A new volcanic eruption is now confirmed to be taking place off the West Coast of the United States.

The new undersea volcanic activity is occurring approximately 300 miles off the shores of Central Oregon, along the Axial Seamount, where a fresh fissure has formed, producing new undersea lava flows, and seismic activity.

This undersea eruption FOLLOWS a series of earthquakes at dormant volcanoes along the West coast in California, and Nevada, as well as several large “steam plume” events from Hot Springs, Cold Springs, and dormant volcano locations.

This is on top of the other major international earthquake , and volcano activity which took place this past week.

The new undersea eruption near the coast of Oregon is taking place directly between the 5.5M earthquake location from this past week(along the Northern California coast), and the 6.2M earthquake location , which occurred along the North Juan de Fuca fault near Vancouver British Columbia.

The volcanic eruption is occurring in the zone directly between the two previous larger earthquakes.  The area had not seen 6.0M+ activity in a fairly long time, now followed by an eruption.

Make note in the media report below, they mention the last time something like this occurred was in 2011.

In the past several videos I’ve put out, I’ve been trying to drive home the point that we are in a similar scenario to 2011 (before the Japan large earthquake in March 2011).

Before the Japan mega-quake, there were a series of unexpected (and quite excessive) volcanic eruptions internationally (which occurred over a short period of time), multiple large repeat earthquakes, steam plumes on the West coast, Hawaii had a volcanic event at Kilauea , and the 2011 undersea eruption off the coast of Oregon.

The same thing which occurred in 2011, is occurring now in 2015.

Plumes on the West coast, an eruption off the West coast, frequent large unexpected eruptions internationally, Hawaii volcano topping out with lava, multiple large widespread earthquakes in succession of one another, and strange geologic activity like what we saw in Japan this past week, where new land rose out of the sea, and other land sank.

SOLAR UPDATE: CME Alert, Earthquake Alert, Volcano Alert

Heads up my friends!


We have a massive Filament just slightly towards the eastern limb of the sun- almost directly earth facing, AND we have a series of large Coronal Holes, running from the very north pole of the sun to the equatorial region.  We have no active flare zones at the moment, but I do expect that this Filament will rip off very soon- possibly throwing a huge CME that would be directly geoeffective towards earth.   Add to that the solar particle streams from the coronal hole and it could be a major combo.  We already have active solar X-rays streaming in.





We have seen a ridiculously HUGE amount of Earth quakes in the past 72 hours of magnitude 5 and UP and volcanoes erupting in 36 different locations globally.  IF this filament rips off with a CME launched, we could have yet another round of very powerful earthquakes.   The pacific circle is SERIOUSLY messed up right now!!!!

NEWS FLASH..... literally

Just less than an hour ago a smaller filament separated from the sun, and has produced an incoming CME (Coronal Mass Ejection)- I do not have the details yet of just how geoeffective the CME will be with Earth, but as soon as I have the information I will update this article.   The large Filament is still hanging on.... by a thread and I highly doubt it will last another day before it too separates from the Sun.   We also experienced a huge proton spike at around 2pm UTC ....Again, I will keep everyone updated as soon as I have new information.

A large filament located in the northeast quadrant is now in the process of lifting off of from the sun. Sometimes following such events, intense brightening within the chromosphere near the location of the eruption, also known as a hyder flare can take place. On the other hand, plasma may be reabsorbed by the sun with little to no coronal mass ejection (CME) produced. What will happen? Stay tuned to find out.

Before we move on from the Solar topic I want to share with you what we just saw 3 hours ago :




Not only did we have a full halo around the sun for HOURS today, when we took photos, we captured two different things.  First if you look at around 11o'clock on the sun disc you can see teh shadow of the HUGE filament that I have been discussing.  Also, there is a strange light streak in the sky just above the sun and beside the filament.  This is NOT a mar on the camera lens, not a reflection on the lens. This ...... light streak is in EVERY picture we took, no matter what angle  we snapped it from over the one hour period that we were taking pictures.   What is it?  Know idea.   We also have several pictures with white and pink.... dots/orbs....whatever, lol.   Interesting stuff!   I will also add that though you can't really see it in this picture the inner area between the rainbow aura and the sun itself was at least 5 shades darker than the sky that was outside of the Solar Aura.


As I mentioned in the Transpicuous News Weekend report,  Japan has just experienced some pretty amazing things. Such as a section of Hokkaido Island rising over 300 meters.... IN A DAY.  Dutchsinse' report below gives an excellent overview.

....Almost 7,000 miles away in Mexico, the Colima volcano blew its top after a period of relative calm. A steam and ash cloud rose two miles into the sky and the grumbling of the mountain could be heard in towns a few miles away.

In Guatemala the ‘Fire Mountain’ belched out lava and sent up a moderate ash cloud causing an ash fall over nearby towns. The explosions and shock waves occurring in the volcano can be felt by residents over 6 miles away. Doors and windows are reported to be rattling, but there has been no damage so far.

In Vanuatu the Yasur volcano is giving some cause for concern. Although the explosions are quite weak the continuous ash that is coming from the mountain is starting to build up on farming land.

Over to Italy, Mount Etna is putting on quite a display. The current eruption started a few days ago and has been getting stronger as time moves on. A massive eruption lit up the sky and disturbed residents yesterday. The ash cloud was high enough to see flights canceled. The lava flow was the biggest in years, and the town of Zafferana which lay in its path saw some damage. Lava diverters were put into place, and most of the town escaped unscathed.

In Indonesia a four mile high ash cloud is making life hard for residents. Mount Sinabung came back to life in 2010 after dormancy of hundreds of years. Occasionally coming to life after its 2010 awakening, the rumbling of the volcano prompted the evacuation of over 6000 people as scientists feared a major eruption. There has been no lava flows so far but the ash cloud is growing.

Still in Indonesia but on the island of Java this time, Mount Merapi exploded yesterday. Hundreds of people were killed when it last erupted in 2010. There is no news of casualties at this point.

So, we have eruptions big enough to prompt evacuations. Flights are canceled, and a new island pops up off the coast of Japan. I would have called that newsworthy myself but obviously I’m wrong. If I was right it would have been common knowledge right? Reports may have been on the news right?

So many volcanoes throwing so much gas, ash and particulates into the air can have an effect on climate, this is a scientific fact. I’m not saying that these volcanoes herald the start of a new ice age but the planet certainly seems to be getting a bit more active of late.


Continued large eruptions put a huge amount of particulate matter into the atmosphere, and these particles reflect sunlight away from earth and when there is enough of them the temperatures can drop.

The Mount Pinatubo eruption lowered temperatures by around 0.5°C across the Northern Hemisphere.

Considering that we are in a cooling period anyway, having so many volcanoes going off at the same time is not good. Aside from the devastating effects the lava and ash can have on the lives of those living near to them, the global impacts can be enormous.

Lost crops due to ash fall and lower temperatures can lead to hunger and famine, as happened after the Tambora eruption in 1815.

Economic losses due to lost crops and canceled flights runs into millions of dollars a day, as with the Icelandic eruption of Eyjafjallojkull (pronounced: aya fiat la u cud la) in 2010.

The spasms of the earth come without warning, but at the same time those spasms should be a wake up call to all of us that change can happen in the blink of an eye.

Better be prepared for it.

.... and Then there is CERN

Apparently, CERN ran into some "issues" this afternoon.    They had to dump both beams this afternoon after a problem with their Cryo in two areas.



And here are the Cryogenics stats and reports- seems that there was a sudden .... upspike that started at just after 2pm...... pretty much within the same time frame that the smaller Filament separated from the Sun and threw off the CME towards Earth




.... and I find it very interesting that timing.... the emergency dumping of the beams almost exactly when the filament ripped off and we had a huge proton spike..... yes..... very interesting.

In a wild twist of events, here in the twilight zone of bizzaro world, the USGS has come out and acknowledged the Ukraine 6.8 Magnitude earthquake which showed on the feeds -- but then says it was an "error".

According to Sydney’s New South Wales Police Force’s Twitter account: The “Sydney siege is over.”
Mainstream reports are saying Man Haron Monis, also known as Sheikh Haron, an Iranian refugee with several sexual assault charges, held more than 30 hostages inside the Lindt Chocolate Cafe in Martin Place, downtown Sydney — the complex which houses financial institutions such as Australia’s central bank, holding Australia’s economy within its perimeter. 
The propaganda, almost instantly, is dripping from corporate media reports, painting a picture of a deranged, sadistic, perverted Muslim terrorizing Australians. 

“He was also found guilty in 2012 of sending offensive and threatening letters to families of eight Australian soldiers killed in Afghanistan, as a protest against Australia’s involvement in the conflict, according to local media reports.” —CBC.

Starting at around 10 a.m Monday morning, after 5 hours into the melee three hostages escaped, followed by two others. Sources report they were not released. After they were out, according to CNN, Haron “became agitated” and began shouting orders at the remaining hostages. How CNN would know what was going on inside is anybody’s guess.
Startlingly, Haron had no demands for his troubles except for a flag that looked nearly identical to an ISIS flag, which read, “there is no God but God and Mohammed is the prophet of God,” and a phone call — to whom it hasn’t been reported.
His demands — the flag and phone call — were given through a number of hostages who were told to call several media agencies by the man. Apparently videos were uploaded to the internet from inside, but for some reason, though they would show no violent material as there were no injuries until the end of the event, police are denying the media, and therefore anyone else, the right to see them.

“Some had also reportedly posted messages to social networking sites and the YouTube online video service. Police urged media early Tuesday not to show the videos.” —CNN.

The scene ended in the hours of the night as the power was cut to the cafe, the lights went out, and flash grenades were thrown inside. After that, police rushed the entrance and began firing an extensive amount of rounds into the cafe. The shots were loud, but there were no screams. There has been no word on the gunman or the hostages condition since, though last night there were reports while the situation was still unfolding that one man was sent to hospital. When asked by reporters what happened to the man, David Faktor, spokesman for St. Vincent’s Hospital, wouldn’t comment any further than “he’s fine.”
The whole scene was filmed — in a theatrical sense — and broadcast across the globe, although the viewer never sees anything but police and hears nothing but loud bangs, nearly exact to the video provided to Canadians of the Zehaf-Bibeau shooting in Canada’s parliament, which has been proven a false flag thoroughly.

Unlike Canada’s attack, which was somehow filmed in it’s entirety, minus the actual shootings, in Sydney’s case, just by chance, or maybe not so much, Haron couldn’t have picked a better spot for Australia’s first bout with lone wolf Islamic terrorism, as Channel Seven News is conveniently located across the walkway from the cafe. They were able to film the 16 hour event to syndicate their footage the world over from the comfort of their own building.

Also a very interesting twist, in 2013 an anti-terror drill was run by authorities in Martin Place, the exact location this scenario played out in “real life.” Yesterday we posted an article with a video from dutchsinse of an Aussie news report with footage of that drill, but within only hours it has already been taken down by Youtube.

Even more questionable than last years’ drills, and almost putting the nail in the coffin that this is in fact a false flag being reported as a real event, as reported on Channel Seven News — the network across from the cafe — terrorism drills and raids were being practiced at Martin Place right before the hostage situation was reported to the public. Police have stated the two situations aren’t connected.

More questions than answers have been provided about this suspicious situation that suddenly sprung up to give Lindt Chocolate 24/7 advertising around the world, and since the situation mirrors Canada’s lone wolf false flag so much — shotty video, no motive, radical Muslim, broadcasted live — it’s reasonable to assume this was a drill reported as real life before assuming otherwise, at least until some solid evidence is presented by the press, as this situation will definitely steer public opinion against radical Islamists and boost support for the war in the Middle East, which the people of Australia have no business in, but are paying for nonetheless. To us skeptics, this just seems like their government’s way of saying, “this is why.”

Dutchsinse, OPPT, and the mystery of the missing facts

So it all started last night (in my time zone) when a friend on skype sent me a link to Dutchsinse's latest video and told me that "He's saying OPPT is following Aleister Crowley!!".... well I just HAD to go listen to the report..... especially since I'm pretty sure Heather doesn't even know who Crowley is, lol.

I listened to the whole video (and for those who were/are following the comments on the video, I wrote the first 3 comments I made as I was listening to the report). 

Dutch's video went viral all over the place and the skype chats rooms exploded with comments and responses about it. I placed several comments on Dutch's video and one on the article that he posted on his site.  I explained that OPPT doesn't have anything to do with SWISSINDO, the UN, The White Dragon Society, Fulford, Keenan, nor any other group, organization, movement etc...  and that OPPT trust was reconciled in March 2013 and the former trustees retired and that the "Oath" that he mentions was created by Chris Hales and was his own creation and that the former trustees had nothing to do with the writing or release of that oath.  I also told him that I have a LOT of back ground information on all of the above topics and that he could contact either myself or American Kabuki if he would like that information- and I sent him a Skype contact request.

I will say that to this point, while Dutchsinse has replied to a few of my comment on youtube, he has not contacted myself or Bill or any of the former OPPT Trustees to get any factual information about what OPPT was and what it wasn't, nor the back ground information on the history behind several of these purported organizations that were mentioned.  

Dutch, if you're reading this- I seriously have a shitload of info that you might want to know.  All information is DATA.  From there you can see what resonates with you and with what YOU know.

Just sayin'....

Dutchsinse: Purported White Dragon/OPPT Oaths....

Note to Dutchsinse: the OPPT has nothing to do with the White Dragon Society, Swissindo, or...yes he did say it....Aleister Crowley (REALLY Dutch... Crowley??? Really???) or any purported OPPT oaths.  Whomever is claiming to represent the OPPT is doing so fraudulently.   The OPPT has NEVER asked anyone to do ANY oaths.  Anyone who has sworn an oath to a fraud is not bound to it in any case.  Whether these contacts have money remains to be seen...but they are not the OPPT.  The OPPT is a reconciled trust that is no longer in operation.  It has been superseded by the I Value System.  

Sounds like Swissindo to me...given the UN reference but the OPPT has not done any deal with Swissindo or the WDS nor is likely ever to do so with any such organization that refuses operate in complete transparency and accountability.  Does secret oaths sound like transparency to you?

Heather told us- Bill and I- at the end of August that we would be seeing all these various perceived factions start to pull together to form a united front as they realize that they can't do anything separately and they will try to work together to get their plans to work.   Now we see keenan aligning with the white dragons, swissindo with the UN, ITTCS, and now the white dragons too.  Suddenly you have fulford talking about OPPT.......  it's all coming together just like heather said it would ;)  they are all desperate and can't do anything separately, so now they are trying to band together to push their agendas through.  And then.... In the interest of complete transparency regarding the ever increasing attempt to conflate the OPPT (which is a reconciled trust in any case - HOW MANY TIMES DO WE HAVE TO REPEAT THAT?) with the actions of Swissindo.

I am publishing this conversation with Ben Fulford regarding the recent Dutchsinse video claiming the OPPT asked him to sign an oath in exchange for huge sums of money.  The OPPT simply isn't doing that.  Whomever is doing that, is not the OPPT.   It could very well be Swissindo (that has yet to be confirmed) and those in the alternative media they recruited secretly as an advisory council (under nondisclosure agreements) from the volunteers who had been working for the OPPT in the first part of the  year.  This has been unfolding for a number of months, at least since April.

Swissindo has approached Heather Tucci-Jarraf on a number of occasions as they liked the CVAC concept, believing it and the other filings gave it title to the gold in their custody, but they changed the intent of the CVAC into a centrally funded banking mechanism.  Heather invited Swissindo principals to Morocco to meet in person, so she could verify their identity and intent, but they never came.  No agreement between the OPPT and Swissindo was ever begun or discussed.

Instead they have acted through those they recruited as agents within the OPPT movement to go through back channels.  Those agents have put forth the Swissindo plan to divide the world into five kingdoms operating under CVACs, recently they even went as far as to offer Heather "Queen of Africa" title which she promptly refused.  Heather and the other Trustees want no part of any plan that creates more separation on this planet with new hierarchies and privileged elites.  It ain't gonna happen!

Really people, we aren't stopping Swissindo from doing whatever its going to do, why do you need Heather's involvement yet refuse to do things in complete and absolute transparency Heather requires?  Just be honest and say its Swissindo and get on with it!  If what you have works then show it to the world!  Because if you think you are going maneuver or compromise Heather, boy have you seriously miscalculated who she is!

The OPPT is a reconciled trust and is not asking anyone for oaths nor making financial offers to bloggers who cooperate.  Since they claim the WDS is behind this too, perhaps you have an interest in correcting the story as well?

The OPPT is not a cabal front. It's a trust that foreclosed on the Rothschild's which was hand delivered in Zurich, London and Paris in 2012.  I know two of the trustees very closely. The Rothschild's are not at all happy with it and their agents have been a pain in the butt.  Trustee Heather Tucci-Jarraf spent a million dollars of her own money doing forensic banking research on the corruption in the banking system with no thought a financial return. She saw a problem, researched it and came up with a decentralized solution. You really should interview her if you want the straight scoop.

Swissindo has been using the OPPT name because of Deryl Zelaney, a Canadian Air Force Captain, has been trying to use Swissindo funding to fund US and Canadian Military actions against the cabal. 

He does not have the endorsement or backing of the OPPT trustees for his work with Swissindo although he has sought it often.  He couches what he's doing as being a bridge to the new system. 

The OPPT does not control what Swissindo does nor is it responsible for it.  They are different entities.  Some of the people involved with the OPPT in Australia, South Africa and Canada have been covertly recruited by Swissindo. We know who they are. But call it what it is -> Swissindo own doing. They can succeed or fail on their own merit. 

Strictly speaking everyone on the planet is the one people but they are not the trustees. 

Frankly the Swissindo ties to the committee of 300 bugs me.

 The OPPT is a reconciled Trust superseded by the I Value System in January.  It did spawn a decentralized movement because of the ideas and research of the OPPT Trustees.  You can't stop an idea.  

Swissindo is a gateway entity for the Chinese Dragon Family Money (one of several)  however Swissindo does not have title to the purported gold in their custody, that lies with the dragons. Swissindo thought the OPPT filings gave it title to that gold, it does not.

The dragon family Mr Sino that Swissindo claims to be in touch with is not the Mr Sino OPPT trustee Heather Tucci-Jarraf has met in person. 

Swissindo's Sino appears to be a channeled entity who delivers pronouncements via the purported assistant. I know that's strange but a lot of stuff is strange at the high levels of banking.

Swissindo appears to have good intentions but they do not have the endorsement of the OPPT trustees. Heather has invited them several times to meet with her in Morocco to discuss what they want to do but they never came. They have adopted elements of the OPPT CVAC ideas in a hybrid kind of way with centralized funding which the CVAC was designed to do away with.

OK, it seems to me that we are now down to a very few esoteric factions. Neil Keenan claims to be dragon family but is CIA white hat as far as I can tell. He has agreed to work with me if I can unleash funding before he can. Then there is the P2 Vatican group who are now saying they agree with me and want funding for them to go through the new pope.  Then there are cabalists operating through Adnan Sakly [sic] who are also saying they can work through me. Then there are you guys. 

I can also tell you that I went through a ceremony in Singapore and joined the dragon family as a junior member. Either that or I was put through an elaborate, realistic ruse by the Rothschild family. 

My view is that if we implement Operation Santa Claus, and give everybody what they wish, we can make everybody happy. It may mean that for an esoteric, symbolic instant, everything has to go through a single person who will symbolically take the ring of financial power to mt. Doom and melt it. 

One way we could do this would be to cash the $1 trillion Fed box #1558 in an event broadcast live over the internet and then tell everybody how we are going to spend this initial sum to finance a major campaign to end poverty and stop environmental destruction. 

I am also open to alternative suggestions so long as we can get everybody on board and break the deadlock.

After this "the divines" show themselves...  after all its they who pull the strings on the entire system... its they who require the non-disclosure agreements in the alleged prosperity programs, its they are who are swinging deals with the existing cabal, and it is they who have manipulated both friendly and unfriendly ET races.

Its about time for them to be exposed as well.  And they will make themselves known when their agents and proxies can't get the task they assigned to them done.
