This actually happened in early October when residents of Foshan, China, saw a mysterious ghost city hovering over their own city. It happened again a few days later in Jiangxi. Reports of these sightings recalled a similar ghost city appearing over a river in Huanshan City in 2011. Are these mirages, apparitions of ghost cities, views into another dimension or something else?

Welcome to the delayed October newsletter.  World events are moving at a speed that we have not seen for many years.  Most of my newsletter will be aimed at United Kingdom and America because this is where the future and the decisions will play out in a more public manner.
American readers doubtless will know that the Pope visited Capitol Hill and made his monumental speech.  Anyone with an ounce of sense would ask why would a religious man who does not speak for the Hindu’s, Muslims, Jews and indeed only speaks for one faction of Christianity; why would such a man be asked to speak on world topics and to do so not at the United Nations but at the seat of American government.  The answer of course is this was their new world order speech, they have fired the starting pistol and there is no going back.  What does this mean?  Well, it means that the negative elite are now debating which false flag to employ as a precursor to launching their version of the NWO.  I have been made aware of two of the possible false flags.  The first – the most dramatic; a low yield nuclear bomb in the ocean somewhere off the coast of mainland America with the intent of creating a 100 foot tidal wave to strike the eastern seaboard of the USA, remember this is not destined to happen it is what a small group of fanatics are considering.  In every other case they have been thwarted and there is no reason to believe that they would be successful.  Second debated option is the much vaunted false flag alien invasion.  This is their preferred option (I know many commentators have dismissed this but truly this is now back on the table).  This option offers a cheap alternative to obtaining individual sovereign government giving up their authority and accepting one world rule.  I would like to go into some detail here – if this option is chosen we can expect first generation triangle craft flying within small areas over the United States, programmed life forms P.L.F’s that will either be used in mock battles with mercenary soldiers dressed in American uniforms or one option that is being considered is a staged meeting between such P.L.F’s and the Pope.  Such option should not be discounted, this Pope, according to prophesy the last pope, has already you will remember offered to baptize aliens, I am sure this link is not lost on my readers.  Those of you who have seen my presentations will know I have shown photographs of British school children being conditioned to accept spacecraft crashing.  This is all part of the false flag agenda.

I have heard this for over three years. I was told that when a certain battle ship had a "training accident" off the coast of Boston just before Hurricane Sandy, that it was carrying a nuke and was "crippled" by the "good guys" before they could set it off.

Recently there was another rumor of a plan to set one off in the Gulf off the coast of Texas- the only reason I actually looked at that information was because the theorized "zone of devastation" actually mirrored the Deagle.com info.

But yes, this is a theory that I've been following for a LONG time.

I have theorized this for years as well and I still believe very strongly that they will try to use this plan, in conjunction with a "second coming". Lisa and I have discussed this several times on the One people Roundtable Discussions.

OK, so so far we have reports of cities floating in the sky, and then Simon parks report, that while he doesn't mention "Project Blue Beam", that was definitely the first thing I though of- both when I originally reported on the Nigerian sighting of the floating city and this report from China. 

I have theorized that this would be their "big play" for a long time- long before I had ever heard of "Project Blue Beam".  I'll get into this in a moment....

If you’re on the east coast tonight, keep an eye on the sky between 7pm and 9pm: NASA is launching a test of some new tech that will include releasing colorful vapor tracers 130 miles above the Earth. It sounds like it’s going to be beautiful.

The vapors will be ejected from a sounding rocket launched from Wallops Flight Facility in Virginia. NASA explains that it has actually been injecting various vapor tracers into the atmosphere since the 1950s—these trails help scientists understand “the naturally occurring flows of ionized and neutral particles” in the upper atmosphere by injecting color tracers and tracking the flow across the sky.

Tonight, NASA says it’s ejecting four different payloads of a mix of barium and strontium, creating “a cloud with a mixture of blue-green and red color.” Here’s an example of a barium release provided by NASA; on the upper left you can see the barium’s “ionized component, which has become elongated along the Earth’s magnetic field lines.”

The ejection technologies will include a deployment system for forming vapor clouds in space for wind and ionosphere studies and ejectable sub-payloads testing data transmissions between sub and main-payloads during suborbital rocket flights, primarily during auroral studies.
Hesh said, “These two technologies will allow researchers to make real-time onsite measurements over a much wider area and increase the amount of data obtained than is currently possible during a suborbital rocket flight.”
During the test of the deployment system for the vapor clouds, four sub-payloads with mixtures of barium and strontium will be ejected from the main payload and the vapor will be deployed while the payload is descending. The test also will include the release of vapor from two systems on the main payload during the descent portion of the flight.
The vapor tracer sub-payload deployment method being tested on this flight uses small rocket motors to eject the sub-payloads from the main payload.  The ejected sub-payloads will release the vapor at about 130 miles above the Earth. The main payload releases will occur at an altitude around 118 miles.

The barium-strontium mixture produces a cloud with a mixture of blue-green and red color.  The blue-green part is neutral, i.e. not charged.  Strontium is used to enhance the visibility of the neutral flow.

Red and white vapor clouds filled the skies over the Marshall Islands as part of NASA’s Equatorial Vortex Experiment (EVEX). The red cloud was formed by the release of lithium vapor and the white tracer clouds were formed by the release of trimethyl aluminum (TMA). These clouds allowed scientists on the ground from various locations in the Marshall Islands to observe the neutral winds in the ionosphere.

Is this the setting of the stage?  Is this NASA et al building and testing their giant screen for their next big "Movie" release, to play out their purported "Project Blue Beam"?   Or is this just a furthering of their chemical toxification of Humanity? 

I theorized a few years ago, that "they" would create a "second coming" , most likely using the "ET" "Disclosure" as a back drop. .... what better way to tie all humanity up in one nice big bow?   Have a second coming that involves Space Ships and Aliens and you effectively gather up all the religious people, AND all the Science fiction/NASA people all at once..... and use that to create your "new" "New World Order".    Further to this thought is the huge amount of articles over the past 6 months especially, that have skirted around and hinted at the big "D" of "we are not alone in the Universe"....

.... I don't think it's going to work, mind you.   But it IS an interesting theory and one to watch. 

Remember: it's not about "Fear" or "Falling for" their bullshit.  Watching these things planned and played out is an important aspect of SEEing this bullshit for what it is:

Shadow of Tomorrow: Acts of Desperation

I have been reading JC Collins articles for a long time now- and when it comes to knowledge of economic factors- especially the SDRs (IMFs "Special Drawing Rights).  I would challenge any main stream media "global economist" to go head to head with Collins about the inner workings of global finance and the IMF's SDRs.  I may not always agree with his conclusions, but his research really is close to unquestionable.

In this article I outlined the main topic I will be discussing tonight on Transpicuous News, at 9pm gmt on CCN, TONE and here on RTS- after we run through the various ridiculousness of this past few days of global happenings.   This is sorta like pre-homework.   This article below from the Philosophyofmetrics is the next step in the game plan of the controllers.

This next step will be the final act of the global war on humanity that has been fought almost silently for the past 60 years.  While their play was put in motion under the cover of darkness, hidden behind a heavy curtain of disinformation, misinformation, lies and outright fraud, the end goal of their decades long viewed plan is about to be launched- out of desperation.  Desperation, because so far, things have not gone as they expected.  Nor as fast as they expected.

Their plan to put martial law into place in the US, for example... well they missed their window of opportunity.  They may have been able to have pulled it off 5 years ago... but now they can't.  There are too many HUGE groups in the US that are onto their "martial law" scheme for them to be able to make it work- Hell, just the gun activists alone now outnumber the US military ground troops! Hence their moves into Europe with the Anti-Muslim rhetoric and rallies to test if they can make it work over there.  But even that isn't working- while the media has been spotlighting the anti-Islamic and anti immigration protests, they are being very very quiet about all of the other protests that are protesting the media circus driven protests. Even their push for "WAR" has been a failure, and the public is now openly questioning the what was once upon a time, unquestionable.

The Forthcoming CSI Event

When President Obama stated last night in his State of the Union Address that the “shadow of crisis has passed” it perfectly set the stage for the next phase of the CSI, or Cultural and Socioeconomic Interception.  The CSI is a prolonged and multi-scripted methodology which is implemented over years and decades to engineer specific adjustments to the collective awareness of  mass populations.
The economic manipulation from external forces in the years leading up to the French Revolution, and the script which shifted the blame onto the the monarchy, is one such example of the CSI procedure.  Another is the recent representation of Russia and Putin in the western media as the aggressor in the Ukraine situation.  The script is rolled out through the mass media in segmented flashes with just enough time in between to lull the viewer into a state of apathy and acceptance.

The CSI is not one single event, or a false flag incident, such as the Reichstag Fire in Nazi Germany or  the Great Fire of London in 1666, but is a series of acutely engineered scripts which are melded together by the single false flag events.  See post The First False Flags – Money Changers and the Great Fire of London in 1666, for a more detailed explanation of the CSI.
Back in the beginning of 2014 I began to explain how a method of the Hegelian Dialectic was going to be used in transitioning the world from the unipolar USD based financial system to the multilateral SDR based financial system.  It was stated that the process of “problem, reaction, solution” would herd and manipulate the mass populations of the world into accepting the supra-sovereign governance of the global institutions.
Each region of the world has different and unique circumstances which require different and unique modifications to the CSI process.  These micro scripts are intended to consolidate within the larger macro script as the full transition begins to manifest in the broader economy.
The micro CSI scripting is unfolding at a furious pace over the last few months, with increasing frequency in the last few weeks.  The script of the economic recovery in America is the most obvious CSI which has been presented to the masses, and with the State of the Union speech last night, along with the “shadow of crisis has passed” phrase, we can determine that the recovery CSI has now been closed.
This analysis is extremely important because the macro CSI which has been slowly unfolding since the financial crisis of 2008, mainly from the emerging economies, such as the BRICS countries, and the Euroasian Trade Union, as well as some of the international institutions, has been promoting the script of systemic imbalances which have been caused by the USD reserve structure.
The script calls for a multilateral monetary framework to replace the unipolar USD framework.  The shift away from a USD system, and the imbalances which have been created over the decades, such as exchange rate volatility and account deficits, will no doubt cause some dramatic lows and highs across the financial world.  Some of the highs and lows are clearly visible today as the USD appreciates and drives further depreciation into any currency that is pegged to it.
As the multilateral continues to be implemented, this existing exchange rate structure will begin to fracture, as we witnessed last week with the Swiss franc, and the dollars held in the foreign reserve accounts of central banks around the world will be converted or exchanged for alternative liquidity, such as SDR bonds.
The recovery CSI has given the American banking and industry interests, represented in the colorful composition of the Democratic and Republican parties, the ability and confidence to shift-blame the massive deflation in the international financial system on external entities.
The script will read something like “external factors outside of American control have reversed the recovery and hard work of average Americans”.  This script will focus mass awareness away from the coming internal governance measures, (required to integrate America into the multilateral system) and focus the confused and disappointed apathy of the masses onto whatever foreign and external source that is built into the macro script.
Any internal emotion will be swallowed in whole by manufactured racial tension and other methods of civil unrest.
The melding of the “American recovery” CSI script and the macro multilateral CSI script will require an “event” of undetermined characteristics and methodology.  Now that the “recovery” script has been closed, we can expect to see this “event” take place at any time.
The “event” could be a geopolitical false flag, or some form of “sudden” crisis in the global financial system, or a combination of both.  The candidates vary from an expansion of proxy wars in Ukraine and Syria, a sudden crisis between North and South Korea, or a fragmentation of the euro currency and consolidation of the European Union into the Euroasian Trade Union, and any other number of possibilities.
Perhaps an engineered global revolution with the end result clearly defined as a multilateral framework which “will reduce systemic corruption and correct financial imbalances”.
The intent of this post is not to scare or fear monger, which is why I carefully choose the words and language I use, but to bring awareness to the CSI process and how it is being implemented throughout mass populations around the world. It requires abstract thinking and the ability to recognize repeating patterns across the socioeconomic and geopolitical spheres.
The World Economic Forum and the IMF today called for a “central bank of oil”, which is code for regulating the oil pricing mechanism and ultimately using the SDR as the unit of account for not just oil, but all other commodities. This CSI scripting fits perfectly with what we have been discussing for the last year in regards to the multilateral transition.  So far our analysis has been correct on both the methodology and scripting practices of the transition.
All central banks around the world are implementing their own micro CSI script for the purpose of shifting upward into the macro CSI script.  This also includes Russia and China, both of which have been the most vocal about the need for the multilateral framework.
We are all like the people of France in the years and months leading up to the French Revolution.  Please don’t accept any scripting which promotes the idea of the source of the problem becoming the solution to the problem.  The French had no idea what hit them.  We do.    – JC

26th Of January 2014

Dear Ross,

Thank you for your time the other night, it was nice to catch up with you and smooth things between you and I.

I take my Oath and Bond to uphold the OPPT UCC filings very seriously and firmly believe that all steps must be taken strictly within the confines of the UCC filings. I was so excited to be assisting in ensuring that humanity is freed from rule and government (mind control) as per the filings, and ecstatic that all were to blessed with abundance, and to be part of the solution for humanity and our Mother Earth, a completely new way to BE, a truly consensual system, where no way of living is forced upon another.

At the beginning of my time with Swissindo I was told that Mr Sino had sworn and oath and bond to the people and Mother Earth, and that his plan was to honour the filings, agreeing that they were in fact international law and the CVAC system was the way to move forward. Our conversation the other night did not answer the questions I had, and as you said, you don't know all the answers either, and they have appointed you emperor. The things I was told were facts in the beginning of my time with the delegation have been changed.

It has never been my intention to cause embarrassment to Mr Sino or any of the delegates, and my only intention is to see humanity free of all rulers and fetters, to be abundant, live in good health,and live in peace.

My concerns about the project are as follows:

1. On my diplomatic papers it mentions the New World Order, I am aware the NWO is a long time plan by those of the 'dark' for one global government. Of course this concerns me greatly. I have read an article by Paula stating that Mr Sino's plans would effectively 'defang' the NWO, this article was made public, and either Paula had no idea what Mr Sino's plan was or her article was a deliberate deception.

2. Mr Sino's identity is not clear. I was at one point told that Mr Sino was channelled by Mr Soegihartonotonegoro, and that Mr Sino was not in a human form, this information came to me from a person within the delegation that speaks the Indonesian language and that has met Mr Soegihartonotonegoro personally, and yet you told me on the phone that Mr Sino is Mr Soegihartonotonegoro.

3. One of our Australian delegates has brought into Australia Chinese currency printing plates, and when I asked you about it you said that the Chinese currency will be the new world standard currency. When I heard that I realised that this project could potentially be a Global Chinese military take over.

4. You told me that Mr Sino is the king because he is of the Illuminati bloodline.

5. Mr Sino has exempted himself of the filings, declaring himself 'King of Kings', on the basis that he has provided remedy, being the gold. He is absolutely disregarding the UCC filings with regard to hierarchy and separation as he has also appointed Queens, Kings, Emperors, Prime Ministers and CEO's to rule, globally. The filings stand internationally as law. And, with respect, he is not above the filings, unless he can rebut them, which of course can only happen if he has the verifiable signature of the Creator/Source/God, stating he has the right to rule over humanity. He has essentially caused great separation.

6. It concerns me greatly that the Pentagon and the White House are involved in this project, as with the Jesuits, and it concerns me that we, the delegates were asked to cooperate with them. These people have enslaved humanity for centuries, and yet we're allowing them to have input into the new system we're creating.. that's madness, or, it's a plot against humanity, and my belief is that as it stands, it's the latter.

7. Lack of transparency and lack of proper language translation. The lack of actual documentation regarding any of the plans for our projects for humanity, means the delegation have no clue what's going on and exactly what it is they are agreeing to. The one answer we have received is that “We'll find out in Cirebon”. This is not acceptable.

8. You told me that anyone who causes a scene to disrupt the proceedings in Cirebon would not come home. You asked me not to “streak the cricket match”. I took this as a threat and take it very seriously.

9. I am confused as to what it is I would be required to do when attending the Cirebon ceremony as there is literally no information supplied.

10. If I am required to sign off on a global take over I could not participate, and if I did so I would be committing treason against my brothers and sisters of Earth. I am here completely to serve humanity and represent the people and in doing so I will not sign anything I cannot ethically or lawfully agree to.

11. I am wondering why it is that the delegates have not been paid for the time and effort they've put in with regards to the CVAC proposals and meetings, as per the agreement. I have sent a letter asking where our funding was, and yet again, there was no reply, at all.

12. I am concerned that so much money is being spent on the ceremony while people all over the world are starving.

13. I'm concerned that the other delegates, including yourself, believe that they are doing the right thing for humanity just because they've been told it's the right thing, and because they have kind hearts they would do anything to help humanity. But without all the facts how can you know? You can't. This could be the biggest corporate take over in history, and we literally have no idea what it's all about. We're told it's for the good of humanity, but no real proof. No disclosure.

14. I am concerned that we could be aiding a global Muslim take over, of course that is completely unfounded, it is just a concern to me because of all the speak of Allah from Mr Sino, and the Indonesian delegates, and the fact they openly speak about the one true 'God'. I do not have a problem at all with kind hearted Muslims, but I do have a problem with any religion being forced on humanity. The New World Order plans were apparently to have a one world religion, this has been well known. I cannot agree to that, it would be unlawful.

15. The latest law 'system' that has been suggested by Gary Simon's AKA Jagamara and approved by Mr Sino, the 'three tiered system' is further proof to me that this is a criminal venture designed to further enslave humanity.

16. Gary Simon's involvement in itself concerns me considering his back ground and shady dealings of which you were aware when he was voted in and did not disclose to the other delegates. That is the reason Sean and I did not vote for him. He allegedly has a history of manipulation and has allegedly attempted to access funds that belonged to the tribal people of Australia without the permission of the Tribal Elders. I am also concerned with the fact you refused to disclose this information to the other delegates, even when I asked you to just before it went to vote. When Sean and I were asked by Phil why it was that we didn't vote for Gary, we were quickly shut down by Rena.

As you can see there are too many unanswered, important questions, too many concerns, and too many deceptions for us, Sean and I, to proceed as things are. Until Mr Sino agrees with pure intent to honour all of the filings, renounce his alleged 'kingship', and until the delegates are able to truly represent humanity according to the filings, with regard to the CVAC systems, we will not be attending the Cirebon ceremony, we will not be signing away humanity's freedom, and we will not consent to or allow a global Chinese takeover, as long as it is in our power.

In the interest of transparency, we have recorded the conversation you and I had regarding my involvement in the Swissindo delegation, for my own records, and protection, and this may or may not be made public. If it is made public, we will do our utmost to protect the identity of those whom you mentioned in the recording, to the best of our ability.

 A few comments were made over the past day about the New World Order, talking about so-called whistle blowers that pretend to be telling the secret agenda of various 3 letter agencies and the US government. In reality, these "whistleblowers" are just disinformationists spreading fear.

When people start warning about how the Cabal wants to create a New World Order, and telling people to panic because it's coming.... I tell them that it's been here for a long time.  The UN is the USA Corporation's Cabal puppet, passing rules to tell countries what to do. The US has used military might,
Black Ops, Assassination, Financial Terrorism and Biological Weapons to rule the world for over 50 years. The US Federal Reserve dollar was the world reserve currency for well over 60 years.....

The New World Order is going to take away your freedom?  Seriously?  TSA sexually assaulting travellers of all ages?  Homeland Security and the FBI listening to your phone calls and reading your emails and scanning your cell phones? Police beating and shooting tear gas and rubber bullets into crowds of demonstrators? Court Judges who don't know constitutional law, who are so corrupt that they will willingly throw innocent people into jail to make a buck? How about political parties that don't even try to hide their corruption when they appoint their favourite poster boy instead of the winner of the GOP?

They've taken away your freedom already.  But we are still winning.

... they've lost.  They are pretending that they are still the mighty all powerful ones, but the world finally got together and called their bluff. They're keeping up the pompous bluster for the sleepers to listen to between foot ball games and American Idol, but all it is is empty threats.

The cabal is screaming their new world order agenda plan, like a deranged psychopathic dictator screeching in high pitched hysteria "YOU WILL LISTEN TO ME, I AM YOUR MASTER!!!!"...... except the sleepers are awakening and and turning and walking away in disgust.  As someone said in a comment earlier this morning: even their false flags are failing miserably!!  They created a horror story of epic proportions in CT, they tried to terrify the public into running to cower in their homes, demanding that their government protect them..... but instead the public when out and armed themselves to the teeth with every gun they could buy in several states!!

Basta!  They are history.  All we are seeing now is the shadow that lingers until the sun finally sets on their parade.

I'm not afraid of their new world order.  It's pathetic..... and a complete failure.

A recent CNBC clip in which financial analysts admit to viewers that America is under the control of a group of central bankers who are building a world government is a damning insight into how the establishment has dispensed with any pretense of trying to hide their agenda as it is finalized.

During the video, the host asks guests, “Do we all work for central bankers – is this global governance at last – is it one world – the central bankers in charge….aren’t we all just living and dying for what the central banks do?”

“To answer your question, we are absolutely slaves to central banks,” responds the guest.

“We beholden to what central bankers and policy makers do rather than the fundamentals in the economy,” adds another.

This is just one of a deluge of examples where it is now being thrown in our faces that a banking elite is building a world government at the expense of the American people.

From treating the issue as a “conspiracy theory” for decades, the establishment is now tearing away the veil in an effort to force Americans to blithely accept what has been planned all along.

A global government is now being forcefully pushed as the “solution” to all manner of problems, but specifically in relation to financial crises. We are being brainwashed to accept the premise that centralized power in the hands of a tiny elite is the only recourse, and that a one world currency is inevitable.

At the height of the last economic crisis, Bilderberg member and Financial Times columnist Gideon Rachman argued that “everything is in place” for a dictatorial world government to be imposed by a technocratic elite.

Rachman’s 2008 call for authoritarian technocrats to be put in charge of the global economy in preparation for the official birth of global government is now well on its way to completion, with the economies of France, Ireland, Germany, Belgium, Italy, Greece, along with the IMF and the European Central Bank, all under Goldman Sachs banker occupation.

These technocrats have not been bashful in openly announcing what they are doing.

Upon his selection to become EU President in 2009, Herman Van Rompuy announced that the financial crisis and efforts to combat global warming were designed to precede “the global management of our planet.” He also declared 2009 to be “the first year of global governance.”

In the same year, Van Rompuy was joined by the Pope who also called for a “world political authority” to manage the global economy.

World Bank President and Bilderberg elitist Robert Zoellick also openly admitted the plan to eliminate national sovereignty and impose a global government during a speech on the eve of the G20 summit.

Calls for a one world currency to be a key component of global governance have been consistent.

In 2000 speech, member of the executive board of the ECB, Sirkka Hämäläinen stated, “In conclusion, I should like to come back to Paul Volcker’s prophecy. He might be right, and we might one day have a single world currency. Maybe European integration, in the same way as any other regional integration, could be seen as a step towards the ideal situation of a fully integrated world.”

In a 2010 speech to the CFR, former president of the ECB Jean-Claude Trichet made it clear that the Global Economy Meeting (GEM), which meets at the BIS (Bank of International Settlements) headquarters in Basel would “become the prime group for global governance among central banks.”

Trichet added that the BIS meetings were ensuring that “the system is moving decisively towards genuine global governance.”

Trichet went on to define how global governance would operate.

“There are numerous definitions of global governance. In the economic and financial sphere I will propose that global governance comprehends not only the constellation of supranational institutions – including the international financial institutions – but also the informal groupings that have progressively emerged at the global level. Those informal forums (G7, G10, G20, etc.) are key in improving global coordination in all the areas where decision making processes remain national – whether in helping to work out agreed prudential standards and codes or to facilitate where appropriate, the coordination of economic macro-policies.”

Numerous other members of the political establishment have openly expressed the agenda to create global government. not only in response to the financial crisis but also as an answer to man-made climate change.

In 2009, United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon admitted that carbon taxes levied in the name of abating global warming would be collected by a world body.

“We will establish a global governance structure to monitor and manage the implementation of this,” he stated.

In a New York Times editorial entitled “We Can Do It,” Ki-moon also wrote that efforts to impose restrictions on CO2 emissions, “Must include an equitable global governance structure.”

Fellow globalist and environmentalist David De Mayer Rothschild also disclosed the agenda for global governancein an interview with Bloomberg news.

“It’s past the point of talking. We know historically that the global governance sort of agenda to these issues is very hard to… with all the best intentions it’s very hard to actually activate.” Rothschild noted.

Similarly, Al Gore said in a 2009 speech that attempts to regulate CO2 emissions would be driven through “global governance and global agreements.”

A 2010 UN blueprint for putting the organization back at the forefront of global governance alarmingly revealed the agenda to re-brand global warming as “overpopulation” as a means of dismantling the middle classes while using “global redistribution of wealth” and increased immigration to reinvigorate the pursuit of a one world government.

Bureaucrats at the 2011 UN Climate Summit in Durban outlined plans for the most draconian, harebrained and madcap climate change treaty ever produced, under which the west would be mandated to respect “the rights of Mother Earth” by paying a “climate debt” which would act as a slush fund for bankrolling an all-powerful world government.

Earlier this year a Scientific American article entitled Effective World Government Will Be Needed to Stave Off Climate Catastrophe argued that global management of the planet was the only means of combating global warming.

Although the agenda for global government is now bearing its teeth with little regard for subtleness or stealth, the following quotes stretching back over the last several decades prove that the plan has been long in the works.

It turns out that the Gates family legacy has long been one of trying to dominate and control the world's systems, including in the areas of technology, medicine, and now agriculture.

TheGates Foundation, aka the tax-exempt Gates Family Trust, is currently in the process of spending billions of dollars in the name of humanitarianism to establish a global food monopoly dominated by genetically-modified (GM) crops and seeds. And based on the Gates family's history of involvement in world affairs, it appears that one of its main goals besides simply establishing corporate control of the world's food supply is to reduce the world's population by a significant amount in the process.

Bill Gates' father, William H. Gates Sr., has long been involved with the eugenics groupPlanned Parenthood, a rebranded organization birthed out of theAmerican Eugenics Society. In a 2003 interview withPBS' Bill Moyers, Bill Gates admitted that his father used to be the head ofPlanned Parenthood, which was founded on the concept that most human beings are just "reckless breeders" and "human weeds" in need of culling (http://www.pbs.org/now/transcript/transcript_gates.html).

Gates also admitted during the interview that his family's involvement in reproductive issues throughout the years has been extensive, referencing his own prior adherence to the beliefs of eugenicist Thomas Robert Malthus, who believed that populations of the world need to be controlled through reproductive restrictions. Though Gates claims he now holds a different view, it appears as though his foundation's initiatives are just a modified Malthusian approach that much more discreetly reduces populations through vaccines and GMOs (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thomas_Robert_Malthus).

Gates Foundation has invested heavily in converting Asian, African agricultural systems to GMOs

William Gates Sr.'s association withPlanned Parenthoodand continued influence in the realm of "population and reproductive health" is significant because Gates Sr. is co-chair of theBill & Melinda Gates Foundation(http://www.gatesfoundation.org/leadership/Pages/william-gates-sr.aspx). This long-time eugenicist "guides the vision and strategic direction" of theGates Foundation, which is currently heavily focused on forcing GMOs on Africa via its financing of theAlliance for a Green Revolution in Africa(AGRA).

TheGates Foundationhas admittedly given at least $264.5 million in grant commitments to AGRA (www.gatesfoundation.org/about/Documents/BMGFFactSheet.pdf), and also reportedly hired Dr. Robert Horsch, a formerMonsantoexecutive for 25 years who developed Roundup, to head up AGRA back in 2006. According to a report published inLa Via Campesinaback in 2010, 70 percent of AGRA's grantees in Kenya work directly withMonsanto, and nearly 80 percent of theGates Foundationfunding is devoted to biotechnology (http://www.organicconsumers.org/articles/article_21606.cfm).

The same report explains that theGates Foundationpledged $880 million in April 2010 to create theGlobal Agriculture and Food Security Program(GAFSP), which is a heavy promoter of GMOs. GAFSP, of course, was responsible for providing $35 million in "aid" to earthquake-shattered Haiti to be used for implementing GMO agricultural systems and technologies.

Back in 2003, theGates Foundationinvested $25 million in "GM (genetically modified) research to develop vitamin and protein-enriched seeds for the world's poor," a move that many international charities and farmers groups vehemently opposed (http://healthfreedoms.org).
