels up to 120A.  In today’s alternative energy terminology, it would be a type of resonance machine.
The circuitry that develops high power in this device is really based on an existing but under-utilized power oscillator configuration, however, the ‘quantum’ part of the design has to do with how the generator is started. Conventional alternators (AC generators) usually have a device called an ‘exciter coil’. This coil is usually a smaller, separate rotor winding that provides an AC voltage that is rectified and used to power the generator’s field coil(s).
In the QEG, there is no internal common exciter coil. In addition, to look at the circuit diagram, it is not apparent where the input power comes from to start resonance, and this is key; the QEG exciter coil is external to the generator, and the excitation signal is conducted through the quantum field (zero point) into the generator core, to start oscillation. Once the machine builds up to the resonant frequency, it powers itself (is self-running).

PATENTS

The QEG is a modern day artistic improvement on Tesla’s original engineering artwork, The Dynamo-Electric Machine, registered with the United States Patent Office #390414, and in the public domain.
The lifespan of design patents extend to 14 years, starting from the date of application rather than the date of approval.  Patents protect the rights of the inventor, but at the same time the very purpose of issuing patents is to ‘promote science and useful arts’ wherein the inventor agrees to share the knowledge to the world after a period of exclusive right to commercially exploit the knowledge. Therefore, the inventor retains monopoly over the invention during the pendency of the patent. After expiry, the knowledge becomes public domain that anyone can access and use. The government makes public the description of the product, filed at the time of application. The inventor no longer has exclusive rights over the knowledge or invention, and anyone can access the patent office records and copy the invention.
The main content and claims of Tesla’s patents were recorded back in the late 1800s, therefore all main claims and or any improvements to rise around the original patented idea are in public domain.
The QEG is to be considered an improvement to a prior granted art. Therefore, the QEG must not be considered of enough grounds to obtain the granting of a unique art as is the granting of a patent anywhere on planet earth.
Furthermore, an improvement based on newer advanced technology to run, operate, or control the prior granted art should be classified also as non-patentable intellectual art.
The QEG, its blueprints, and user manual in its original entirety are to be considered new means for operating the prior granted art and based on the research and development of James M. Robitaille, Advanced Engineering Artist, FTW Organization, whose purpose and intention is to freely disclose it, open-source it, and share it with the world as Nikola Tesla intended.
It is understood that by making the QEG, its blueprints and user manual in its original entirety public and available to all, it is an ‘open sharing’ of an improvement on a public prior granted art and will be used as proof of prior existence by its permanent timestamp and links in many public and social networks where it has been uploaded, becoming non-changeable.
The QEG, its blueprints and user manual in their original entirety are an improvement on a public prior granted art that has been given freely and without prejudice to the people of planet earth. It can be replicated and distributed for the use of the people.
