Transpicuous News, June 10th: Notice has been given

First up, I want to give out a HUGE thank you to Biggi at CCN for working  all night so that the video of last nights Transpicuous News Special Report would be available to the public this morning.

Last night on Transpicuous News, I put out a double special report.  The first part  of the show dealt with Jade Helm, and taking a close look at the various scenarios that people are attributing to what's actually going on.

The Second special report dealt with looking back into the OPPT UCC filings.   As I said yesterday in my announcement about the show last night:

about three weeks ago something happened that slammed the OPPT Filings right smack into our faces again, and I knew in that moment that I AM going to have to  bring everything forward and lay it out, in complete transparency.  
 Lisa Harrison joined me for this and we dug deep to bring forward the information that we have gathered over the past several months, compared it with the many conversations we've had with various players, and connected the dots that have jumped out.   We openly invited everyone watching to join us in Lisa Harrison's chat room so that people could ask questions and we did our best to answer them as best we were able.

I just want to say that all of you guys in the chat room last night proved your mettle, when you ALL immediately knew exactly where the report was going , and what dots we were going to connect.  You fuckin Rock!!!

I want to add one more thing:  This is not a closed issue.  This is not a final comment nor does it answer many of the questions that we, and I'm sure you, have.  This is just the beginning of the investigation.  Even last night after the show, more information came to light on various aspects of what we discussed on TN.  Even this morning, even more dots were connected, with OTHER groups, and how they may all be tied into this.....

BIS: BEing and DOing- UPDATE

Last Night Brian Kelly posted an exciting article that I reposted  : "BIS: BEing and Doing...? Why the Banking Documents Were Not Accepted"

As Brian explained in the article, he was sent a screen shot of the UCC filing search that was done by someone.  Brian showed the (rather poor quality) jpg to Heather who was sitting at the next table over, and everything steam rolled from there.

There was a lot of conversation last night in the various skype rooms, facebook pages and on Brian's comment section of his blog.  Oliver sent us copies of much clearer screen shots that he captured and they were given serious inspection.

This morning I passed on a comment made by a friend of mine in the ONE skype room to Heather:

Just for grins, I went and dug up the .pdf copy of doc#2013032026, the one that was filed on March 18th of last year. Sure enough, there in box 7, under the heading of "CHANGED (NEW) OR ADDED INFORMATION:" it reads "BANK FOR INTERNATIONAL SETTLEMENTS" and at the bottom of the page, under the heading of "NAME OF SECURED PARTY OF RECORD AUTHORIZING THIS AMENDMENT" it says "ETERNAL ESSENCE".

So to me, it sounds like they switched the names between Grantor and Grantee? Not entirely clear on that...
The document appears to be adding the BIS to the collateral listed in the filings...

If you've read the One People's Public Trust UCC filing Documents before, I suggest re-reading them this weekend- I think you will be surprised at how  much easier it is to understand them a year later.  There have been many many pertinent conversations flowing in various groups..... I think they would do well to re-read these documents for a bit of clarity on what they are trying to achieve.  The last two posted here are ones that people should especially take note of, considering all the talk lately on many sites and in several groups about "soul contracts".

Review of the Basics: Everything You Need to Know about "money" & "governments"

Today my friends, we are doing a review of the basics of what we know about "Money" "Banking" "Currency" and "Value". 

None of what I'm posting here will come as a surprise to the regular readers of RTS- this is all information that I've been discussing for a long time now.  I am putting out this review because as Maloney in this first video states, it is KNOWLEDGE and  UNDERSTANDING that is the first step to kNOWing and CHANGING- not just the system itself, but changing OURSELVES and WAKING UP  and BEing the Change we wish to see in this world..... and beyond.  It is only by kNOWing that we are able to BE who we are and DO what we are suppose to DO.

....kNOWing is the first step in recognizing our greater purpose.

Please take the time to share this information in your social circles, with friends and family and even your banker.  This is the Silly Season, a time when people are caught up in the money game and commercialism of what was once a reason to get together with family and friends to share the love that we have for them.  Sharing knowledge and understanding is one of the most important things we have to give:  It is free and it comes from the heart with true intent of generosity.

None of these videos or documents are fully complete in their knowledge or the truth, but they give an excellent basis to understanding the basics of how this mess happened in the first place, and are great jump off points to starting a journey to discovery and digging down deeper into the rabbit hole that is all that makes up "government" and "finance".

First up is a video by Mike Maloney- it's actually the fourth video in a series, but it covers some of the most important angles about the Federal Reserve Bank, Banking and derivatives and the fraud perpetuated by the perceived "government" (actually a non-profit corporation), the Federal Reserve Bank, the IRS, and the Banks themselves, where currency/money comes from etc.... (ie: thin air).  One of the most important points that Mike makes is at the 10:44 mark where he outright tells you that YOU are the value.  That Money comes from YOU.  This is a vital first step in UNDERSTANDING YOUR VALUE, and the fraud that has been perpetuated on the people of this planet for even longer than the Federal Reserve has been around.  But I'll get back to that in a moment.... The second video is a cartoon that, while it's slightly flawed due to missing information, is a great educational tool. 

First the videos and an excellent document called: Modern Money Mechanics.  With these pieces of information, you will have the basic understanding of the expanse of the fraud that is perpetuated through all banking.  Once you've watched and read these, I'll expand on that fraud further.

The next thing you really need to understand is your "Strawman".   Basically in a nut shell, when you register a live birth of your child, the "government" (all governments, not just American and Canadian and British!) creates a fictitious entity with the name of your child,  including a bond that is then traded on the stock market and earns money.  Your child is then "killed off", and the only entity left with that name is a fictitious entity that is your child's "Strawman" - the onus is on you to prove that you are a living breathing BEing to the financial and "government" machine.  The following Video and document are a great basic beginning to understand how this was done, and what they are doing with the millions, and in some cases, billions of dollars that YOUR Strawman has earned on the stock market.

This article is now reaching epic proportions so I'm just going to briefly outline a few more of the most outrageous frauds that are currently being committed on the Earth's unsuspecting LIVING BEings- year after year, every hour of every day.

Here we go:

- As you learned above the Federal Reserve Bank is a privately owned and controlled corporation that answers to NO perceived "government" or governmental body. 

-The IRS is a privately held corporation that is NOT part of the "government" of the United States of America.  They collect taxes for the Federal Reserve and the vast majority of American taxes goes to the British Crown and the Bankers that control that country.



- Every perceived "government" in the world is a corporation, NOT a government.  The USA is listed as a non-profit religious corporation to boot!  Every State/Province/county is it's own corporation.  Every so called "ministry" or branch of government, ie: treasury, environment, Health and Welfare, Education, Transporation etc... are corporations.  Ever wondered why when one "government agency" is running with surplus and another area of government is running in the red that they don't just transfer money from one agency to another?  Because  they are different corporations!

Definition of a Rebuttal, and conversations with Heather

I am posting a few pieces of conversation that have happened over the past couple  of days.  Not only for Transparency's sake, but to help answer a few lingering questions.

First off, I wasn't going to respond to this conversation last week- I mean, I was, then I decided I wouldn't.... and now I've decided to make just one last comment on the topic, followed by Heather's last comment on the topic as well.

I clicked on the link, and the link listed on the link which takes you right back to the original link- which is a forum.  No web page, No UCC filing pdf, No link to the official UCC website showing the rebuttal....  So therefore I have to assume that the post on the forum IS the "rebuttal" that, the glaringly obvious, "Henry" has posted. 

My response:  Dear "Henry",

Posting your opinion on a forum is NOT a "Rebuttal".  Please note (highlights are mine):

If there is a dispute, error, or falsity make AND deliver a duly verified sworn DECLARATION OF REBUTTAL to the duly verified, sworn and REGISTERED OPPT DECLARATION OF FACTS, point by point, with specificity and particularity,with full responsibility and liability, under the penalty of perjury under any law you identify, that the forgoing is true and accurate, signed by your wet-ink signature.
To date, no such rebuttal has been registered.

"make AND deliver", means Make your sworn and duly verified DECLARATION OF REBUTTAL, and Deliver it, ie: it must be filed in the UCC as a FORMAL REBUTTAL. You may also wish to note that there is always a time frame that a rebuttal can be filed within..... usually 72 hours, although the OPPT Trustees were nice enough to give the corporations/governments 5 months to file a rebuttal.

..... Posting your opinion on some forum 16 months later..... doesn't qualify as a "Rebuttal", nor is it even slightly within the allowable time frame.

Just sayin'.

When I hear stories from one of our roomies who works in a fast food place and she says two of the employees live in one car and have to come in at 3:30 am just to eat it makes my heart bleed. The Spotlight of Transparency Illuminates Everything.

For clarity and transparency, the following is a conversation I had a couple of days ago. As it had to do with the claim of nontransparent communications, I felt it best to put it out here publicly so that everyone can see it- in FULL TRANSPARENCY.

Heather is so to say chairwoman within UN-Swissindo OPPT for Africa. And Heather together with Paula Humfrey has signed the One People’s Public Trust to be transformed into God Sky Earth to be a One Persons Public Trust ..., so that each human being would be the beneficiary, those are facts .....

I assume that then Heather has closed the original Oppt via UCC .... With due respect, Heather should be transparent too.

We feel very much gratitude for what Heather has done. And with great respect I bow, but I would like to ask her to be really transparent and open.

I seriously do no understand all these people who are pushing these ridiculous myths- IT NEVER HAPPENED. IT NEVER WILL HAPPEN.  Heather has said this over and over and over!

Heather has invited Mr Sino to come and meet with her in Morocco several times and has invited Mr. Sino to call her on the telephone and at no time has either of these things happened.   Heather has no involvement in SWISSINDO.  She has turned down the crown of the "Queen of Africa" every single time Mel Ve and several others have tried to push it on her.  Heather has said over and over that she is not and will NOT be involved with SWISSINDO.

A couple of days before this, I was contacted by someone from a different Skype group - a group not affiliated with OPPT before , during, or after it's reconciliation- asking for verification from Heather with regards to someone who is claiming to know her.

Purportedly, this person entered the skype group claiming to know Heather and stating that she was involved in OPPT right from the beginning.  (I have since verified that heather has no idea who this person is).  It is my understanding that this person has attempted to use that ruse to try to co-opt the group ICLJ.  The interesting thing is that I know several people who were in other groups with this woman and they have verified her identity to me and that she was not involved with Heather or OPPT in any way prior to  OPPT becoming public knowledge on December 25th 2012.

It would seem that after a brief lull, that yet again, there are people crawling out of the wood work to try to get Heather to agree with their agendas, or to convolute hidden agendas by trying to tie either OPPT or Heather's name to them.   It's really rather funny when you sit back and watch the cycles of disinfo, followed by communications from various factions trying to get Heather to either agree to go along with their plans or to get her endorse their agendas..... followed by more disinfo and public hyperbol and deceptions to try to distort the facts after she tells them "No".   All the hype surrounding Dutchsinse' report last week is an excellent example of this.  This has played out over and over again for the past 10 months.

... the one thing I've found to be hysterically funny is that all these groups - from the smallest to the biggest- work from the same template and are seemingly incapable of creating an original plan that breaks that template.  Which certainly makes it damn easy to spot them when they come along!

Regardless, it's all about transparency and making sure that people can SEE what is going on and what is actually happening in this moment of NOW.  As I said the other day, even those trying to push their own agendas are doing so in a way that puts a spotlight on their  motives and methods, laying bare the underlying details so that everyone can SEE it for what it is and then make their own decisions.   It doesn't matter what their goals or motives are.... it's all being seen under a magnifying glass by everyone.  If their motives and goals resonate with the people, then the people will listen.  If they do NOT resonate, people will not listen.  It really is as simple as that.

Your words and actions are like an energetic billboard right now.  People are seeing everyone for who they are and more importantly, they are FEELING the energetic balance of everything. 

As I said this morning to a good friend:

We are working towards that centre of balance.  That neutrality of ALL.   It really isn't about

Good vs Evil
or
Light vs Dark

When everything is transparent, the moment of balance is very quickly seen.  At the speed of heart, you SEE and UNDERSTAND all that IS.

July 25th Anniversary, the UCC filings, and poking the grumpy bear with a big sharp stick

With the anniversary of the return of our value on July 25, I've been doing a retrospective, chronological re-read of the UCC docs.

For instance did you know our value was deposited in our body?

The more  I read and understand these docs, and know that "it is law"...the more I begin to truly understand why Heather has been saying "It is done" "It's over" for so long.

Along with the RV, the "New" financial system, and all the banking fraud that's been going on in the back ground, while "they" are setting up the planet to move into a brand new system of financial fraud that's bigger than anything most people could possibly imagine.

Hey HSBC .... wanna throw in the towel now and just quietly return home to the Eternal Value System  instead of waiting till you're dragged there kicking and screaming?  The research team is going through the SEC filing listings and other "regulatory bodies", and corporate annual reports..... betcha they find all kinds of interesting things hidden in there, hmmmmm?   Just how many banks globally do you control now?  And all those banks comprehensive annual financial reports, I'm sure they are all very enlightening.  Quite a house of cards, eh?  Wonder what Deutsche Bank's controllers think of that? You've pretty much run out of all those stashes of hidden federal reserve notes that you kept sending over to the US to payoff, ... I mean "pay for" the RV.  Too bad that neither you nor the UST can spend any of them.  But it does kinda make me wonder what you plan on doing with all those worthless pieces of paper. Can't throw them away (that would be littering), can't allow them into circulation, no country or central bank will accept them as payment for, well..... anything. Unless of course you're laundering them into other currencies?  You know, like the Zimbabwe dollar?  I mean, if you could convince "someone" to revalue that currency (or any one of several others) at a  colossally HUGE increase, you know... just for a few hours.... just long enough for you and your buddies to "cash in", perhaps for Iraqi Dinar?  Or Dong?  Yes I can see that you might make a bit of money off of that, wouldn't you?  Hundreds of Billions on the dollar? Of course that puts you really into a bind now, doesn't it?  Because all those Dinar and Dong have no value at all until THEY revalue, right?  Which would of made a marvelous manifestation of moolah .... if the original plan had actually worked.  But it didn't, did it?  All the energetic signatures for the St. Germaine Trust, Prosperity Packages, or any other "current funds" just aren't working are they?......

I imagine that you're a wee bit miffed  right about now! That's what happens when the "energetics" aren't on your side any more.

I made this comment on a thread in another room and thought it worth sharing. It was in response to accusations that Courtesy Notices are causing "serious suffering." Please feel free to share as you see fit :)

I have yet to come across one person who is "seriously suffering" as a result of using a Courtesy Notice, which as we made very clear above is NOT an official OPPT document, nor produced by Heather. Those who are suffering, such as the case of Shawna above, were already suffering prior to submitting a CN. In essence, the CN was not the cause, it was only deemed the cause when it didn't bring about an immediate remedy.

XXXX, you should know me better by now. I have no fear when it comes to standing up for what I believe in. Those in the FBI, CIA, NSA, DEA, et al are the real terrorists and you know that. They label anyone they so choose (i.e. Snowden, Bradley Manning, Julien Assange, etc.) as domestic terrorists, when they compromise their illusion by bringing too much truth to the mainstream. If the Universe intends for me to go to jail for doing the RIGHT thing, then so be it. I will stand up for my rights and liberties no matter which side of the jail cell I may reside. The people of this country are in just as much of a prison outside of the prison walls, as they are in.

I say, do whatever YOU feel is right XXXX, and ALL. But don't criticize others who take a stand when they're tired of being stepped on and abused. What if all of the great heroes of our time, MLK Jr, Gandhi, Nelson Mandela, JFK, Rosa Parks, etc. stood down because they were afraid of what "could" happen to them as a result. These great men and many others, gave their life for what they believed in, but look how many millions of people, from all around the world, have lived on to enjoy the fruits of their legacy.

We can either stand down in fear and let the abuse rage on for generations to come. Or, we can stand against it NOW, united as one people and once and for all bring an end to all the fraud, corruption and tyranny. I don't know about you XXXX, but I and many others out there just like me, are done playing that game. Please, for your own sake, save yourself the breath and stop trying to convince me/us otherwise. The people have the right to choose their own path. This is not about OPPT anymore, it's about experiencing true Freedom. The UCC filings were a tool. A tool that have helped awaken many people from all over the world. Once enough people are awake and aware, it doesn't take UCC filings, official govt/bank foreclosures, courtesy notices etc to bring down a broken system...it takes only one thing, THE WILL OF THE PEOPLE. Look around the world right now and tell me that's not the case...

The time of looking outside of ourselves for a hero to come save the day is behind us. Look in the mirror and you will find your hero. It's up to US. It always has been up to US. We have all the tools we need. The time to use them is NOW. We are the ones we've been waiting for. I love you ALL. I stand with you ALL, as my brothers and sisters of Humanity, ready to make a difference. I don't care where your intel comes from, which guru you follow, how much you like me, what language you speak or what color your skin is. My watchwords are: love, peace, unity, compassion, kindness, harmony, respect, tolerance, joy.... The time has come to stop all the ridiculous arguing and in fighting and unite under one common goal: to break free from our oppressors who have controlled every facet of our lives for far too long.

OPPT & I UV from A to Z

The One Peoples Radio Show last night played the recorded Interview we did with Heather yesterday morning, and that is available to listen to in the show archive, or the videos that I posted this morning.

As I said at the beginning of the interview, the article I wrote on Saturday, and now the interview itself, have gone viral across the internet. A group of amazing people stepped up and worked together to create a web site OPPT.com that kept current articles from the internet about the OPPT and various other topics.  Once the OPPT was retired, they renamed and recreated the site to http://i-uv.com/ .  The oppt.com and the i-uv.com sites are not the official websites of the OPPT trustees or the I UV INchange. This awesome group of volunteers has keep a running list of all the current articles to do with oppt and the I UV, plus an assortment of other stories and news that they find interesting.

My friend Oliver Troll  wrote this outline of the DOings of OPPT and the Trustees:

What is it actually that OPPT has made and what was the purpose?
 OPPT has done the following:

 1: Examined the corrupting financial systems and its links to the legal system and the rule of law, knowingly, willingly and intentionally by the three trustees Caleb Skinner, Hollis Randal Hillner and Heather Ann Tucci-Jarraf on the behalf of us the people.

 2: Registered UCC-filings (Uniform Commercial Code)  in order to invalidate the Governments, authorities and companies with The Paradigm Report as a basis.  ... They (the UCC Filings)  have to date not been rebutted or disproved, as of the 1st of July, 2013.

 3:Created a space for Creative Value Asset Center's (CVAC) which each individual is so that it cannot be taken from us. This has been done through the documentation that OPPT has registered, we have hereby been liberated from the unconscious slavery system based solely on the monetary. No one has the right to decide on an individual sovereign individual because nobody can show any documents  in which we as individuals (not people) have agreed that we should be subordinate to someone.

 4: Taking back our own value by introducing I and Universal Value-INchange. Dissolution of the Foundation hereby also OPPT has now fulfilled its purpose and has been retired! (UCC-filings, however, still stand)

 5: Introduce a new value system (that represents the original value system before the current financial system removed vital parts and took away transparency-D) that is linked to our individual value is unlimited.
